社会融合理论视角下高校毕业生困难群体的就业指导与服务探析

促进高职毕业生困难群体的就业是促进社会融合的重要内容之一,因此,发挥就业指导与服务的作用势在必行。反思我国目前高职毕业生困难群体,相比家庭经济条件好的学生,在签约时间、择业岗位、签约率及就业服务指导等方面都相对滞后。因此,加强对这些困难学生群体的就业指导与服务,帮助这些学生更好地融入社会是摆在全体教育工作者面前的重要任务。     

社会地理学视域下的城市休闲体育空间重构

从城市社会地理学的角度出发,对社会分层下的休闲体育空间涵义进行分析,探讨基于社会分层的休闲体育空间认知规律及其发展变化过程,以上海市为例说明休闲体育空间阶层分化的现实存在性,最后在对休闲体育空间阶层分化的影响因素进行分析的基础上,针对性地提出了重构城市休闲体育空间的策略,旨在为消除由休闲体育空间阶层分化引起的不平等提供依据,促进社会和谐发展.     

高校体育教师人文素养的现状与对策思考

本文通过调查分析体育教师人文素养的现状，提出了加强高校体育教师人文素养培养的重要性，并对加强高校体育教师人文素养提出了可行性建议。     

Social responsibility and community development: Lessons from the Sistema de Aprendizaje Tutorial in Honduras

This article extends understanding of the connections between education, social capital, and development through a mixed-methods case study of the Sistema de Aprendizaje Tutorial, or SAT¹, an innovative secondary-level education system. The quantitative dimension of the research used survey measures of social responsibility to compare 93 SAT students to 88 other students in conventional Honduran schools, with samples based on the naturally occurring (non-random) presence of one of these two different educational programs in each of nine nearby Honduran communities. Preliminary findings suggest that students in the SAT program held a greater sense of social responsibility than their peers in conventional schools. Students’ statements about their own educational experiences were analyzed in order to identify some of the characteristics of the SAT program that may have led to this difference. The SAT approach to developing social responsibility is contrasted to a human rights focused approach.     

完善我国社会保障法律制度的思考

社会保随法律制度是调整社会保随关系的法律规范的总称，是一个包括若干社会保障子体系的系统工程。日前，我国的社会保随法律制度尚不健全，还存在很多问题，这与社会主义市场经济的发展不相适应。因此，应加快制定适应中国社会经济发展的社会保障立法规划和完备的社会保随法律体系，建立统一的社会保障管理体制，并注意与其他部门的立法内容相衔接，同时，还应合理设置社会保障项日。扩大社会保障范围，提高管理服务社会化程度，健全社会保随的法律实施机制，逐步完善我国的社会保随法律制度。     

对开展社会科学成果查新研究的探讨

本文认为,国内现有的自然科学成果查新机构无法适应社会科学成果查新需要,建立全国性社科成果查新体系势在必行。为此,需要开展相关的社会科学成果查新研究。本文对开展社会科学成果查新研究的背景、意义、内容和方法进行了探讨。     

“We Do It,but They Don't”: Multiple Categorizations and Work Team Communication

The present study adopted an intergroup approach to information sharing and ratings of work team communication in a public hospital (N?=?142) undergoing large-scale restructuring. Consistent with predictions, ratings of communication followed a double ingroup serving bias: while team members reported sending about the same levels of information to double ingroup members (same work team/same occupational group) as they did to partial ingroup members (same work team/different occupational group), they reported receiving less information from partial ingroup members than from double ingroup members and rated the communication that they received from partial ingroup members as less effective. We discuss the implication of these results for the management of information sharing and organizational communication.     

An integrated view of particularized trust in social commerce: An empirical investigation

With the prevalence of social media and social networking, social commerce is becoming increasingly popular in both business and research areas. As in other types of e-commerce context, trust is also indispensable in social commerce. In this study, two types of trust have been discussed. This study represents an initial attempt to provide an integrated view of particularized trust in social commerce, including particularized trust antecedents, trust transfer and trust performance, so as to promote trust formation in social commerce. Using data collected from 614 social commerce users, we demonstrate that trust disposition, quality-assured shared information, familiarity and endorsement by other members are four antecedents of particularized trust. The results also indicate particularized trust can be transferred into system trust, and particularized trust only exerts positive effect on social WOM intention while system trust only exerts positive effect on social shopping intention. Furthermore, we prove perceived similarity can strengthen the relationship between trust disposition and particularized trust as well as the relationship between quality-assured shared information and particularized trust.     

Social network data to alleviate cold-start in recommender system: A systematic review

Recommender Systems are currently highly relevant for helping users deal with the information overload they suffer from the large volume of data on the web, and automatically suggest the most appropriate items that meet users needs. However, in cases in which a user is new to Recommender System, the system cannot recommend items that are relevant to her/him because of lack of previous information about the user and/or the user-item rating history that helps to determine the users preferences. This problem is known as cold-start, which remains open because it does not have a final solution. Social networks have been employed as a good source of information to determine users preferences to mitigate the cold-start problem. This paper presents the results of a Systematic Literature Review on Collaborative Filtering-based Recommender System that uses social network data to mitigate the cold-start problem. This Systematic Literature Review compiled the papers published between 2011–2017, to select the most recent studies in the area. Each selected paper was evaluated and classified according to the depth which social networks used to mitigate the cold-start problem. The final results show that there are several publications that use the information of the social networks within the Recommender System; however, few research papers currently use this data to mitigate the cold-start problem.     

社会体育专业学生网球裁判技能微格教学的构建与定量评价研究

运用微格教学的原理和方法,构建了相应的教学程序、教学反馈与评价方案.对重庆邮电大学体育学院社会体育专业2004级小球专选班学生进行网球裁判微格教学实验,运用模糊综合评价的方法,对实验组和对照组进行了定量评价,研究结果表明:2组裁判技能水平有着显著性差异(P＜0.01).
