Investigation of newly developed added damping and stiffness device with low yield strength steel

Energy dissipators, isolated-resistant and specific structural forms for earthquake resistance are popular topics in the research to improve shock-resistance. In this work, experimental methods were used to investigate the property of low yield strength steel. Carbon content in LYS material is lower than that in other steels; the ultimate stress is three times the yield stress. The ultimate elongation rate is about 62% and the ductility is 2–3 times that of A36 steel. In order to overcome some defects of ordinary use metallic dampers, the mechanical characteristic of low yield strength steel is used to develop added damping and stiffness for rhombic steel plate absorber. Test of the energy dissipation behavior for this newly developed device indicated that LYS could stably dissipate or absorb the input energy of earthquake. Then, the analytical model for the hysteretic behavior of this new device is proposed. Comparison of experimental data and numerical simulation results showed that this analytical model is suitable for simulating the hysteretic energy behavior of this new device.     

椭偏法测量薄膜厚度与折射率实验的若干探讨

作者利用光学实验中的常规仪器完成了椭偏法测量薄膜的厚度与折射率,探讨了减小误差,提高测量精度的措施.文中还对文献[2]中某些易于产生困惑之处做了分析并给出了合理的解释.

土壤环境对菌肥移居微生物各生理群生长的影响

以灭菌茶园土壤施入混合菌肥,探讨茶叶专用菌肥微生物在不同土壤环境中存活状况、变化规律.结果表明菌肥细菌生长适宜的土壤环境条件是土壤含水量为20-25％,土壤温度为25℃,pH4左右的酸性土壤石灰添加量为0.4-0.8％（约土壤pH6.6-7.3）为宜;制约菌肥放线菌在土壤中生长繁殖因素主要为土壤pH和含水量,以土壤pH6.6-7.3,含水量为15-20％为宜.土壤环境因素对菌肥真菌生长的影响大小排序依次为pH、水分和温度,酸性土壤最有利于真菌的生长繁殖.     

稀土水杨酸8-羟基喹啉三元配合物对大肠杆菌抑制作用的研究

为探究稀土水杨酸8-羟基喹啉三元配合物RE(sal)2hq(RE=Pr、Gd)对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果.实验采用杯碟法和二倍稀释法,通过测量抑菌圈直径探讨了两种配合物及其配体的抑菌能力.结果表明:配体8-羟基喹啉、配合物RE(sal)2hq(RE=Pr、Gd)都具有很好的抑菌效果,而配体水杨酸及稀土(RE=Pr、Gd)离子抑菌效果都不明显.配合物Pr(sal)2hq、Gd(sal)2hq和配体8-羟基喹啉的最小抑菌浓度MIC值分别为:0.5 mmo/lL、1 mmo/lL和1 mmo/lL.最小杀菌浓度MBC值分别为:4mmo/lL、5mmo/lL和14mmo/lL.初步推测稀土水杨酸8-羟基喹啉三元配合物可以作为药物运用于有害大肠杆菌的防治中.     

316L不锈钢镀银板的真空热处理工艺

本文分别通过探讨真空环境下热处理温度和热处理时间对316L不锈钢镀银板性能的影响,从而确定316L不锈钢镀银板的最佳真空热处理工艺。     

Bifurcation and chaos of a 4-side fixed rectangular thin plate in electromagnetic and mechanical fields

We studied the problem of bifurcation and chaos in a 4-side fixed rectangular thin plate in electromagnetic and mechanical fields. Based on the basic nonlinear electro-magneto-elastic motion equations for a rectangular thin plate and the expressions of electromagnetic forces, the vibration equations are derived for the mechanical loading in a steady transverse magnetic field. Using the Melnikov function method, the criteria are obtained for chaos motion to exist as demonstrated by the Smale horseshoe mapping. The vibration equations are solved numerically by a fourth-order Runge-Kutta method. Its bifurcation diagram, Lyapunov exponent diagram, displacement wave diagram, phase diagram and Poincare section diagram are obtained.     

宝钢1450连铸结晶器铜板镀层裂纹分析及改进

2005年,宝钢1450连铸生产中发现结晶器长边铜板使用过程中镀层产生微裂纹,铜板平均过钢量下降到500炉。作者分析了铜板镀层裂纹的形态,找出了裂纹发生的规律,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行热分析计算,温度场显示铜板冷却不足,在分析验算的基础上,作者提出了冷却水槽改制的解决方案,该方案实施后取得了明显的效果,连铸结晶器铜板过钢量至少提高了20％。     

石油化工装置不锈钢复合钢板的焊接工艺

不锈钢复合钢板是一种由基层和复层组成的双层金属钢板,在石油化工装置中使用十分广泛。针对不锈钢复合钢板的焊接性特点,从坡口的选择、焊接方法、焊接材料、错变量的控制、焊后热处理和无损检测等工艺因素入手,阐述和提出了适合不锈钢复合钢板在石油化工设备制造生产中的焊接工艺措施。实践证明,这些工艺方法与措施在实际生产中可借鉴使用,并具有良好的针对性和实用效果。     

特殊电容器场强及电容计算的探讨

对特殊电容器一极板不平行的电容器进行了研究,主要采用数学物理方法中的复变函数及保角变换理论,结合电磁学和电动力学中的一些基本理论,对其进行了分析和研究,推导出了该类电容器特性参数一电场分布函数以及电容的计算公式,以及电场分布函数和电容值在具体条件下的计算方法．
