为改善我国创业投资发展的法律环境,在立法上似可借鉴国外法律,承认有限合伙。然适用于创业投资企业的有限合伙,与普通民商事主体的有限合伙在制度、规范、要求上差异很大,其本位取向不尽相同。我国现在制定一部有限合伙的市场主体法是否必要值得探究。建议起草一部专门的《创业投资法》。 相似文献

This study examined a two-year special education and inclusive practices in-service training programme with a university in Nicaragua. Participants included 14 teachers from nine schools in Nicaragua. Participants’ knowledge of special education concepts were evaluated as part of assessing the training modules. In addition, programme evaluation information were collected. Results from the knowledge pre-and post-test indicated that participants made significant gains in their special education knowledge and the module evaluation forms indicate participants were highly satisfied with the project. Recommendations for planning and implementing a future training programme are also provided. 相似文献

In an era of rapid global economic and social change, educational institutions like schools and universities are struggling
to keep their curricula and programs relevant. Singapore’s schools are no exception, especially when education is viewed as
the essential element for maintaining the nation’s global competitiveness in ways that are totally disproportionate to its
size. The current shift from an ‘efficiency-’ to an ‘ability-’ driven paradigm in education, however, is increasing uncertainty
and raising the stakes in an already pressurized system where schools, educators and students constantly compete for top academic
awards and rewards. The concept of “partnership” in Singapore education is a significant, relatively new, trend that has caught
on among local schools only since the late-1990s, with the focus on creating better “total” learning environments for students.
This paper analyses the challenges of matching rhetoric with professional practice with regard to school–home partnerships
in Singapore, and concludes that the key to authentic collaboration lies in the mutual appreciation and valuing of diversity
as well as a deep sense of shared responsibility by all parties concerned. 相似文献

education and beyond. The LEAD (Leadership Education and Development) Program in Business is an initiative involving universities,
corporations, a federal government agency, and a nonprofit coordinating body in an effort to introduce students to business
education and careers in business. This paper analyzes and compares (1) the starting conditions catalyzing the involvement
of different sectors, (2) sustainability factors, (3) negotiation of the terms of involvement, (4) the actual experience of
partnership, and (5) the difference made by a coordinated approach to pipeline development.

Research indicates an increasing number of college students are experiencing severe psychological problems that are impacting their academic performance. However, many colleges and universities operate with constrained budgets that limit their ability to provide adequate counseling services for their student population. Moreover, accessing off-campus mental health services can be difficult for college students, in particular community college students, for a variety of reasons. This paper reports on some of the factors that contribute to an effective partnership between an urban Australian university and a State Department of Education. The partnership, currently in its third year of implementation, entails as a key purpose the development of school Centres of Excellence which contribute to the preparation of pre-service teachers. The foundational aims of the partnership include addressing the gap between theory and practice, facilitating pre-service teacher recruitment and providing a guarantee of future employment for identified Faculty of Education students through the provision of pre-service teacher scholarships. Data for the study were collected via two program reviews, conducted at the end of the first and third years of the program. Findings point to ways in which the partnership has enhanced pre-service teacher engagement and learning and also indicate ways in which partners in both institutions might further strengthen the partnership. 相似文献

Abstract The process of innovation-development to scaling is varied and complex. Various actors are involved in every stage of the process. In scaling the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT)-led integrated watershed management projects in India and South Asia, three drivers were identified—islanding approach, multi-layered partnership, and innovative means of knowledge sharing. Through a consortium mode of partnership, ICRISAT established ‘islands’ or models for showcasing soil and water conservation interventions and integrated these with other concerns of the farming system (crops and livestock) and socio-economic dimension (capacity building). Activities on the islands were planned and implemented by the locals and replicated in satellite watersheds. Partnerships forged through the consortium approach provided a dearth of resources such as social capital. Projects built on trust and good relationships can be sustained even when direct financial support ceases. Innovative means of knowledge sharing like the Virtual Academy for the Semi-Arid Tropics (VASAT)—ICRISAT's innovation in capacity building and information management—provided the link between rural farm households and researchers. Credible intermediaries and markets were linked to farmers by information communication technology channels and markets through an interface of information and open/distance learning methods. VASAT's multi-dimensional strategy has been an important resource for a south–south partnership. 相似文献
