Robust preliminary analysis of large-scale linear model for optimal industrial investments

Which equipment should be bought for a given sum to increase the profit of an industrial enterprize with a known specification of production within given limits? This problem is described as a large-scale linear program (LP) of a specific structure. An effective preliminary analysis for this structure was proposed in Ioslovich and Makarenkov [On methods of dimensionality reduction in linear programming, Econ. Math. Methods Moscow (in Russian) 11(3) (1975) 316-324] which aimed to reduce the size of the problem by detection of the redundant and active constraints. In this paper a robust system is considered, dealing with box-constrained uncertainties in the input coefficients. The analysis is based on robust evaluations of bounds for primal and dual constraints. A robust evaluation of uncertain duals presented in [I. Ioslovich, P.-O. Gutman, Robust redundancy determination and evaluation of the dual variables of linear programming problems in the presence of uncertainty, 1, in, V. Kucera, M. Sebek (Eds.), Proceedings of 3rd IFAC Symposium on Robust Control Design (ROCOND 2000), IFAC, Prague, Czech Republic, Elsevier Science, Amsterdam, 2000, paper 115] is essentially used.     

An LMI approach to robust H∞ filtering for uncertain systems with time-varying distributed delays

In this paper, the problem of robust H_∞ filtering for uncertain systems with time-varying distributed delays is considered. The uncertainties under discussion are time varying but norm bounded. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, sufficient condition for the existence of full order H_∞ filters is proposed by linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach such that the filtering error system is asymptotically sable and satisfies a prescribed attenuation level of noise. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the availability of the proposed method.

针对一类含有时变时滞和参数不确定性的神经网络,研究了它的鲁棒稳定性．利用线性矩阵不等式（LMI）方法,得到一个新的时滞依赖的结论,结论以线性矩阵不等式的形式给出,便于直接应用．最后的数值例子说明了所得结论的有效性和优越性．     

论城市社会稳定的建构

城市化是现代文明发展的趋势与结果,然而在这一总体上来说是进步的过程中,由于存在着各种矛盾与问题,城市社会的稳定受到冲击。只有认识到城市社会稳定的重要性,并对影响城市社会稳定的因素进行分析评估,才能进一步提出解决问题的方案。

针对／r／音添加固化现象，进行了实证调研和分析，提出了加强在职教师和在校师范生的语音培训及平衡师资力量，关注贫困、边远地区等一些有效地防止和缓解这一“固化现象”的解决办法。

研究了套代数框架下具有内部环结构控制器的线性系统鲁棒镇定问题。首先,介绍了一种新型的控制器———具有内部环结构控制器以及它的等价形式———典范或对偶典范控制器;其次,给出了系统具有扰动情况下鲁棒镇定的几个充分条件;最后,得出相应的结论。     

Adaptive robust approximate constraint-following control for mechanical systems

We formulate control problems of mechanical systems as constraint following. The system contains uncertainty which is (possibly fast) time-varying. It is unknown but bounded. The bound is, however, unknown. The objective is to design control which renders approximate constraint following. Adaptive laws are constructed. The controls are then based on the adaptive parameters. We are able to demonstrate guaranteed system performance, regardless of the uncertainty.     

Unknown input observer for linear non-minimum phase systems

An unknown input observer is to estimate the system state of a dynamic system subject to unknown input excitations. In this note, by assuming that at each time instant, the unknown input can be approximated by a polynomial over a local time interval, a finite-time observer is proposed to achieve approximate joint state and input estimation. Both the obtained state and input estimates are moving averages of the present and past output signals. The advantage of the proposed design is that it can be applied to non-minimum phase systems or systems with non-unity relative degree. Notice that most previous unknown input observer designs require the system to be minimum-phase and relative degree one.
