社会融入视角下档案记忆建构问题探究

社会融入理论的应用在保障各类主体的社会权利、缓解社会矛盾、维护社会和谐、安定等方面具有重要的指导作用。近年来,随着我国有关档案记忆的研究逐步深入,社会融入理论在档案记忆建构活动中所具有的扩充档案记忆主体、保障公民档案权利、促进档案记忆服务于社会发展的价值被不断发掘。文章将从识别社会融入主体、建立信任与合作关系、针对性开发档案资源、扩大受众群体四方面对社会融入理论应用于档案记忆建构实践的基本情况进行探讨。     

公权力拥有者主张私权利的限制与评价——从重庆公安局支持民警“双起”维权谈起

本文从双起事件入手,探讨了公权力组织及公权力人物与媒介的关系,并就公权力人物主张私权利成立要件进行了分析。同时,作者从起诉行为的社会评价角度,说明了评论和评价都源自公权力的赋予者——社会公众。公权力组织和个人起诉主张自身的私权利这一行为并没有错,但其中需要注意起诉的条件。我国要成为法制国家,追求以法治国,必须成为一个宪政中国,尊重并保护公民的权利。     

Social competence as an educational goal: The role of the ethnic composition and the urban environment of the school

This article concerns the relationship between social–educational goals and the school context. We used a questionnaire to map the educational goals of teachers in pre-vocational education in the field of social competence, and investigated whether these goals were related to the percentage of students from ethnic-minority groups and to the urban environment of the school. The results show that all teachers, regardless of the school context, value promoting the social development of their students as an educational goal. We did not find a relationship between the context the teachers work in and the social-competence goals they aspire to in their subject. However, teachers working in a more complex school environment, in terms of both the ethnic heterogeneity of the student population and the urban environment of the school, did consider a number of social-competence goals to be less attainable for their students. The results are discussed in the light of research on the competences young people need to participate in a multi-cultural society and the implications for teachers and teaching.

Acculturation and psychosocial adjustment of Chinese international students: Examining mediation and moderation effects

This study examined mechanisms through which acculturation influenced psychosocial adjustment of Chinese international students. Specifically, these mechanisms refer to the mediating and moderating effects of social interaction and social connectedness with host nationals upon the acculturation–adjustment linkages. Chinese international students from four universities in Texas responded to a web-based survey (N = 508). Results from regression analyses showed social connectedness with Americans mediated the links between adherence to the host culture (acculturation dimension) and psychosocial adjustment (i.e., depression and sociocultural adjustment difficulties). Social interaction with Americans moderated the association between adherence to the home culture (acculturation dimension) and depression. We discussed implications for theory and health promotion practice, and presented directions for future research.     

完善我国运动员社会保障制度的思考

分析了轻视基层运动员和退役运动员,国家政策单薄,保障资金供给不足,现行政策强制性不足等等情况。对于适应奥林匹克运动的需要,促进我国体育事业的发展等问题进行了研究。结果表明：必须从提高运动员的工资及福利水平,将运动员纳入城镇社会保障体系并在待遇享受上予以适当照顾。也鼓励与运动员切身利益相关的商业保险的发展,拓宽筹资渠道,加快＂运动员伤残互助保险＂的发展,在国家对优秀运动员及残疾运动员承担起安置责任的基础上,建立＂退役运动员安置基金＂等方面,是我国运动员社会保障制度不断完善有益途径。     

试论体育教师的角色融合

中国人长期以来以知识价值取向的实用功利性所形成的社会人格心理机制而重智轻体教育，讲究书生气的教育思想深深地影响着学校体育和体育教师职业的认识并阻碍了体育教师与角色融合的程度。     

现阶段社会体育发展的几点思考

通过文献资料研究及实地访谈,分析了社会体育发展的现状,并对所存在的问题进行讨论后提出相应的对策,以期为社会体育发展做出建设性的指导。
