生存境遇的思考与行动——马克思主义哲学创新与发展中应注意的一个视角

马克思研究问题是从人的生存（在现代社会具体讲是无产阶级的生存）以及一系列的感性对象活动中（实践、劳动、交往、生产、再生产）来理解、分析、建构其理论的。社会主义的实践证明，离开这一立场是错误的。今天我们讲马克思主义理论研究的深层转型，必须紧密结合无产阶级以及广大劳动群众的生存境遇而不是离开这一基点来进行。

Engendering a culture of thinking in a culture of performativity: the challenge of mediating tensions in the Singaporean educational system

Among the major policies that have been implemented to ensure its continued success, Thinking Schools, Learning Nation (TSLN) has been described as the ‘big bang of educational reforms’ in Singapore. However, while the policy aims to develop critical thinkers in school leavers, the corporatisation of education in the shape of structures such as the school excellence model seems to be at odds with TSLN. This paper argues that these structures unwittingly engender a culture of performativity among schools, marginalising the central outcome of its initiative that entails developing a culture of thinking and thinkers. The tension is further exacerbated by the larger rationalities that have shaped Singapore and the pragmatic and instrumental philosophy which underpins its educational system. The tensions generated by the clash between intended (culture of thinking) and engendered culture (culture of performativity) present the challenge of mediation for the system on its path to realising TSLN.     

Teachers’ critical incidents: Ethical dilemmas in teaching practice

The aim of this study is to explore ethical dilemmas in critical incidents and the emerged responses that these incidents elicit. Most teachers try to suppress these incidences because of the unpleasant feelings they evoke. Fifty teachers participated in the study. A three-stage coding process derived from grounded theory was utilized. A taxonomy of critical incidents by means of the ATLAS.ti 5.0 revealed a multifaceted model of ethical dilemmas, among them clashing with rules, standards, or norms in school, as well as a multitude of derived responses. The results encourage the development of educational programmes based on teachers’ critical incidents.     

‘Tomorrow's Schools’ in New Zealand: from social democracy to market managerialism

This paper uses one national case to illustrate how diverse ideological agendas of central state agencies contest the discursive space within which major education policy reforms are developed. In Aotearoa New Zealand in 1988, ‘self‐managed’ schools were promoted ostensibly to allow parents more say in their children’s education and local school administration. The Tomorrow’s Schools reform policy texts included an existing social democratic partnership rhetoric, positioning principals as professional leaders working collaboratively with elected parent boards of trustees. However, the new ideology of ‘parental choice’ of school within a local schooling marketplace, underpinned by a chief executive or market managerial model of principalship, was later operationalised through mechanisms of ‘steerage’ from the centre. To explain this shift, we examine selected policy text pre‐cursors to the reforms and identify how contrasting forms of ‘principal’ and ‘teacher’ identity emerged within social democratic, neo‐liberal and market managerial ideologies. We further show that while radical (Treasury) market liberal arguments for labour market deregulation and consumer choice failed to gain widespread support, the State Services Commission preferred market managerialist strategies for promoting public accountability of schools (based on aggregate student achievement outcome data and centrally determined national educational priorities) were successfully embedded during the 1990s.     

从BBC Schools网络教育频道建设看我国中小学课程资源库发展思路——对英国中小学网络课程资源建设的探讨

本文通过介绍英国BBC Schools网络课程资源建设特色,反思其发展经验,进而对我国中小学课程资源建设提出建议,以推动其向深层次发展。     

贵州省职业学校开展阳光体育运动的现状调查研究——以毕节试验区职业学校为例

毕节试验区职业学校对阳光体育运动的宣传、推广重视度不够,但学生的体育锻炼态度是积极的。学生每周参与阳光体育锻炼的次数不高、每次活动时间短,男生参与锻炼的积极性稍好于女生。学生进行锻炼的活动项目主要是篮球、羽毛球、乒乓球、慢跑等简便易行的项目,且男、女生在主要参与项目上差别不大。体育活动的场所主要在学校体育场,组织形式主要是与同学(朋友)一起或个人单独活动,校内各种团体组织在促进阳光体育活动开展上没有发挥实际效用。建议:毕节试验区职业学校应大力宣传阳光体育运动,促使学生积极主动参与到健康体育运动中来。并把阳光体育运动提到日常教学的高度,形成制度。同时切实加强对体育经费的投资及监管力度,改善运动场地等条件,做好学生进行阳光体育活动的基础性保障。并且加强对阳光体育锻炼的组织管理工作,充分发挥各部门组织成员的作用,开展符合学生兴趣和爱好的体育活动项目,营造良好的体育氛围。     

广东地区民办（中小学）教育的现状及分析

近年来广东地区民办（中小学）教育发展迅猛,办学规模越来越大。当地民办教育已经形成了与公办教育争雄的局面,同时教育的办学规律也在发生深层次的变化。国民需要什么样的教育？怎样做到相对的教育平等？民办教育与公办教育怎么才能做到公平竞争？这些问题都有待深入调查研究。
