外语习得中母语文化的负迁移现象及对策

外语教学不仅是语言教学，也是化教学。不同化之间具有鲜明的民族性，呈现出不同的化形态，反映到作为化载体的语言上则表现为语言表达的差异。母语化的影响根深蒂固，对目的语的学习必然会产生一定的负迁移作用。由于母语化负迁移造成理解错误，或使交际陷入尴尬境地的例子不胜枚举。如何逐步了解目的语国家的化、增强化差异意识，克服母语化的负迁移现象，是外语学习中的一个重要课题。     

廉政文化的文化学透视

在廉政文化建设方兴未艾之际,对廉政文化的阐释林林总总,或窥斑见豹,或借古喻今,考察的视角不同,则观念各异,但如果缺乏全面、系统的学科概括与分析,难免会有失偏颇、流于肤浅,甚至形成误导。“廉政文化的文化学透视”正是对廉政文化进行理性思考的初步尝试。     

Assessing collaborative learning: big data,analytics and university futures

Assessment in higher education has focused on the performance of individual students. This focus has been a practical as well as an epistemic one: methods of assessment are constrained by the technology of the day, and in the past they required the completion by individuals under controlled conditions of set-piece academic exercises. Recent advances in learning analytics, drawing upon vast sets of digitally stored student activity data, open new practical and epistemic possibilities for assessment, and carry the potential to transform higher education. It is becoming practicable to assess the individual and collective performance of team members working on complex projects that closely simulate the professional contexts that graduates will encounter. In addition to academic knowledge, this authentic assessment can include a diverse range of personal qualities and dispositions that are key to the computer-supported cooperative working of professionals in the knowledge economy. This paper explores the implications of such opportunities for the purpose and practices of assessment in higher education, as universities adapt their institutional missions to address twenty-first century needs. The paper concludes with a strong recommendation for university leaders to deploy analytics to support and evaluate the collaborative learning of students working in realistic contexts.     

Educational Research for Policy and Practice in Japan – With Particular Reference to Youth Education

Based upon the Fundamental Law of Education, Japanese school education system has long been a source of pride for the country as a result of the high school participation rate, the homogeneity of compulsory education throughout the country. However, the confidence of the people in its schools is now showing severe signs of strain and fatigue. In recent years, there have been many reports about the growing seriousness of a number of educational problems having to do with young people in their childhood and adolescence. Since the mid-1970s, a number of problems have been highlighted. They include violent behavior, juvenile crimes, bullying, refusal to attend school, dropping out at secondary level of education, and corporal punishment. Against the above background, based on recommendations from such advisory bodies as the Central Council for Education and the National Commission on Education Reform, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology (MEXT) has adopted a range of policies and launched a series of educational reform programmes. For instance, what is called “Rainbow Plan”, based on the final report submitted by the National Commission on Education Reform, provides the country with basic guidelines for the educational reform in the near future. Roles of educational research for making policies have been of significance. Research initiated by the National Institute for Educational Policy Research (NIER) and the National Federation of Educational Policy Research Institutes (NFERI) is an example of contributions to the development of educational qualities in the country. 论严复的中西文化观

严复介绍过来的进化论思想和近代经济政治启蒙思想，对中国近代社会起了很大的影响；他对于中国传统学术的研究，虽没有达到精通西学的权威程度，却也有相当深厚的造诣，在对待中西方文化的态度上，其以一贯的理性与持平的态度进行评价，既肯定了中西方文化各自的长处，也表明了二者的缺陷与不足。严复这种对中西方文化进行批判与反思的努力，旨在寻求中西方文化的交融与会通，希望能开创出一套适合现代中国国情的新文化。     

中介语类型分析在二语教学中的启示

中介语理论将二语习得的着眼点从最初的母语与目的语的差异到后来的语言自身功能系统,转到目前的学习者语言系统这个动态过程。这一过程,不仅建立在学习者所掌握的对目的语有限的知识的基础上,而且还包括对本族语知识的认识。它是第二语言学习者创造性地建立"特有的一种过渡语言系统"。文章通过对二语教学中中介语类型的初步分析,提出了二语教学中文化因素的重要性,尤其是其中影响语言深层结构的隐性文化对提高二语学习者的中介语水平有重要作用。     

论校园音乐文化

在当前的校园音乐文化研究中,存在着将校园文化理论机械平移的现象,不仅抹杀了校园音乐文化的个性,而且脱离了校园音乐理论自身发展的实际。笔者认为,这种“近景式”分析缺乏对校园音乐文化发展趋势的总体把握。因此,对音乐文化建设进行积极的观瞻,显得至关重要。

本文总结了巴蜀文化的始源性、区域性、古吏难微性、兼容性的特征。并简要谈论研究巴蜀文化的三点意义。     

浅析云南乡村旅游开展的前景

乡村游是2006年中国旅游宣传主题。云南有25个特有少数民族，其文化独具特色，保存也比较完好，具有发展高端乡村旅游产品的良好条件。我们可以在传统文化的保护与发展、实施反贫困战略、乡村旅游的标准化等方面进行积极探索，以寻求本土化、中国化的乡村旅游发展之路。     

基于社会资本理论的大学生社交媒体多任务使用效果研究

在使用社交媒体的人群中,大学生群体对社交媒体的多任务使用与其学业成绩之间有着怎样的内在关联属性,对其社会资本的积累产生怎样的影响是本文的研究问题所在。对研究问题的原因进行探索性分析,研究发现,出于学习或娱乐目的的社交媒体多任务使用对大学生的学业成绩呈现负相关,不利于其学业成绩的提高,阻碍学习进程健康、科学开展,不利于其社会资本的正向积累。
