基于5R的高校图书馆“迎新季”营销推广模式研究——以东北师范大学图书馆为例

[目的/意义] 分析高校图书馆在新生入学时开展的营销推广活动,提高图书馆资源利用率,建立读者与图书馆之间的长期稳定的互动关系。[方法/过程] 引入5R营销理论,采用网站调研和对比分析法,总结"985工程"高校图书馆的"迎新季"推广活动经验,以东北师范大学图书馆2016年的主题迎新营销推广活动为例,采用数据统计和实证法,对营销推广活动的效果进行分析,探索高校图书馆"迎新季"营销推广新模式。[结果/结论] 在新媒体环境下,高校图书馆推出多种具有针对性的主题营销推广活动,"迎新季"营销推广活动就是高校图书馆读者服务新的尝试与探索,东北师范大学图书馆馆员针对"迎新季"营销推广活动中产生的问题,提出相应的解决办法,为高校图书馆进一步开展个性化、丰富多彩的营销推广活动提供参考与借鉴。     

基于D2R发布学者关联数据集探究——以图书情报领域为例

[目的/意义]探讨学者关联数据集的定位及其构建方法,以期为学科发展、学者评价与信息共享利用提供便利。[方法/过程]在阐释现有机构知识库内涵基础上,分析学者关联数据集之功能特点,并以我国图书情报领域为例,通过开源软件D2R发布该领域学者的关联数据集。[结果/结论]学者关联数据集不同于机构知识库,它以所属学科领域的学者为数据起点,以网罗一切相关信息资源,并以完全开放、关联与共享的方式提供知识。在学者关联数据集的构建与发布过程中,重点需克服实体URI定义、作者重名、专著与网络学术记录难以采全等问题。     

宽带无线接入网络的动态带宽管理算法

针对宽带无线接入网络,提出了一种动态带宽管理分配机制.当移动节点从原用户站移动到新的用户站时,如何保证原连接的QoS需求.另外,在带宽资源不足的情况下,让实时性的服务具有较高的带宽使用优先权,以降低转移呼叫中断概率.仿真结果表明,提出的动态带宽管理分配机制,通过合适的参数配置,可以表现出应有的性能.

Multicultural Visions of Globalization: Constructing Educational Perspectives From the East and the West

The thesis of this essay is that globalization is a phenomenon that humankind must be educated for understanding as a process of global evolution. The new world evolving is being defined as requiring a new sense of collective cooperation amongst the peoples of the Earth, if we are to continue to exist on the planet. Educators are in the midst of and have an important role to play in this social and conscious evolution. One of our challenges is to explore the theoretical foundations for framing a new global education agenda. The assertion is that the theories of global, social, and conscious evolution of 20^th century intellectuals and visionaries such as India’s Sri Ghose Aurobindo (1872-1950) and France’s Pierre Teilhard de Chardin (1881-1955) provide the foundation from which to construct a new global educational perspective.

Scheduling algorithm for multimedia services in IEEE 802.16e OFDM system

Based on five scheduling types and their QoS requirements defined in IEEE 802.16e specification, this paper proposes a new scheduring algorithm for non-real-time or real-time multimedia services. Taking the performances of efficiency, fairness and complexity into consideration, the proposed algorithm enhances the efficiency of air interface resource at the expense of the short-time unfairness, but ensures the long-time fairness. Moreover, the proposed algorithm introduces an efficient QoS assurance mechanism, which implements the functions of congestion control, queuing management and traffic management. The simulation results based on a simplified traffic model show that the proposed algorithm guarantees better performances of efficiency and fairness than conventional algorithms, without increasing the algorithm complexity. Especially on the occasion of heavy-traffic requirement, the performance of efficiency and fairness can be improved by 50% at most.
