我国高等教育收费问题研究

高等教育收费过高,导致低收入阶层难以接受或完成高等教育,不但影响公民的教育机会平等,也影响社会平等。从免费到低收费再到高收费,我国高等教育收费制度自身存在着一系列的问题,解决高收费以及高等教育经费来源问题,需要合理界定高校运行成本,加大政府投资,拓宽高校经费来源渠道,提高现有经费使用效益。     

等片藻属几个种的分类学问题研究

本文使用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对等片藻属Diatoma的6个种：冬季等片藻 D·hiemale(Roth)Heib．、巨大等片藻D．maximum(Grun．)Fricke、中型等片藻D．mesodon(Ehr)Kuetz．、念珠状等片藻D．moniliforme Kuetz．、纤细等片藻D. tenue Ag.、等片藻D，vulgare Bory及其下的4个变种作了研究，并讨论了它们的分类学问题。     

New results on disturbance zeros of invertible linear multivariable systems

A new results concerning the definitions of disturbance zeros via the concept of minimal order system inverses is presented in this paper. These definitions are then used to develop a new computation algorithm for locating the positions of the ‘disturbance blocking zeros’ in linear multivariable systems. Assignment of disturbance blocking zeros at desired locations in the complex plane plays an important role in rejection of all measurable or un-measurable disturbances, which may affect at the outputs in steady state. Numerical examples are given to illustrate the main results of this paper.     

Early approach to theoretical thinking: gears in primary school

Gears are part of everyday experience from very early childhood. This paper analyses a teaching experiment conducted with 4th graders in the field of experience of gears. The aim is to identify the characteristics which, given a suitable sequence of tasks and proper teacher guidance, have enabled the pupils to approach theoretical thinking, and in particular mathematical theorems. We have focused on the relationships between the epistemological analysis of some pieces of mathematical knowledge brought into play in tasks concerning gears, cognitive analysis of pupil construction of those pieces of mathematical knowledge, and didactic analysis of the teacher's role in designing tasks and in offering cultural mediation. This paper presents the early findings of the teaching experiments, both at the external level of interpersonal classroom processes and at the inner level of individual mental processes.
