Simulated moving bed separation of tocopherol homologues: simulation and experiments

Chromatograms of tocopherol homologues were obtained by a column of analytical size （inner diameter （ID） 0.46 cm cm×10 cm） packed with silica gel. Adsorption isotherms and film mass-transfer coefficient were estimated from the chromatograms by using a general rate model, which considers axial dispersion, external mass-transfer and intraparticle diffusion. Based on the obtained isotherms and mass-transfer coefficient, the separation process of tocopherol homologues on simulated moving bed （SMB） was simulated using the same model. According to the simulated results, a mixture of α-, γ-, δ-tocopherols and other impurities was separated on an SMB equipment. The SMB equipment was composed of 8 columns of ID 2 cm× 1 0 cm, with 2 columns in each section. The solid phase was silica gel, and the mobile phase was n-hexane/2-propanol （99/1 by volume）. γ- and δ-tocopherols of purity greater than 98% were obtained with recovery greater than 98%. The effects of operating conditions （flow rates and switching time） on the performance of SMB were studied by both simulation and experiments. It was found that all the simulation results were quite close to the experimental results. We conclude that process development and optimization of operating conditions of SMB by simulation are feasible.

传统商法仅仅是历史上欧洲这一特定地区在缺乏统一的中央集权国家,政治经济权力(利)分散于国王、封建领主、教会几大势力,封建割据长期存在这一特定环境下的独特产物,其封闭性和特殊性在纳入国家法的体系后逐渐丧失;但是学者的视野又没能拓展到民法、商法之外,这是后来民商合一与分立之争长期难成定论的历史根源与主要原因.经济法现象和思潮出现后,这一问题终于得到圆满解决:传统商法中民法不能容纳的部分正是经济法的重要内容之一,而商法从实质上已经完成了自己的历史使命,最终实现了由"民间法"向"国家法"的完全融合.在当代国家的法律体系中,"商法"这一概念仅具形式上的意义.

从国家与社会关系视角探讨我国教育元评估制度的建构

我国教育评估中长期存在政府处于主导地位的现象,当前国家决意要采取措施实现管办评分离,实现教育治理现代化,但是管评不分仍然是教育评估制度中争议的焦点。文章通过分析教育元评估制度建构的两种方案,即国家法团主义模式影响下的教育评估制度和多元主义模式影响下的教育评估制度,认为应在符合中国国情的法团主义语境下构建我国的教育元评估制度。通过对教育评估机构进行再评估,保障教育评估质量,提升教育质量,促进管评分离,实现教育治理现代化。     

Acculturation strategies of multi-cultural family adolescents in South Korea: Marginalization,separation, assimilation,and integration

Little is known about acculturation strategies among multicultural family adolescents in South Korea. This study examined whether the life satisfaction of multicultural family adolescents differed by acculturation strategy. In addition, this study examined the factors that predict acculturation strategies. For this purpose, we used a one-way analysis of variance and multinomial logistic regression. The data for this study were taken from the Multi-cultural Adolescents Panel Study. The frequencies of acculturation strategies were: marginalization, 297 (18.2 %); separation, 97 (6.0 %); assimilation, 839 (51.5 %); and integration, 395 (24.3 %). The results of one-way analysis of variance showed that life satisfaction was highest for integration and decreased for assimilation, separation, and marginalization. Gender, national identity, self-esteem, resilience, parental neglect, parental acculturative stress, family support, friends’ support, and teacher support were found to be significantly associated with the categorized acculturation strategies. Based on the results, implications with suggestions for future research are discussed.
