谈台湾私立大学对大陆应用型本科的启示

台湾私立高等教育自上世纪50年代开始迅速发展壮大起来,目前已在数量上占据台湾高等教育的三分之二强。本文通过对台湾高等教育的考察,尤其对台湾有关私立大学的办学定位、机构专业设置、学生培养等方面情况作了探索和思考,分析了对大陆应用型本科高校在办学方向和人才培养方面所具有的借鉴意义。     

私人汽车的增长与石油消费的协整与误差修正模型分析

私人汽车的迅猛增长加快了石油的消费和需求。文章根据历年来私人汽车保有量与石油消费的数据,依据灰色关联理论分析两者的相关关系,应用协整理论检验两者之间的协整和因果关系,构建误差修正模型定量分析两者间短期波动和长期均衡关系。分析表明：私人汽车与石油消费存在着单向Granger因果关系,存在着长期稳定的均衡关系,其长期均衡机制对石油消费的变化具有强烈的制约作用。     

论我国民营企业激励机制的构建

民营企业是我国经济的一个重要组成部分,对我国经济发展做出了很大的贡献.但是,由于其自身的缺陷使得其在我国经济体制改革的过程中激励机制构建上的缺陷日益暴露,并成为制约其成长的桎梏.本文在对当前民营企业员工激励机制背景认知的基础上,从人力资源管理方面就如何在民营企业中建立长期有效的激励机制提出对策:极具吸引力的福利文化、企业文化;物质激励和精神激励相结合;多层次的激励机制及企业家行为等.     

Private tutoring lessons supply: insights from online advertising in the Czech Republic

In many parts of the world, shadow education has become a major enterprise. Such is the case of the countries of the former Eastern Bloc, including the Czech Republic, which is in scope of this article. The study analyses the Internet supply of private tutoring lessons in academic subjects and assesses the micro- and macro-factors influencing the offered lesson price as set by private tutors. Based on the quantitative content analysis of 2058 individual tutor profiles advertising online, the author found a very unequal distribution of tutors within the country and a considerable proportion of mainstream schoolteachers acting as private lesson providers. The higher the formal education and age of the tutor, the higher the price they offer per lesson. Male tutors set higher prices than female tutors, and tutoring in foreign languages is generally more expensive than in any other subject. The results suggest that the features of private tutoring supply have implications for equity in education.

Publicness: An Analytical Foundation for Categorization Standards under the Legislation for Private Schools

Abstract

The central tenet of the revisions to the Law on the Promotion of Private Education is the implementation of categorized management of private schools, establishing a legal basis for categorized management. Private education is characterized by publicness, and upholding and guiding private schools in exercising their public nature is the target value of legislation on private education. Publicness determines the criteria under standards for the categorization of private schools, and differences in publicness provide an analytical foundation for private school categorization standards. Publicness defines the focal points of private school standards, including the subjects of the law for private education, as well as the rights and obligations of these subjects.
