浅论丹巴甲居嘉绒藏寨民居

本文通过对甲居藏寨民居历史、环境、型制、空间的分析 ,说明了藏寨民居与它周围的地理环境、自然条件、社会思想的关系。去粗取精 ,提取出若干适应当地生活习俗、气候自然的环境空间构成手法。继承传统 ,推陈出新 ,对丰富现有的环境空间构成手法有积极意义     

Private speech in children with ADHD and their typically developing peers during problem-solving and inhibition tasks

This study compared private speech of children with ADHD and normal controls during problem solving and inhibition tasks. Thirty-two children (16 children with ADHD and 16 matched controls) aged 6–11 years participated. Consistent with previous studies, children with ADHD produced more task-irrelevant and task-relevant external private speech than control children during problem-solving tasks, but did not differ in their use of task-relevant internal private speech. During the inhibition/attention task (Continuous Performance Test-II), children with ADHD produced more task-relevant external and more task-relevant internal private speech, suggesting that they may have employed a less mature strategy to aid in self-regulation. The educational implications of the current study are that there should be an increased awareness of the developmental nature and functional significance of private speech and how private speech usage may differ in children with ADHD.     

我国民营汽车业发展对策分析

试析我国民办教育投资回报的相关政策

我国民办教育的公共政策定位为非营利性机构,民办学校的会计核算、民办教育合理回报的界定与规制以及税务处理等必须以此为前提。从目前民办教育的发展情况看,已经到了一定要把营利性及其合法性界定清楚的地步。应在《中华人民共和国教育法》中明确承认营利性教育的合法地位,同时依据营利性,由《学校法》直接把学校分为营利性与非营利性两类。

作为西方法律文化的产物 ,constitutionalcivilrights有其独特的自然法背景。本文通过对西方法律思想史、宪法史和美国最高法院司法实务见解的梳理与综合分析 ,认为将constitutionalcivilrights译为“公民权利”属于误读 ,它混淆了依据人的属性和依据公民资格而获得的权利之间的道德区别。应将其译为“私人权利” ,明确这一权利体系的前国家与超国家特征 ,使其区别于实证法律传统之下个人依赖作为政治社会成员资格所享有的公民权利 ,并区分宪法权利与民事权利之间的差异。在法官的解释下 ,constitutionalcivilrights还呈现出开放特性 ,是一个能够感应时代变化的、发展的权利体系。     

对加强个体工商户财务管理的几点认识

改革开放以来，我国个体经济得到前所未有的发展，但它作为会计学科理论体系与其他学科理论体系相比，最显著的特征是理论体系不完善，其主要表现在会计核算体系、会计管理体系基本上尚未建立起来。个体工商户企业普遍实行代理建账、记账结算，手段、方法不规范，会计制度比较简单等一系列问题；针对这些情况我们必须从加强发票管理，发挥中介机构的作用，严格管理制度，明确划分国税机关、代理会计、业户三者之间的法律责任和义务等方面入手，采取措施加强对个体工商户财务制度建设和管理。     

跃出家族企业的陷阱——论家族企业家革命

无论是发达国家，还是发展中国家，家族企业作为一种企业组织形式都广泛地存在着。其自身的优势与劣势同样鲜明。我国家族企业普遍处于初创期和扩展期，家族制依然存在着发展的空间。然而，只有以家族企业家革命为先导，通过制度创新，跃出家族企业的陷阱，才是家族企业实现可持续发展的必然选择。     

Spatializing a global education phenomenon: private tutoring and mobility theory in Cambodia

ABSTRACT

Along with the dramatic expansion of private tutoring around the world, a significant body of literature has been produced to understand this phenomenon. While many studies consider the issue of geographic location, the spatial dimension tends not to be a central focus of private tutoring studies. In contrast, the present essay applies mobility theory to research from Cambodia, where private tutoring is essential to student success. It does so in order to place private tutoring provision into a broader perspective that includes but moves beyond the economic dimensions of supply and demand and the sociological dimensions of economic, cultural, and social capital to include consideration of how private tutoring provision is constrained by a multidimensional spatial field of possibilities and how private tutoring participation is enabled by one’s position and abilities in relation to that field. The paper argues for increased attention to ‘spatial capital’ in studies of private tutoring and education generally.
