道德“滑坡”了吗——对当代中国国民道德素质的一个理论视点

"道德滑坡"已经成为人们对当今中国国民道德素质的一种普遍认识,中国老百姓真的"道德滑坡"了吗?要讨论这个问题,首先要厘清道德的内涵以及什么是"道德滑坡".事实上,国民的道德素质并没"滑坡",而是道德失范.造成道德失范的原因是复杂多样的,而当今中国正处于社会转型时期,社会转型期的社会失范是导致国民道德失范的根本原因.     

论课程观的转变

课程观转变受一系列因素的制约,除政治经济因素之外,还包括文化、意识形态、教育观的转变、学科的发展、人对课程观的认识理解、知识观的转变、不同类型大学的需求、本国的国情等诸多因素.其转变途径可通过三个层面实现,在课程改革中起着定向、评价、调节的功能.

Innovation policy for system-wide transformation: The case of strategic innovation programmes (SIPs) in Sweden

The orientation towards grand societal challenges can be seen as a new wave or paradigm for innovation policy. Such policy aims at system-wide transformation and is often referred to as system innovation policy. While insights from transition studies have provided novel and useful rationales for innovation policy targeting system-wide transformation, it remains unclear how to design, implement and evaluate such policies. The contribution of this paper is to translate and concretize the challenges of system innovation policy towards scope for policy action and analysis. Building on insights from transition studies we group the challenges into four domains: directionality, experimentation, demand articulation, and policy coordination and learning. We relate challenges within the four domains to three generic features of innovation systems: interests and capabilities of actors, networks, and institutions. The derived framework is applied in a case study on the strategic innovation programmes, a recent policy initiative by Vinnova, Sweden’s Innovation Agency, targeting system innovation.     

高职院校教育科研成果实现转化须重视四个问题

教育科研的根本目的在于其产生的成果能得以推广和应用,真正用以指导教育教学改革,产生应有的价值。然而目前这类研究的成果转化是十分不理想的,对这类成果实现转化的探讨和研究是十分有意义的。本文从四个方面阐述了一些观点和想法,具有一定的参考价值。     

The integration of old and new technological paradigms in low- and medium-tech sectors: The case of mechatronics

This article addresses the internal transformation of low- and medium-tech (LMT) sectors from a technological perspective, analysing the absorption of radical new technologies by low- and medium-technology (LMT) firms and their integration into frameworks dominated by older technologies. Through an empirical analysis of a cluster of mechatronic companies, the paper highlights some of the main features of the integration process and provides a preliminary assessment of whether the phenomenon is more likely to occur within or between companies, that is through the absorption of new technologies by each firm individually or by means of linkages between specialised mono-technology companies.     

Java实现图像的灰度变换

图像增强技术有直方图处理、平滑处理、尖锐化处理等。图像增强技术是为了某种应用目的去改善图像的质量。图像增强技术可以归纳为:以灰度映射变换为基础的空域处理和以数字滤波方法为基础的频域处理。介绍了图像的线性灰度变换技术,利用Java实现了图像的灰度变换。     

基于ISM的科技成果转化知识共享障碍及策略研究

科技成果转化的实质是知识流动与成果形态转化耦合的过程,而知识共享是促进科技成果转化中知识流动的核心环节。利用解释结构模型（ISM）对科技成果转化知识共享的障碍因素进行系统分析,并针对关键的根源性障碍要素,给出克服和改进的策略。这对促进科技成果转化的知识管理,提升科技成果转化组织的核心竞争力具有重要现实意义。

本文提出了区域 (行业 )科技成果转化的评价指标体系 ;并建立了科技成果转化的综合评价模型和详细评价模型 ;最后 ,对河北省九大工业行业的科技成果转化工作进行了评价。

基于图书馆2.0的发展趋势,研究了图书馆中可能出现的新职位,分析了新职位的人员素质要求,以及新职位的产生折射出的图书馆的组织转型,并以麦克马斯特大学图书馆为例进行实例研究。
