我国社会稳定研究综述

本文从社会稳定的内涵、形态、特征、影响社会稳定的新因素和实现社会稳定的对策等方面,比较全面、系统地梳理和归纳了近年来我国理论界关于社会稳定研究的最新成果.     

用教育技术引领教育改革——论我国教育技术的定位(二)

教育技术是一项解决教育问题的系统技术,可用于推动教育、教学的各个层面上的改革。但二十多年来,由于认识受限,定位不当,我国这一领域的工作偏重于硬件设施建设与服务、教育媒体制作、教学方法改革等方面,且这些活动大部分在战术层面上开展,教育技术没有发挥更大的作用。当前,我们应关注在战略层面上实施教育技术,追求“效果、效率和效益”,即教育绩效,这是我国穷国办大教育的国情所要求的。战略优先,战术配合,战略战术互动,促进教育整体改革,落实科学发展观,这应成为信息化进程中我国教育技术高起点新发展的指导思想,成为我国教育技术学科知识体系构建研究的基本思路。用教育技术引领教育改革,在宏观层面上应重视需要的评估和系统规划,确保“做对的事情”;在中观层面上要推广教学系统设计,在微观层面上要加强对研究成果的运用,确保“把事情做对”。目前我国教育技术界电教人员或计算机科学人员的工作仅是教育技术的一个组成部分,教育技术也是各级教育管理者和广大教师的共同事业。     

动物医学专业形态学实验教学模式改革初探

动物医学专业形态学实验教学是动物医学本科教学体系的重要组成部分,为了提高实验教学效果,对形态学实验教学模式进行了改革:将动物解剖学、组织胚胎学和病理学的实验内容划分为基本实验项目模块和形态学综合实验模块,通过实验课程内容的整合,减少了实验内容的重复率,加大了学科内容知识点的联系,增加了综合性实验和研究性实验内容.问卷调查显示,本次所进行的动物形态学实验教学模式改革取得了较好的效果.     

从策略运用分析明治维新与戊戌变法的成败

戊戌变法与明治维新的结果迥然不同，这与领导者在战略部署、策略运用上有很大关系。中国的维新派战略上“躁进”，策略上“轻率”，没有抓住有利的改革时机。相比之下，日本明治维新领导人制定了切实可行的纲领，“稳扎稳打”地推进改革，表现出了高超的政治才干。     

Educational Research for Policy and Practice in Japan – With Particular Reference to Youth Education

Based upon the Fundamental Law of Education, Japanese school education system has long been a source of pride for the country as a result of the high school participation rate, the homogeneity of compulsory education throughout the country. However, the confidence of the people in its schools is now showing severe signs of strain and fatigue. In recent years, there have been many reports about the growing seriousness of a number of educational problems having to do with young people in their childhood and adolescence. Since the mid-1970s, a number of problems have been highlighted. They include violent behavior, juvenile crimes, bullying, refusal to attend school, dropping out at secondary level of education, and corporal punishment. Against the above background, based on recommendations from such advisory bodies as the Central Council for Education and the National Commission on Education Reform, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology (MEXT) has adopted a range of policies and launched a series of educational reform programmes. For instance, what is called “Rainbow Plan”, based on the final report submitted by the National Commission on Education Reform, provides the country with basic guidelines for the educational reform in the near future. Roles of educational research for making policies have been of significance. Research initiated by the National Institute for Educational Policy Research (NIER) and the National Federation of Educational Policy Research Institutes (NFERI) is an example of contributions to the development of educational qualities in the country. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.

法律基础课是高职院校进行素质教育的重要课程。高职院校学生素质的提高首先是思想道德素质的提高、法律意识的提高。本文就学生法制观(态度)、法制课教学方法、法制课教材建设出现的问题提出了解决方法。     

基于社会资本理论的大学生社交媒体多任务使用效果研究

在使用社交媒体的人群中,大学生群体对社交媒体的多任务使用与其学业成绩之间有着怎样的内在关联属性,对其社会资本的积累产生怎样的影响是本文的研究问题所在。对研究问题的原因进行探索性分析,研究发现,出于学习或娱乐目的的社交媒体多任务使用对大学生的学业成绩呈现负相关,不利于其学业成绩的提高,阻碍学习进程健康、科学开展,不利于其社会资本的正向积累。     

关于民主社会主义的由来和发展

半个多世纪以来,民主社会主义由理论到实践,由一国实践到多国实践,已经形成一股历史潮流,取得了一定的成就。然而,它们所建设的福利社会仍然是资本主义而并非社会主义。因此,我们不能把它们作为样板,走它们的改良主义道路。     

A National Curriculum for Wales: A Case Study of Education Policy-Making in the Era of Administrative Devolution

The 1988 Education Reform Act legislated for a statutory curriculum in state-funded schools in England and Wales. This study explores how, out of a common curriculum framework for both countries, there emerged a school curriculum that was adapted to the distinctiveness of the linguistic and cultural context in Wales. The roles of those most closely involved in policy development in Wales are examined as is the relationship between the 'national' and 'territorial' arenas of policy-making in the months leading up to publication of the Education Reform Bill in November 1987. It is argued that a pragmatic approach to policy development in Wales during that period laid the foundations both for a reworking of the 1988 curriculum framework during the 1990s and for potentially more radical change following the 2002 Education Act.     

从社会流动和社会分层看高等教育中的不和谐

文章从分析我国近期社会流动和社会分层的现状入手，对高等教育与社会流动和社会分层之间的互动关系展开了讨论，并根据由此产生的现象和问题对我国高等教育中的不和谐现象进行研究，提出了自己的意见和建议。
