浅谈中学化学教学中的问题设计

高校思想政治理论课实践教学新模式

加强实践教学环节，使大学生深入实际、深入社会生活，既是加强和改进高校思想政治理论课的重要方面，也是当前深化思想政治理论课教育教学改革的一个难点。依照现代教育教学规律，充分发挥教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用，构建以课程专题调研为主线，以引导式、参与式和研究式教学为特点，以学生团队学习为主要组织形式，以过程教育为重心的思想政治理论课实践教学模式，具有重要的实践价值。     

Characteristics of students who benefit from high-quality mathematics instruction

The present study examined characteristics of students who took advantage of the opportunity to learn Algebra II from a highly skilled teacher. In particular, student information was gathered concerning: (a) the amount of mathematics students knew prior to the class, (b) their motivation for learning mathematics, (c) the number and types of interactions they had with the teacher during class, (d) degree of self-regulation, and (e) general aptitude. A model for achievement was used that suggests both opportunity and propensity are important (i.e., students must be willing and able to take advantage of opportunity). Support for the model was found. Propensity to take advantage of a highly favorable opportunity accounted for almost sixty percent of the variance in achievement. In particular, students who were self-regulated, had strong mathematics backgrounds, and had low levels of frustration benefited more from high-quality instruction.

以问卷的方式,通过对非英语专业学生英语学习现状的定量、定性分析,指出实施任务型教学的现实意义,并就任务型教学的内涵、师生关系、任务设计、任务过程及评价等方面提出了具体的实施要求。     

美国高校教师发展浅析——以密歇根大学学习和教学研究中心为案例

密歇根大学学习和教学研究中心是美国高校教师发展机构中的典型代表,中心在机构设置、目标、主要活动方面都形成了鲜明的特色,并在项目和服务上都有所创新,取得了良好的成效。     

基于录像分析背景下的代数课堂教学语言研究——以两堂《分式的乘除》课堂实录为例

量化分析《分式的乘除》两堂录像课,参考弗兰德提出的"Flanders互动分析系统"师生语言分类,将代数课堂教学语言进行分类,并就不同教学环节,对教学语言比较分析,得出以下结论:(1)课堂教学中,教师的教学语言所用时间占有很高的比例,各种类型的教学语言的时间比例不同,以提问性语言为主;(2)代数课堂教学中两位教师在各个教学环节中教学语言所占时间比例不同,例题讲解、练习讲解环节教师语言所占的比例最大;(3)代数课堂教学各个环节中,教师大多采用提问性为主的教学语言;(4)课堂教学中,应适当减少命令性语言和提问性语言,适当增加启发性语言、反馈性语言和激励性语言,以提高教学效果.     

关于我国当前中小学教师专业发展活动的调查研究

基于"发展得比较好的教师更能准确地评判影响教师专业发展的因素"的假设,本研究借用网络技术的优势,就当前中小学教师专业发展活动的相关问题,调查了132位拥有"中高"职称的教师。结果发现:一是"典型"的校本教研活动虽然开展的频率高,但教师对其效果的评价却很差;二是我们在强调"典型"的校本教研活动的重要性的同时,忽视了那些"非典型"的、主要由个人自主研修或校外进行知识输入的专业发展活动的作用;三是教师对"听专家报告"和"做课题研究"这两项专业发展活动持有较高水平的认可;四是当前教师参与校本教研活动的积极性存在"小(学)高中(学)低"现象,反映了"越是需要专业知识和技能支持的老师,参加专业发展活动的积极性越低"的尴尬。     

真正教学的意味——基于赫尔巴特“教育性教学”思想的延展性思考

长期以来,不少教育实践工作者对于真正的教学仍缺乏深刻全面的领会。本文通过回溯教育"善"的内涵衍化,揭示了自古代以来评判教学的视角位移,总体上呈现出从教学的目的论取向到实践伦理立场的变换,并进而考察了近代以来被视为教学理想范型的"教育性教学"命题的本意与价值,及其后来在跨文化传译与诠释过程中发生的价值悖离。进而,从教学的"教育性"延展至"道德性"的讨论,指出当代探求真正教学意味的重点应在关注实践伦理,而其评判标准应坚持"以善致善"即目的与手段的统整性思考。     

非师范专业《现代教育技术》通识选修课教学设计与开发探究

教学设计是开发课程和指导教学活动实施的一种系统方法。运用ADDIE模型,融合多种学习理论,对非师范专业《现代教育技术》通识选修课进行系统的教学设计与开发研究,采用主题式教学内容和团队式教学模式,设计与教学目标和内容相匹配的教学方法和教学手段。经过三年的教学实践与评估优化,课程的教学体系日臻完善,其教学质量和教学效果被广大学生认可。     

Reading Rescue: A follow-up on effectiveness of an intervention for struggling readers

The authors examined whether Reading Rescue continues to be an effective literacy intervention and factors that impact its effectiveness. Data were collected on 143 first-grade students, tutored by 104 tutors at 38 schools. There was significant growth on all foundational skills (ps?ps?d?=?1.62 sight words, d?=?1.68 oral reading/comprehension). Student-level factors of Individualized Education Program status, program completion, number of session, and invented spelling; tutor-level factors of sessions delivered and years of experience; school level factors of school size and percentage of language minority students all predicted grade-level passage or word reading (all ps?2007 Ehri, L. Efforts should focus on ensuring program completion and increasing program exposure in neediest schools.
