"三农"问题的几点质疑

目前关于解决“三农”问题的措施很多，但要付诸实施，达到最终解决问题的目的，还不容乐观。我们要把其中的问题、困难想得多些，在解决问题的过程中始终保持清醒的头脑，少点盲目性，多点自觉性，使问题解决得更科学一些，速度更快一些。     

“三言”中的苏轼形象

在＂三言＂中多次出现了苏轼的形象,冯梦龙笔下的苏轼更世俗,更像一个普通人。这种形象的变化及选择,既与时代风尚、政治文化环境影响有关,也与作者本人的喜好和价值取向相关。作品中的苏轼是明代文人的一个缩影,也是冯梦龙在作品中的替身。     

《三遂平妖传》第一人称代词计量研究

《三遂平妖传》第一人称代词有11个,种类远比现代汉语第一人称代词丰富,大多表单数：“我”“小人”;单数形式表复数的占所有复数用例的三分之一强,共四种方式;“我”“我们”表复数时既有排除式也有包括式,排除式多于包括式;“小人”“小人们”表复数时都是排除式。此外,除了“奴”“奴家”,还有较罕见的代词形式“奴奴”。     

毛泽东对“三农”问题的探索及启示

新中国成立后,毛泽东在借鉴苏联经验的基础上,对我国“三农”问题进行了艰苦的探索,他不仅充分肯定了农民在社会主义建设中的重要地位,做出了农业是国民经济基础的著名论断,提出了要按农、轻、重的顺序发展国民经济的战略方针,而且创造性地提出先合作化、后机械化、逐步实现农业现代化的社会主义农业发展新道路。同时,他高度关注农民的物质利益,强调要克服农村的两极分化,促进社会公平,使农民走共同富裕的道路。这些探索虽然在当时并未完全实现,但对于我们今天解决“三农”问题,建设社会主义新农村,促进社会和谐发展具有重要的启示。     

Ethnicity and crime: Perceptual differences among blacks, Mexican Americans, and Anglos

Perception is affected by culture. Since there are subcultural differences among blacks, Mexican Americans, and Anglos, it may be expected that perceptual differences would exist among them. Statistics indicate that ethnic differences appear in virtually every aspect of crime. Therefore, it was speculated that perceptual differences would exist in relation to crime. Results of the present study conducted among college students and adult nonstudents revealed that there were significant differences among the three ethnic groups in perception of seriousness of crimes, personally threatening crimes, perception of most common crimes committed in their city, and imputation of responsibility for crimes. Members of all three ethnic groups showed a distorted perception of the criminal activity that was occurring around them.     

婆心救世 曲笔为文——论“三言”因果报应思想

冯梦龙的“三言”是一部受因果报应思想十分明显的作品。其中涉及这种思想的作品,大约占其总篇的三分之一。这种因果报应的思想,历来多受人之诟病,不被人们所认可。对于这些劝善惩恶的作品,我们不能仅仅看到它的因果报应的外在形式,更要看到它的善恶观念。这种善恶观念实际上就是一种伦理道德观念。从“三言”中的果报小说所表现的伦理观念来看,其主要倾向应该是进步的。     

左思《三都赋》及其序注综考

《三都赋》的撰写和修订是左思一生中最重要的工作，他大约从移家洛阳就正式开始这一工作，先从事《蜀都赋》和《吴都赋》，到太康元年(280年)西晋平吴时又匆匆加上《魏都赋》，形成完整的初稿。他请名士皇甫谧为之作序。此后他又花十多年的时间加意修改，他拜访张载和陆机，又求为秘书郎，都是为了进一步搜集信息，帮助修订。到元康六年(296年)告一段落，得到张华的高度评价，引起强烈的社会反应，洛阳为之纸贵。于是先后有张载、刘逵、卫权等人为赋作注。这些序、注曾经有人认为完全是左思本人的炒作手段，但并无确证。     

In Memory of the Czar: A Review of the Memoirs of Witnesses and Contemporaries of Emperor Nicholas II

ABSTRACT

This article surveys the collection devoted to the memory of Emperor Nicholas II held at the Museum of Russian Culture in San Francisco. The author describes the cataloged materials of a unique collection of materials passed on to the Museum by Russian emigrants of the first and second waves, many of whom worked to preserve the memory of Russia’s last Sovereign and also made a significant contribution to the creation of the Museum and its archival collections.     

BiblioTech: Closing the Gap between Traditional and Digital Literacy

In 2013, Bexar County launched BiblioTech, the first all digital public library in the United States. BiblioTech capitalizes on technology to reach beyond the library walls and integrate the public library in facets of everyday life previously unavailable through paper and print. At its core, BiblioTech changes the traditional understanding of how libraries operate. BiblioTech’s digital model prompts a paradigm shift and challenges the library to seek out new ways to serve otherwise disengaged patron populations.

This article discusses the launch of BiblioTech---its impetus, mission, timeline, and challenges. The evolution of BiblioTech over its first four years of operation is presented, along with various community and intergovernmental partnerships that the library has forged in fulfillment of its mission. Finally, future opportunities and plans for development are also explored.
