期刊刊名可分为具实性一类和象征性一类.具实性刊名,直指事物之本体、内核,内容确定而单一;而象征性刊名,是采用比喻、象征、借代、暗示等形象思维的手段对刊物所作的命名.两者各有优势,也各有局限.

方法:协整分析、格兰杰因果检验等计量方法。目的:分析论证货币政策到房地产市场传导的有效性与房地产市场到最终目标(实体经济)传导的有效性。结果:房地产市场在货币政策传导机制中发挥了重要作用,M2、M1是房价指数变化的格兰杰原因,房价指数是工业增加值、居民消费物价指数、社会消费品零售总额变化的格兰杰原因。     

Navigating the discursive tensions of the public university: the case of a South African student

As public universities seek to be locally responsive and compete internationally, tensions arise between expansion and equity, and between discourses of neoliberalism and social justice. This article focuses on how students navigate these tensions, and the implications for how they can act, interact and be. Norman Fairclough’s three-level view of the social and language, and his method of critical discourse analysis are used to analyse longitudinal interviews with an undergraduate science student. This student is, on account of his home and schooling, considered ‘historically marginalised’ at an historically-white, English-medium South African university. The results show how the student navigates multiple positionings that draw on notions of class, language, independence, progress, choice, care, and so on. It is argued that while universities should support students to navigate some of these tensions, there is a need to re-imagine structuring discourses related to the ‘normal’, ‘independent’ university student.     

Defying the dominant discourse: why contesting neoliberalism needs critical pedagogy in economics education

Both the dominant narrative in the economics discipline and the predominant mode of delivery of an economics education in colleges and universities mutually reinforce the authority of neoliberalism. This paper argues that a counterhegemonic pedagogy in addition to a pluralist curriculum equips students with the knowledge they need to exercise their own judgment as future economists, business leaders and policy makers. Beyond opening discussions of alternative theoretical and methodological approaches or separately, diversifying modes of delivery to promote critical thinking, an economics education engaging critical pedagogy can create the space students need to discuss not only the different assumptions about material relations and individual behavior intrinsic to various economic models, but also the assumed social relations in both the models studied and the construction of which knowledge defines economics as a field of study.     

思辨缺席与Seminar教学范式

在西方国家,思辨能力的发展被视为高等教育的核心技能之一,其相关理论、方法论和教学实践研究成果丰硕。相比之下我国的相关研究尚不充分,学生思辨能力的培养并未得到足够的重视。思辨缺席是近年来我国外语界研究的一个热点问题。如果从教学实践的角度观察外语专业研究生思辨能力的培养,我国学者认为在研究生课程中采用Seminar教学范式是提高学生思辨能力的有效途径。     

沈阳市房地产市场的预测与预警

近年来,沈阳房地产市场结构基本合理,供求基本平衡,房价运行基本稳定,被业界认为是最健康、最具活力的市场,特别是从2010年起,频繁调控接踵而来,但对沈阳房地产市场的影响甚微。为了沈阳房地产市场更稳健地发展,有必要了解沈阳房地产未来的需求状况以及建立起一套有效的房地市场预警体系,这样才能及时发现潜在的问题。本文主要从定量角度来探讨这两个问题,希望能对政府制定政策和开发商投资有一定的参考意义。     

A new conceptualization of mega sports event legacy delivery: Wicked problems and critical realist solution

The authors present a new conceptualization of mega sports event legacy delivery, which accounts for the problematic nature of legacy by viewing it as a wicked problem. Research on mega sports event legacy has focused on establishing typologies of legacy, investigating outcomes, and consequences, with limited attention to legacy delivery. The conceptualization of legacy delivery has largely relied on a positive, utopian legacy rhetoric. In contrast, the authors advance the understanding of legacy by proposing a conceptual approach of the legacy delivery process, to enable empirical studies in different contexts to be conducted. Specifically, the authors examine the wicked problem of mega sports event legacy delivery from a Critical Realist perspective, which serves to give meaning and order to this complex process. This conceptualization reveals that legacy delivery is inclusive of deep social structures which underpin different stakeholders’ interpretations and interactions, which produce or limit legacy delivery. The role of social, generative structures as causal mechanisms has not been considered as a way to understand legacy delivery previously. Implications for teaching, research, and practice are discussed to demonstrate the value of this new approach. Importantly, this conceptualization focuses on processes rather than outcomes and encourages the identification of unexpected or unanticipated components of legacy delivery beyond the formal policies and plans designed to create or leverage legacy.

文章根据对国内外经济形势的分析以及模型测算,预测2010年我国房地产价格基本稳定,房地产投资和供给较快增长,房地产需求稳中有升,市场处于景气状态。主要原因有:宏观政策鼓励房地产健康发展;购房愿望和能力仍支撑刚性需求;通货膨胀预期刺激短期需求;土地供给制度制约市场供给;上游产品涨价传导到房地产市场;城市化新趋势推动房地产发展等。文中最后就房地产制度建设、调控政策、抑制投机以及城市化新挑战等提出了一些政策建议。
