基于系统性文献回顾法的新型研发机构研究与展望

本文以国内经济管理领域 2003年至2019 年的179篇文献为样本,使用系统性文献回顾法(SLR),探索和总结了新型研发机构的研究现状及其知识结构,分析现有研究的缺失并尝试寻找未来的研究趋势。研究发现: 第一,新型研发机构的知识结构由9个部分构成一个2W1H的主题研究框架。第二,从国家、产业和企业层面分别总结了阻碍新型研发机构发展的因素及其提升对策建议。第三,从研究知识模块、研究切入角度和研究趋势拓展3个方面解剖现有知识断层,并对未来的研究提出具体可行的对策建议     

Measuring the returns of R&D—An empirical study of the German manufacturing sector over 45 years

Motivated by recent statistics that show significant growth in labor productivity, this paper seeks to analyze the long-term relationship between domestic R&D, knowledge stock and productivity dynamics. Time series data of the German manufacturing industry is used to estimate a variable cost function with the stock of knowledge being dependent upon current and past R&D spending. The estimates indicate that 50% of the effects of R&D on the knowledge stock appear within 4 years. However, the rate of return on R&D are shown to be drastically declining; recent rates of return on R&D are estimated to have reached an all-time low spanning the last 45 years. Current yields of R&D are only one third compared to the sixties. In conclusion, though the productivity slowdown of the seventies seems to have been overcome, this is not attributed to R&D investments.     

Analyzing interdisciplinarity: Typology and indicators

Both funding agencies and scholars in science studies have become increasingly concerned with how to define and identify interdisciplinarity in research. The task is tricky, since the complexity of interdisciplinary research defies a single definition. Our study tackles this challenge by demonstrating a new typology and qualitative indicators for analyzing interdisciplinarity in research documents. The proposed conceptual framework attempts to fulfill the need for a robust and nuanced approach that is grounded in deeper knowledge of interdisciplinarity. As an example of using the framework, we discuss our empirical investigation of research proposals funded by a national funding agency in Finland.     

中国科技评价研究热点述评

构建高效规范的科技评价体系是我国科技治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要标志.以中国知网数据库2017-2019年科技评价领域的期刊论文为对象,分析近年来的研究热点分布及演化特征、主要研究机构及合作关系.研究发现:我国科技评价领域的研究热点包括高质量科技成果评价、学科评估、绩效评价、多元化评价方法等,符合国家科技评价改革方向;领域宽泛但缺少统一的学术语言和共同的认知理念,给学术研究和评价实践带来挑战;对评价方法的探索已成为主要研究方向,定量分析、大数据分析以及针对"分类评价""破四唯"等改革导向的分析已成趋势;研究机构以高校为主,学术研究与实践工作存在一定脱节.对未来我国科技评价体系的改革提出四点建议,包括坚持政策引导、建立行业共识、加强方法探索、促进研用结合等.     

“互联网+”时代背景下“科研思路与方法”教学模式探讨

当前,国家对大学本科的教育愈发重视,提出了多种教改方案。面对“互联网+”快速发展的形势,文章分析了“互联网+”时代背景下“科研思路与方法”新型教学模式的优势以及如何高效率地构建。通过教师、学生、互联网三者协调配合以及师生的线上互动交流和讨论,可以充分调动学生独立思考、自主学习的积极性,同时增加了教学趣味性,提高了教学质量。     

Inside out and outside in: How the COVID-19 pandemic affects self-disclosure on social media

As social distancing and lockdown orders grew more pervasive, individuals increasingly turned to social media for support, entertainment, and connection to others. We posit that global health emergencies - specifically, the COVID-19 pandemic - change how and what individuals self-disclose on social media. We argue that IS research needs to consider how privacy (self-focused) and social (other-focused) calculus have moved some issues outside in (caused by a shift in what is considered socially appropriate) and others inside out (caused by a shift in what information should be shared for the public good). We identify a series of directions for future research that hold potential for furthering our understanding of online self-disclosure and its factors during health emergencies.     

Managing research and innovation networks: Evidence from a government sponsored cross-industry program

Important innovations are increasingly produced based on research engagement and fertilization across industries. However, we know little about the challenges associated with managing innovation networks in specific contexts that involves researchers in cross-industry collaboration. Against this backdrop, we draw on theory on design and orchestration of innovation networks to analyze a large-scale government sponsored program, “ProcessIT Innovations” that was designed to increase competitiveness and accelerate economic growth in Northern Sweden. The program was initiated and led by firms from the traditionally strong local process industry and engaged local researchers and firms from the emerging IT industry. Based on our analyses, we offer two contributions. First, we provide a detailed analysis of the challenges related to configuration of the network, orchestration of partnerships between participants, and facilitation of innovation in dedicated development projects. Second, we propose a model of managing research and innovation networks through fertilization across industries and between firms and research institutions.

Creating a departmental culture for communication grants

Extramural funding to support communication research influences and is influenced by the culture of our discipline, universities, and departments. Both the National Communication Association and the International Communication Association have established closer ties to funding agencies and encouraged members' grant writing pursuits through mentorship and convention programs, newsletter columns, and publicity. Universities vary in how much support they have available as infrastructure to assist in the submission and administration of grants. Some institutions facilitate extramural funding endeavors through mentoring programs, university-wide research centers, sharing of indirect costs, and space. Department cultures, too, vary in the resources available to support grants. Departments in many ways have the most direct effects on grant-supporting cultures. In addition to activities indicated for the discipline and university, departments can build a grant culture by recognizing grant writing in their personnel practices, creating systems for rewarding and supporting grant activities, and having policies in place for the many related issues (e.g., release time, indirect cost sharing, research assistants). Finally, the interpersonal culture, whether colleagues recognize and support grants, plays a major role in individual pursuit of, and satisfaction with, seeking extramural funding to support communication research.     

高校图书馆人对农村图书馆问题的忧思

对农村图书馆问题的研究,体现着时代的要求、学术研究的境界和中国图书馆事业发展的进程。高校关心农村图书馆建设,具有理论价值和实际意义,当前应重点关注农村图书馆的统计、管理和服务工作等机制。
