试论高职院校专业设置与管理

本文在认真分析我国高职院校专业设置与管理现状及其世界发展趋势基础上，提出了高职院校专业设置与管理建议。     

高职院校学生厌学的原因及对策探讨

要提高高职院校的教学质量,使学校立于不败之地,分析学生中普遍存在的厌学现象的原因是很有必要的。因此,在教学和管理的过程中有针对性地提出可行性方案,对于学生的健康成长,对于提高教学质量,对于培养实用性、操作型人才是很关键的。     

高技能人才职业素质的内涵及其在实践教学中的养成

制造业对高技能人才的需求量和素质要求越来越高，实习教学在培养学生职业素质方面具有得天独厚的优势。本论文作为江西省教改课题项目，在分析高技能人才素质内涵的基础上，就实习教学对高技能人才素质培养的优势进行了分析，并进行了有效探索和实践。     

推动澳门职业培训新发展的挑战、机遇与对策

澳门的职业培训自澳门特别行政区政府成立后有较显著的发展，获得初步成效。未来澳门职业培训需落实在企业经营决策上，企业可通过行业间的中介作用，通过人力资源市场调节。形成人力培育发展的机制。     

The governance of decentralised cooperation in collective training systems: a review and conceptualisation

Collective training systems are based on the cooperation of multiple public and private stakeholders in order to work. However, such cooperation is not self-sustaining and depends, for instance, on public policies, capable intermediary organisations and shared logics of action. In this conceptual paper, we first review the political economy literature on cooperation in collective skill formation and find that it has given insufficient attention to the systematic comparative analysis of cooperation at the decentralised level as well as the actual social practices of cooperation. The paper then develops a multidisciplinary analytical framework that allows future research to examine decentralised cooperation at the regional, sectoral and occupational levels more systematically. This framework is grounded in a synthesis of three strands of empirical research on vocational education and training, namely the comparative political economy literature on governance, corporatism and coordination, institutional labour and societal economics as well as the educational science literature.     

The influence of prior knowledge on experiment design guidance in a science inquiry context

Designing and conducting sound and informative experiments is an important aspect of inquiry learning. Students, however, often design experiments that do not allow them to reach conclusions. Considering the difficulties students experience with the process of designing experiments, additional guidance in the form of an Experiment Design Tool (EDT) was developed, together with reflection questions. In this study, 147 pre-university students worked in an online inquiry learning environment on buoyancy and Archimedes’ principle. Students were randomly assigned to one of three conditions, each of which contained a different version of the EDT. Since students’ prior knowledge has been found to influence the amount and type of guidance they need, the versions of the tool differed with respect to the level of guidance provided. A pre- and post-test were administered to assess students’ conceptual knowledge. No overall differences between conditions were found. In a subsequent analysis, students were classified as either low, low-intermediate-, high-intermediate, or high prior knowledge students. For Archimedes’ principle we found that low-intermediate prior knowledge students gained significantly more conceptual knowledge than low prior knowledge students in the fully guided condition. It is hypothesised that students need at least some prior knowledge in order to fully benefit from the guidance offered.     

以职业技能竞赛促进建工专业建设的思考——以BIM施工项目管理技能大赛为例

文章以我校建筑工程技术专业自2016年起参加江苏省“BIM施工项目管理技能大赛”为例,对各年参赛情况进行分析,探索建筑工程技术专业建设思路。将技能大赛与课程相融合,将第一课堂与第二课堂相融合,构建学生专业知识体系、训练学生职业技术技能,将“学、做、赛”合一,实现“以赛促改、以赛促学、以赛促教”的目的。     

从听课感受看高职学生对心理健康教育的渴求

在高校大学生心理素质倍受关注的今天,如何充分发挥课堂教学主阵地作用,很值得心理教育工作者研究和探讨。笔者,最近对学生听课后的真实感受作了一次调查研究。结果显示:高职学生对心理健康教育非常渴求。     

Real-world connections in secondary mathematics teaching

The mathematics-education community stresses the importance of real-world connections in teaching. The extant literature suggests that in actual classrooms this practice is infrequent and cursory, but few studies have specifically examined whether, how, and why teachers connect mathematics to the real world. In this study, I surveyed 62 secondary mathematics teachers about their understanding and use of real-world connections, their purposes for making connections in teaching, and factors that support and constrain this practice. I also observed 5 teachers making real-world connections in their classrooms and I conducted follow-up interviews; these qualitative data are used to illuminate findings from the survey data. The results offer an initial portrayal of the use of real-world connections in secondary mathematics classes and raise critical issues for more targeted research, particularly in the area of teacher beliefs about how to help different kinds of students learn mathematics.
