从职业生涯决策的概念入手,列举近几年在职业生涯决策领域的四个典型理论,进而探讨职业生涯决策的发展趋势以及影响职业生涯决策的因素。     

烟农参与订单农业行为的影响因素分析——以昆明为例

订单农业的发展,对引导农业结构调整、搞好产销衔接、维护市场秩序、保护农民利益起到了积极的作用。但在烟草行业与烟农签订烤烟生产合同和履行合同的过程中,时常会出现障碍,影响合同履约率。在落实烤烟生产合同制的过程中,我们可以有针对性地采取措施,强化相关影响因素,提高烟农的合同生产参与性和烟农对合同的履约率。

现代咨询活动的产生和蓬勃发展主要受经济、科技、制度、竞争和意识五大社会因素的影响。本文分析了这5个社会因素对现代咨询活动的影响,为促进我国咨询业的健康发展提供了启示。     

Varying criticality of key success factors of national e-Strategy along the status of economic development of nations

Many studies mention the importance of national e-Strategy as it is a vital contributing factor for ICT-enabled development. However, it is difficult to find a conceptual framework that suggests how the national e-Strategy should be defined and applied by the target country. This creates more confusion for policy makers. This paper reviews previous research on national e-Strategies to recognize its significance as a major contributing factor. Based on that, this research defines the critical success factors of national e-Strategy and investigates the possibility of prioritizing factors by the scale of economy through a Delphi survey. By reviewing the evaluated status of e-Readiness and co-relating the evaluation with economic status, we may further investigate the significance of the digital divide and national e-Strategy. The outcome of this research may be applicable in differentiating critical success factors from general ingredients of National e-Strategy.     

Integrating social justice with mathematics and science: An analysis of student teacher lessons

Student teachers have difficulty planning lessons that fully integrate social justice with mathematics/science content. This study was a content analysis of 26 poster presentations of mathematics or science lessons incorporating social justice issues made by student teachers (20F, 6M) at a mid-sized college in central New York State. The presented lessons applied four pedagogical approaches to integration (data collection followed by graphing analysis; discussion of text/video; modeling; library/internet investigation) and addressed three major social justice themes (diversity, system disparities in human communities, and in stewardship of earth). Deeper content knowledge, faculty lesson modeling/reflection and practice delivering lessons are recommended.     

不良品德形成与道德教育的相关因素分析

人的不良品德的形成,既与失常的道德教育有关,也与正常的道德教有关．分析这些相关因素有助于科学认识道德教育在学生品德形成中的地位和作用,切实改进和加强学校道德教育。     

The Social effects of the Australian Higher Education Contribution Scheme (HECS)

Australia’s Higher Education Contribution Scheme (HECS) is an income contingent loan scheme, in which university students pay back part of the costs of their tuition after their post-university income reaches a certain threshold, is an important policy innovation for the financing of higher education. However, its critics claim that HECS increases socioeconomic inequalities in higher education and the HECS debt reduces the ability of young people to make the transitions to adulthood. This paper investigates these claims. There is no evidence that socioeconomic inequalities in higher education in Australia increased after the implementation of HECS in 1989 or the 1997 reforms. The magnitude of the HECS debt was found to have a negative impact on the transition to parenthood, but had no negative impacts on other transitions to adulthood: leaving the parental home, marriage and home ownership. Its effects on parenthood were moderate compared to other influences, such as full-time work in the previous year, marriage and being in a de facto relationship. Furthermore, only a small proportion of young people who attended university have large enough HECS debts for it to affect their fertility decisions.

Psychological Adaptation of Turkish Students at U.S. Campuses

The number of Turkish citizens entering the U.S. for their studies is growing more rapidly than almost any other group. The purpose of the current study was to investigate how acculturation factors affect psychological adaptation of Turkish students in the U.S. One hundred and twenty-four Turkish students participated in the study. Regression analyses revealed that social support and self-esteem were predictors of psychological adjustment. Implications suggest that Turkish students, as with other international students as previous research has suggested, should have a strong network of both co-national students and other social connections.     

菲律宾文化的外来因素：殖民和开拓

菲律宾是多语言多文化的一个典型地区,历史上不同的殖民者（西班牙、美国）与开拓者（以闽南人为重点）都在菲律宾的语言文化生态中留下了不同的印记。从简述菲律宾的社会历史和语言生态变迁出发,分析菲律宾英语的本土化特点和闽南话在菲律宾的本地化,并以词汇与民俗为例观察中国南方文化（尤其是闽南文化）在菲律宾的传播,可以为菲律宾的语言接触及其文化生态的外来影响因素等提供一个跨文化角度的讲述。     

实施效果与制约因素：南京国民政府1930年婚姻法考察

司法实践中之法律与文本状态下的法律往往呈现某种或大或小的差距。民国时期是我国移植西式法律之立法高峰期。静态中之文本易移植,而照搬建立在西式工业文明之上的法律却难在我国生根发芽。原因在于制约法律实施效果的因素颇多,如：法律文本与现实的脱离、“息讼”观念的影响、司法无力,等等。
