浅谈动词短语的教学

动词短语在英语语法系统中有着举足轻重的地位.但其结构灵活、语义丰富的特点给中国学生在学习时造成较大的困难.本文通过分析动词短语的特点和难点,就动词短语的教学提出了结合语境、循序渐进等几项建议.

针对民族地区农村社会经济发展水平较低、农民危机意识淡薄、危机承受能力非常脆弱、农村突发事件增多且恶劣等现实,具体分析了以农民专业合作社为主要依托的农村非政府应急组织参与应急服务存在的障碍、具备的功能及实现途径,以充分发挥其在民族地区农村突发事件中的预警防范与应对作用。     

提高“数字逻辑与系统”课程的教学实效

为了提高"数字逻辑与系统"理论与实践课程的教学实效,使全体同学对课程感兴趣、听得懂、肯钻研,作者在教学中"合理利用多媒体使教学效果生动化、运用比拟使抽象概念形象化、注重实践使电路功能可视化、重视细节使教学过程精致化",四法运用的实践结果表明:学生对课程教学的满意度、对课程学习的兴趣度和自觉度大增,使教学实效得到有效提升。     

创新型企业人力资本参与分配的途径比较研究

合理的人力资本收益分配模式是创新型企业成长的关键性因素之一,现行我国创新型企业人力资本参与收益分配的模式主要有四种：年薪制、员工持股计划、股票期权和管理层收购,分析了每种模式对创新型企业四类人力资本的激励程度,以美国和日本创新型企业人力资本收益分配模式为例进行考察,以期为我国创新型企业人力资本参与收益分配提供有益的借鉴与启示。     

Exploring student learning approaches on an initial teacher education programme: A comparison of mature learners and direct entry third-level students

This article compares the learning approaches of students on an initial teacher education programme. Using a mixed method approach, the study examines differences between mature learners and direct entry students, across the domains of deep, strategic and surface learning approaches. Following the quantitative phase, group interviews were conducted to gain additional insights into the factors, which impacted learning approach. Significant differences were evident between both cohorts. The key categories that contributed to learning approach included; motivation to learn, collaborative and competitive learning, prior educational experiences and school placement. The findings provide insights into the diversity of student cohorts.     

Positivity and quality of college life of business students: The mediating role of learning approaches

Drawing upon the causal agency theory, this study examined the direct and indirect (via learning approaches) links between positivity and quality of college life (QCL) of business students in a transitioning market, Vietnam. Two studies were conducted to test these relationships using structural equation modeling. Findings from study 1, based on a sample of 428 business students, showed that positivity was positively related to QCL. Further, deep learning approaches mediated the relationship between positivity and QCL. Findings from study 2, based on a sample of 416 business students, reconfirmed the role of positivity in QCL. However, the indirect relationship between positivity and QCL was not significant, demonstrating that surface learning approaches did not mediate the relationship between positivity and QCL. The findings contribute to the literature on positivity in higher education by confirming the overarching role that positivity plays, directly and indirectly (via deep learning approaches), in QCL.

德育方法的实现过程分析

德育方法是德育过程的实践环节，直接影响德育效果。影响德育方法选择的主要因素包括主体和环境两个方面，其中起关键作用的是教师后天形成的教育素质。德育方法是师生双方互动的活动，互动方式实现的一般过程是一种理论模型，这种理论模型虽然有理想的成分，但能帮助实践理清思路。德育方法的实施具有综合性、个性化、创新性等特点。     

高职学生提高英语口语技能的方法

英语作为一个在国际交流中用途广泛的工具,在今天的中国已给予了很高的重视。特别近年来,社会对高职毕业生口语表达的能力在实践方面有了更高的要求和标准。随着中国加深改革开放,如何改进学生的英语口语能力成为高职学院师生的一大任务。本文通过分析当前高职学生英语口语水平现状,对症提出三种系统的练习英语口语的方法,模仿,听写和自我讲述,有望为学生提供提高英语口语表达能力的突破口。
