我国专科教育现状分析及发展战略构想

本首先分析了当前我国专科教育所面临的发展困境与成因，进而提出了改革我国专科教育体制、建立新型专科教育运行机制的构想与相关的政策性建议。作认为，作为高等教育的一个重要组成部分，专科教育为我国的社会主义教育事业作了重要贡献，但目前又进入到一个新的发展转型期，挑战与发展的机遇关存；改革计划管理的约束的体制，寻求办学效益和社会效益的统一，建立起与社会主义市场经济体制相适应的专科教育体制与机制，实现教育体制与学校功能的战略性调整，是现阶段专科教育改革发展的必然趋势和重要条件。     

Science and Mathematics Mentees and Mentors: Who Benefits the Most?

The purpose of our study was to determine the extent to which differences in a mentor model for science and mathematics teachers accounted for variances in mentoring effectiveness and persistence rates of teachers. School district designee, mentor, and teacher perceptions of mentoring support were collected through the use of interviews and surveys and analyzed using the grounded theory approach and open coding. Findings revealed that teachers and mentors recommended that future mentor models provide strong support and more face-to-face meetings. The most common change mentors made was that they incorporated new strategies into their teaching. Findings offer insight for structuring mentor models to increase effectiveness and persistence of teachers and build the capacity of mentors.     

Using stakeholder feedback to improve online professional development opportunities

Abstract

Traditional professional development is often characterized as being expensive, time consuming, and lacking impact. In contrast, online professional development provides greater flexibility and is becoming increasingly popular for school personnel. In this article, we report the process and outcomes of gathering feedback to adapt traditional in-person to online training differentiated for the participants to maximize utility, efficiency, and effectiveness in meeting the needs of key stakeholders. Focus groups were conducted with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to gather feedback on content as well as how online learning modules (OLMs) could be tailored to meet specific school site and team needs. We discuss our findings in the context of continuing efforts to improve general and specific professional development opportunities.

如果将诗人弗洛斯特比作为一位人生导师的话,那么他的一些诗作就被认定是诗歌体的寓言。它们描写的是动物世界的活动及发人深省的教益,但如寓言一样,其目的在于启迪人们的智慧。本文所选择的诗歌显示了诗人诲人不倦的良苦用心,教导人们如何抵御人间无法回避的恐惧、孤独及死亡。这些寓言诗具有极深刻的现实意义,指导人们在困境中能做到自我保护,生活自如。     

Nurseries and emotional well‐being: evaluating an emotionally containing model of professional development

Despite official endorsement of attachment principles in nursery work, these are often not translated into nursery practice. One possible reason for this is that staff training does not sufficiently address the personal implications and anxieties that children's attachments may entail for practitioners. Working from a psychoanalytic perspective on organisational functioning and group learning, this paper describes action research with a group of nursery heads who participated in a professional development programme designed specifically to explore emotional experience in professional work. The positive evaluations of the programme by heads and their staff are described including examples of experiential learning and of increased staff awareness about, and responsiveness to, the emotional experience of children. However, the research also concluded that sustained effectiveness of the model is likely to be dependent on an ongoing culture of attention to the emotional experience of nursery staff within nursery umbrella organisations.     

继续教育课程设计综合规划的设想

对受教育者的学习需求考虑得不细,是目前继续教育课程设计中的一个比较突出的问题。继续教育应以教师专业发展阶段理论作为课程设计的依据,综合规划课程。突出分类课程、分层设计的特点,既能保证继续教育的可持续发展,又切实满足受教育者的发展需要。     

增强教学交往促进专业课教学质量的提高

教学交往是一种实现教学目的有效手段,它能创设一种师生互动、互惠的教学关系,能激发学生的学习热情和兴趣.由于专业课中的新概念多、实践性强,在教学中很容易引起学生学习的倦怠.应该充分发挥教学交往的最大效能,创造多种途径的教学交往模式,促进专业课教学质量的提高.     

日本教师专业发展特征的嬗变

教师专业发展课题是国际师范教育领域的热门课题，已经普遍引起各国的关注。回顾日本师范教育从近代创立到现代教师教育的发展历程，再现了日本教师专业发展的4个阶段及其发展特征，为我国教师教育改革提供一点借鉴。     

在职教师网上学习困难之调查报告

网上学习为在职教师提供了一种灵活的进修机会,促进了教师终身学习的发展。然而,通过几年的实践,学员们在这一新的学习模式下会产生哪些困难呢?本研究以华东师范大学网络教育学院在职进修教师为样本,采用网上问卷调查的方法,旨在探讨在职教师网上学习的主要困难及影响因素。本研究收回的有效问卷为196份。研究发现,教师网上学习的困难包括基础设施条件、操作技能、资源,以及个人等方面,影响网上学习主要因素包括网上教师水平、网上学习环境、网上学习支持等等。根据在职教师网上学习困难的综合分析,作者提出了一系列改进网络教学的策略性建议,可供网上教学工作者参考。
