高校图书馆引进学生助理的实践与思考

广西生态工程职业技术学院图书馆自2001年以来,每年引进150-180名无薪学生助理协助工作,既满足了全开架连续开馆的服务要求,又为学校节省了巨额人力费。学生助理被列为图书馆重要的人力资源组成部分,各岗位职责明文规定:指导和培养学生助理,是馆员的工作职责之一。指导和培养目标也非常明确,即教给学生助理做人的道理、做事的方法。最终目标是,指导学生助理在完成工作中提升自我,达到图书馆服务效益、学校经济效益、教育效益、学生助理成长发展利益兼顾的"共赢"目标。     

A longitudinal analysis of gender differences in academic self-concept and language achievement: A multivariate multilevel latent growth approach

This study investigated the development of academic self-concept and language achievement from Grade 7 to Grade 12 by repeated assessment of 2826 Flemish adolescents in 50 secondary schools. Latent growth curve modeling showed that both girls and boys experience a declining academic self-concept during the period of secondary education and that girls declined at a faster rate. Furthermore, girls were shown to have an increase in Dutch language achievement over time, whereas boys showed a decrease in middle years, followed by an increase from Grade 9 on. The multivariate multilevel growth curve model suggested that the evolution of academic self-concept was not related to the evolution in achievement, neither at the individual level, nor at the school level. There is, however, a positive relation between students’ academic self-concept and their achievement, the magnitude of which decreased throughout secondary school. At the school level, the correlation is small, but also positive, except for the girls from Grade 10 on. The results are discussed in relation to the reciprocal effects model and the developmental perspective regarding the self-concept/achievement relation.     

纵横载荷联合作用下弯曲薄板的功的互等定理

本文将功的互等定理应用于形状、大小和材料均相同又处于真实状态的两个薄板系统之间，得出了纵横载荷联合作用下弯曲薄板的功的互等定理，并给出了简洁的数学表达式。该式既可以用于横向载荷作用下弯曲薄板问题的求解，又可以用于薄板稳定问题的求解。定理推导过程中没有对薄板的形状和边界条件加以限制，因而使该定理具有较广的适用范围。     

基因与利他行为——道德的生物学解释

人类利他行为究竟是理性的产物还是经验的产物呢？社会生物学以现代生物进化论为基础,从基因的角度探讨人类利他行为的形成,强调亲缘选择对绝对利他行为的决定作用,同时通过进化博弈说明人类的文明源于相对利他行为的出现。这些观点再次为道德的起源做出了经验的说明。     

谈汉字词的翻译

存在于韩国语里的汉字词给韩国学生提供了比较有利的学习条件,但也容易产生负迁移。因为一些词义的变化,使汉字词和与之对应的汉语词语之间的对应关系变得非常紊乱。所以,翻译时一定要准确辨析汉字词和对应汉语词语之间的词义差异、感情色彩差异和词性差异以及搭配习惯上的差异。     

关于反商函数的研究

对反商函数的定义、性质进行了研究，并给出了倒数点的绘制方法。     

Concern for close or distant others: The distinction between moral identity and moral inclusion

Research has analyzed the relationship between moral identity—the extent to which people experience their moral character as being central to their self-conception—and the inclusion of other people within one’s own moral circle. These studies underline that the higher the moral identity, the larger the moral circle. However, recent studies have observed that a person with a high moral identity feels morally obliged towards close people and may be intolerant towards distant groups. The aim of the present research was to deepen the differences between moral identity and moral inclusion considering prejudicial attitudes, ethnocentrism, altruism and values. The results indicated that moral identity alone does not imply a reduction in intolerant attitudes. Instead, when moral inclusion is considered, the results even show a positive effect of moral identity internalization on prejudice and ethnocentrism. Moreover, moral identity internalization has an effect on values of benevolence, security, tradition and conformity. Hence, a strong moral identity does not denote an extension of one’s own moral circle. Instead, this variable is related to intolerance towards those groups considered not to be included in one’s own moral community.     

Reciprocal modeling of university students’ perceptions of the learning environment,engagement, and learning outcome: A longitudinal study

While researchers have proposed a reciprocal and bidirectional relationship among students' perceptions of their learning environment, engagement, and learning outcomes in college learning, scant research has effectively tested this assertion using longitudinal data. The present study examined this relationship with the use of an auto-/cross-lagged longitudinal structural equation modelling across a lag of 2.5 years. University students’ (N = 966) perceptions of the learning environment, engagement, generic skills, and GPA were surveyed and collected at sophomore and senior years. In addition to significant auto-lagged effects, the cross-lagged results showed unidirectional predicting paths from prior perceptions to subsequent engagement, and reciprocal and bidirectional relationship between engagement and generic skills. The results provided partial support for the reciprocity of these variables, and confirmed the important role of engagement in the process of college student learning, which extends previous cross-sectional findings in theoretical meaningful ways.     

中学生集体观念与利他观念的形成与教育

集体主义教育在我国中学生品德教育中占很重要地位，同时中学生的利他主义观念特别得到提倡，作者设计了问卷，用以调查中学生的这些观念的实际情况，然后，提出一些品德教育的建议。     

Reading achievement and reading self-concept – Testing the reciprocal effects model

Although there is a vast amount of research on reading motivation, evidence for bidirectional associations between reading self-concept and reading achievement is still missing, whereas there is compelling empirical evidence that suggests reciprocal effects between academic self-concept and achievement in other domains. This paper aimed to rigorously test reciprocal effects between reading self-concept and reading achievement within a longitudinal design comprising four waves of data collection. Drawing on a sample of N = 1508 secondary school students, results of structural equation modeling yielded support for reciprocal effects between reading self-concept and reading achievement. Strong support was found for the skill-development hypothesis, i.e. achievement predicting self-concept. Moreover, the self-enhancement hypothesis (self-concept predicting achievement) was corroborated in early years of secondary school. Thus, to best support poor readers, reading skills should perhaps be fostered by boosting the reading skill itself and reading self-concept, the latter particularly at the beginning of secondary school.
