三鹿集团“公司＋农户”制度困境的剖析——基于资产专用性视角

本文以三鹿的“公司＋衣户”模式为例,基于资产专用性的视角,从契约双方的势力、利益共享风险分担机制的构建、市场交易环境变化引起农户资产专用性弱化这几个方面较为深入地剖析了三鹿集团的“公司＋农户”制度模式困境,揭示了三鹿模式瓦解的原因,并提出改进和完善“公司＋农户”制度模式的建议。     

后发国家科幻小说现代性症候之魅——以《三体》为中心的考察

通过对刘慈欣《三体》系列小说叙事意图与象征美学的解读,将《三体》放在后发国家的话语场域与中国当代文学叙事谱系中进行分析,探求以《三体》为代表的中国科幻小说的现代性症候。《三体》的独特魅力在于继承了当代文学两种话语资源,并书写了后发国家面对全球化冲击的时代症候,同时为中国科幻小说化解民族性与西方现代性的矛盾提供了想象与可能。     

The importance of ethnicity in ethnic studies programs

A study was undertaken to determine the importance of ethnicity in an ethnic studies program. Three different dimensions were examined (1) the importance of the ethnicity of the teacher in the opinions of administrators and students; (2) ethnic differences among students in attitudes and expectations regarding such a program; (3) the relationship between the structure or content of the ethnic studies program and the long-range ethnic goals of society. Results of a nationwide sample of academic deans and a sample of students from two colleges in San Antonio, Texas, indicate that the ethnicity of teachers is an important concern for both administrators and students. It was also found that attitudes and expectations, as well as what the primary function of the program and the long-range ethnic goals should be, differed with the ethnicity of students.     

基于本体的历史年代知识元在古籍数字化中的应用--以《三国志》历史年代知识元的抽取、存储和表示为例

“正史”纪传体因人记事的体例,造成了同一史实散见于史书不同篇卷的弊端。为满足专业研究者查找史实全貌的需要,本文选取较有代表性的《三国志》为例,通过历史年代本体建立的语义关联来聚集相关历史年代知识元,达到聚集同一或相关史实的目的,为古籍数字化知识发现功能的实现提供了一条全新的思路。     

三尺安邦——刘邦“三尺斩蛇剑”探微

文章借助史籍对汉高祖刘邦＂三尺斩蛇剑＂进行考证,结论为：（1）剑的规格起源西周,分上、中、下三种制式＂,三尺＂是上制,长度约合0.7米;重量为＂九锊＂,即三斤十二两,折合为0.96公斤;剑身纹有大篆书体＂赤霄＂两字,还饰有七采珠、九华玉,剑刃如霜雪,剑匣上镶有五色琉璃;（2）＂三尺斩蛇剑＂存放在位于未央宫中的＂武库＂,吕后曾将＂武库＂更名为＂灵金藏＂;惠帝即位后改称＂灵金内府＂;神爵元年（前61）,中宗孝宣皇帝建＂神祠＂供奉;至晋元康五年（295）因武库起火而烧毁;（3）＂佩剑＂的风尚在汉朝重新开启,尽管＂三尺斩蛇剑＂的来源与结局充斥着＂神＂与＂灵＂,但却是权力的道具,是武装建国的象征。     

《三国志》称谓词札记

《三国志》是一部在汉语史上具有重要地位的文化典籍,记录了较多的称谓词,其中的“所怙”“侯”“阿翁”“下流”“同堂姊”“主人”“同乡”等七个称谓词较具代表性。通过对它们的考释,为辞书编纂提出修正意见,进而说明专书研究在汉语史研究中的重要性。     

Representations of Precarity in Italy

This contribution is focused on collective and individual stories of precarity in Italy. At the present time, when work and the imaginaries socially constructed around it are more and more individualised and fragmented, imaginaries and collective references – whether they be social movements, trade unions or professional groups – have given way to ever more particularistic and singular experiences, which hinder the construction of a coherent identity for workers. In this scenario the question to be asked is then: how is it possible to elaborate a new collective imaginary of precarity and reclaim new rights? After a focus on the phenomenon of precarity in Italy, this contribution move to consider the activities of the network of San Precario, a cultural phenomenon that managed to develop new kinds of social claims based on bottom-up and horizontal practices. It is then discussed that the current return to an almost exclusively individual approach to the question of precarity, which forces subjects to bear the management of their professional life trajectories. Finally, an analysis of social movements' recent efforts of self-organisation and some reflections on the possible role of social sciences in elaborating tools for planning a renewed welfare system are offered.     

从明清话本小说考察江南的商业活动

明清话本小说中所涉及的以江南地区为中心的地域社会大致可分为两个地区:一是所谓的江南地区,二是江南以外的地区社会.当时的江南对其他地区,在经济、社会风气、文化气氛等诸方面都产生了较大的影响,而且具有重要的文学研究价值.这种价值通过此一时期的话本小说可以反映出来.明代末期的地区社会与当时兴盛的商业经济有密切关系,那些商业经济又带动市镇的发展,而居于市镇的小市民就是话本小说中的主角,因此,话本小说能反映出当时市民的普遍的价值观和思想意识.     

刘永福故居保护性旅游开发研究

刘永福作为中国近现代史上著名的民族英雄,其位于钦州的故居--三宣堂,浓缩了他一生反清抗外守土爱民的业绩,具有重要的历史价值和文化内涵.三宣堂不仅是钦州城市的灵魂和荣光,更是开发文化产品、开发旅游项目的潜在资源,目前其在保护与开发中存在不少问题.从建立刘永福生平展览馆、加强宣传营销力度、加强周边旅游景点的联合开发、积极筹集开发资金等方面对其进行保护性旅游开发,使这一举世闻名的文化遗产得到更好的保护与利用.     

刘三姐文化的人类学解读

刘三姐文化表现形态主要是传说、歌谣和民间信仰,与之相关的戏剧、影视、商品和旅游等则是其衍生物。刘三姐是壮族中古时代壮汉文化融合产生的文化英雄,刘三姐文化是在壮族民歌文化基础上,融合中国南方各族群娱乐浪漫文化因子共同打造的狂欢文化偶像。刘三姐不仅是壮族,而且是中国文化,乃至东方狂欢文化的一种标志性符号。
