我国职业足球运动员转会管理方与俱乐部之间的委托代理问题

运用文献论证、博弈分析等研究方法,对我国职业足球运动员转会管理方与俱乐部委托代理双方的委托代理问题进行分析。研究认为,管理方与俱乐部委托代理之间委托代理问题产生的主要根源在于职业足球运动员转会监管和处罚机制不完善或者说运动员转会监管和处罚制度存在漏洞。针对管理方与俱乐部委托代理之间委托代理问题产生的原因,提出完善运动员转会监管机制、加强管理方与俱乐部委托代理双方信息交流、完善运动员转会处罚机制等解决委托代理问题的具体路径,旨在为相关部门制订职业足球运动员转会制度提供借鉴。     

高职体育教学中学生体育素养和职业能力培养研究

高职教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,高职院校专注培养实用型人才,重视学生的实际运用能力,以及实际操作能力,满足社会对实用技能型人才的需求。随着教育体制的改革,传统体育教学中的问题不断凸显,很难培养学生的体育素养,也不利于提升学生的职业能力。高职院校在体育教学中,不仅要教授学生专业的体育知识,也要将学生的身体素质和职业技能作为重要的教学内容,针对学生的专业制定体育项目,促进学生体育能力的多方面发展,为未来的社会工作作铺垫。目前高职院校在体育教学中,忽视学生体育素养和职业能力的培养,需要及时改进,制定合理的措施,提升学生的体育素养和职业能力。     

Educational program on evaluation of alleged sexual abuse victims

Increased awareness of the problem of child sexual abuse has resulted in increasing numbers of children presenting to professionals for the evaluation of possible sexual victimization. A multidisciplinary project to develop professionals' knowledge and skills in the identification and evaluation of possible victims is described. The program focused on the child as a victim and emphasized developmental perspectives with regard to identification, interviewing children, the medical examination, and children in the legal system. Fifty-one medical and social work professionals from ten Indiana counties attended the program and responded to questionnaires about their experience and knowledge. Of 40 (78%) respondents, 63% had had no previous training in the medical evaluation for child sexual abuse. Child protective workers referred alleged victims primarily to the child's regular physician (37%) or emergency room (31%) for medical examination. Knowledge about child sexual abuse improved significantly at two weeks postsymposium (p = .001) and remained improved at six months postsymposium (p less than .02). These original participants have subsequently organized similar multidisciplinary programs in their local communities for medical, social, law enforcement, and legal professionals; thus, they have been "seeds" for further educational and cooperative efforts throughout the state.     

The Evolution and Cultural Characteristics of Korean Professional Soccer

Abstract

Since it was introduced in the late nineteenth century, soccer has been one of the cultural driving forces for Koreans in overcoming national hardships during the dark ages marked by imperial occupations, war, and division during the modern era. This study was carried out to investigate the cultural backgrounds and characteristics due to which soccer has entered an era of professionalization under the name of the Super League. Korean professional soccer started in 1983 under the name of the Super League, not by popular demand but by from political backgrounds. The sport was off to a bad start, and this became an inherent limitation and the reason Korean professional soccer did not flourish. In addition, although Korean professional soccer had grown rapidly in terms of quantity based on a consistent increase in professional teams and the introduction of advanced systems, the cultural limitations of an incomplete local franchise system and a lack of public attention were revealed. Korean professional soccer has shown a variety of sociocultural limits while rapidly developing in its short history. Nevertheless, having a short history indicates the system is young, which means it has the opportunity to mature. Korean professional soccer has sufficient potential and it can be directed toward a brighter future.
