跳远起跳技术的生物力学综述

跳远运动是传统的田径项目,有关对跳远起跳技术的生物力学机制及其专项评价指标一直是众多学者所关注的问题。在总结前人研究的基础上,对起跳动作的阶段划分及及主要的争论焦点——腾起速度与腾起叫的匹配关系等问题作一评述。     

Determination of 5-Fluorouracil in Human Plasma by High- Performance Liquid Chromatography （HPLC

5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) has a broad spectrum of anti-tumor activity, widely applied to the treatment of cancers. However, it is necessary to determine the plasma concentration of 5-FU in clinical practice due to its narrow therapeutic index. Therefore, a simple, economic and sensitive high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed and validated for the determination of 5-FU in human plasma. Ethyl acetate was chosen as extraction reagent. Chromatographic separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm i.d., 5 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of methanol and 20 mmol/L ammonium formate using a linear gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. 5-FU and 5-bromouracil (5-BU) were detected by UV detector at 265 nm. The calibration curve was linear over the concentration range of 5—500 ng/mL and the correlation coefficient was not less than 0.992 6 for all calibration curves. The intra- and inter-day precisions were less than 10.5% and 4.3%, respectively, and the accuracy was within ±3.7%. The recovery at all concentration levels was 80.1±8.6%. 5-FU was stable under possible conditions of storing and handling. This method is proved applicable to therapeutic drug monitoring and pharmacokinetic studies of 5-FU in human.

禁用偶氮染料检测方法探讨

将固相萃取技术应用于禁用偶氮染料中代谢物苯胺类物质的检测。采用自制的大孔吸附树脂固相萃取小柱可以同时吸附水体中的苯胺类物质和其他常用染料。HPD系列大孔吸附树脂对苯胺类物质的吸附量大于对染料的吸附量,解脱性良好,适宜于做本方法的固定相。利用丙酮和乙醇2种溶剂的不同极性,将染料与苯胺类物质进行洗脱分离,解脱率较高,适宜做本方法的洗脱剂。通过紫外吸收光谱法和高效液相色谱法进行定性、定量检测,初步建立起一套快速、简单、实用的分离检测方法。     

液相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定纺织品中6种致敏性分散染料

应用高效液相色谱-三重串联四级杆质谱技术,建立了纺织品中6种致敏性分散染料同时测定的快速分析方法。纺织品样品经甲醇提取后直接上样测定,前处理简便快捷,适合大批量样品分析。利用三重四级杆串联质谱的多重反应监测技术(MRM),可以减小基质干扰,降低检出限和增加定量准确性。该方法定量限10×10-9,线性范围0.1～100μg/mL,添加回收率不低于90%,RSD5%。

Applications of ionic liquids in electrodeposition of rare earths

The electrodeposition and electrochemical behaviors of rare earths in different ionic liquids are summarized. It is demonstrated that most of the rare earths can be electrodeposited in ionic liquids except cerium. Anion of ionic liquids appears to play a significant role in determining the electrochemical windows, and then deciding whether the corresponding ionic liquids can be used for rare earths electrodeposition. The electrochemical behaviors of the reduction process in ionic liquids are similar to those in high-temperature molten salts. The reduction of RE（III） to RE（II） has different reversibility, but the reaction of rare earths to their zerovalent state is irreversible.     

基于相位差校正法的加Blackman-harris窗FFT算法与实现

相位差校正法是连续两次加窗截断时域信号并进行两次FFT变换,然后利用其对应离散谱线的相位差校正出谱峰处的准确频率和相位的新校正方法,通过利用插值fft算法的窗谱函数公式还可以校正其幅值,用以解决离散频谱分析中由于不能做到同步采样带来的较大误差。由于加Blackman-harris窗函数的频谱泄漏影响小、计算精度高,所以本文采用加Blackman-harris窗截断。
