成吉思汗在西南的后裔

在我国西南的云南、贵州、四川、重庆，生活着近7万名蒙古族民众，其中成吉思汗所属的奇渥温部后裔约占半数以上。几百年来，在对西南环境的适应过程中，他们形成了以山区农业为主的经济生活，原来的游牧化也随之发生了变化。但是，他们通过家谱、墓碑、口授的方式，传承着家族的历史和自己作为蒙古人的执信念。西南蒙古族具有明显的民族特征，其中内涵着宝贵的民族人资源。     

数学文化在小学数学新教材中的实践研究——以西师版为例

数学教育本质上就是数学文化的教育.基础教育课程改革以来,各版本小学数学新教材已经将数学文化作为一个新的教学要求渗透于其中,这是《标准》的要求,也是教学的需求.国内已有多套教材在这方面做了有益的探索,以西师版小学数学教材为例说明:小学数学教材中数学文化的题材选取要体现多样化,数学文化的呈现形式可以图文并茂,数学文化有必要并且能够从低年级多维度渗透到小学数学教材中.     

Communicating a “New” Environmental Vernacular: A Sense of Relations-in-Place

This study focuses on communication as a lens and tool for reinvigorating and empowering marginalized cultural environmental relations. We use a community-based cultural approach to identify a core Hispanic premise of a sense of relations-in-place. This premise constitutes nature as a socially integrated space that provides the grounding for human relations, and differs from dominant Western discourses that constitute nature as an entity separate from humans. The study's interpretation of a more integrated orientation to environment has the potential to inform wider alternative ecocultural discourses and applications that are more inclusive, and perhaps more sustainable.     

浙西南地区畲族传统文化的发展现状及对策

畲族是浙江省内一个重要的少数民族,博大精深的畲族传统文化是中华民族文化的重要组成部分,是畲族历史积淀的产物,它对于畲族的生存和发展起过重大的作用。然而受现代化进程的发展、汉族文化冲击以及地域、经济等各方面因素的影响,古老的畲族文化渐渐遗失,以一种弱文化的姿态存在于人们生活的边缘。保护畲族文化、促进畲族经济发展是当前一项重要的工作。

论西南地区阳戏的传播途径

中国西南地区阳戏源于江南地区,其流播方向主体是从江南地区到湖广到四川、重庆再到贵州、云南。具体传播途径主要有三条：北路阳戏入川、南路阳戏入湘黔、川地阳戏播黔滇。黔东南阳戏则是由江西传至湖广（湘西地区）的阳戏沿沅江上游水道传入,再向周边辐射。阳戏的流布过程中,与当地文化艺术、民风民俗积极融合相互吸收。形成具有当地特色的民间文化样式。     

Wild West Libraries: A Study of Southwest Kansas Public Libraries

Public Libraries developed and grew along with the United States. In southwest Kansas, money, materials, staffing, and distance have been factors in the growth of the public libraries, and they remain current factors as well. Library consortia have aided in this development and have helped solve small library problems. This article reports a 2008 survey of public libraries that are served by the Southwest Kansas Library System (SWKLS). The survey lays out the operating conditions of some of America's small libraries and shows the extent of their interrelationship with their consortium.     

Commissioning of a 3,500 ton/year synthetic gasoline facility

Using technologies developed by CAS researchers, a demo facility of coal-to-oil conversion with an annual capacity up to 3,500 tons was successfully commissioned on 11 December, 2007 at the Yunnan Jiehua Chem Group （JH Group） in Southwest China＇s Yunnan Province, producing qualified Ron 93 petrol.

There Is No View From Nowhere: User Experience Research at the Center of Southwest Studies Library

ABSTRACT

In the fall semester of 2016, Delaney Southwest Research Library at Fort Lewis College researched user experience, particularly of Native American undergraduate students. Results showed that Native American students were more concerned about appropriate terminology, representative content, and effective organization of the library than non-Native students were. This research will help the library improve services through collection evaluation, shelf rearrangement, library instruction, and, potentially, reclassification of Native American materials to improve browsability, house culturally sensitive material respectfully, and increase user satisfaction with our special collections.
