浅析大学英语口语教学

中小学英语教学给口语教学留下隐患,大学英语口语教学的硬件和软件差,忽略了学生的需求等诸多问题给大学英语口语教学带来了很多困难,所以笔者在文中提出几种较新颖的教学方法。     

Bayesian Quantile Structural Equation Models

Structural equation modeling is a common multivariate technique for the assessment of the interrelationships among latent variables. Structural equation models have been extensively applied to behavioral, medical, and social sciences. Basic structural equation models consist of a measurement equation for characterizing latent variables through multiple observed variables and a mean regression-type structural equation for investigating how explanatory latent variables influence outcomes of interest. However, the conventional structural equation does not provide a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between latent variables. In this article, we introduce the quantile regression method into structural equation models to assess the conditional quantile of the outcome latent variable given the explanatory latent variables and covariates. The estimation is conducted in a Bayesian framework with Markov Chain Monte Carlo algorithm. The posterior inference is performed with the help of asymmetric Laplace distribution. A simulation shows that the proposed method performs satisfactorily. An application to a study of chronic kidney disease is presented.

文章首先论述国内外两大主要“口译训练模式“:吉尔模式和厦门大学模式.然后通过对国内几大核心口译教材编写原则和编排形式的分析,阐述国内现有著名院校的口译训练模式与方法,旨在为高校英语专业口译教学提供有益启示.     

理论联系实际提高学生学习兴趣--《有机化学》教学方法探讨

本文以提高<有机化学>教学效果、提高学生学习兴趣为宗旨,对其教学方法进行了探讨.提出了在教学中结合生活和具体的有机工业生产进行授课以激发学生的求知欲,调动学生的学习兴趣,采用生动的教学手段活跃课堂气氛,还要善于总结归纳,以起到提纲携领、抓住重点的目的.     

大学物理学课程教学方法与考试方法改革探讨

根据非物理专业大学物理课程知识内容、结构体系的调整,结合教学,研究了非物理专业大学物理学课程教学方法改革的问题。指出,大学物理学课程改革的宗旨,是全面实现优化学生知识结构、培养学生能力、提高学生素质的目标。要更新教育观念,实现保证经典物理学知识基础,加强近代物理学知识教学,使基础知识、现代知识与工程技术相结合的教学目标。鼓励与引导学生进行专题研究、撰写论文、书写专题报告,培养学生的综合能力。运用各种现代化教学手段使课堂教学更加生动、形象,运用多功能教室的投影设备,节省板书、板画的时间,解决学时少、教学内容多的矛盾,同时,在一定程度上扩大授课信息量。在成绩考核方面,打破期末考试一次定论的做法,采用平时作业、专题报告或论文、期末考试各占一定比例的方法。     

西北高校大学生心理健康状况调查与分析

为了解西北地区大学生心理健康的总体状况,采用症状自评量表对西北地区大学生心理健康状况进行问卷调查.结果显示(1)西北地区大学生无心理问题者占13.6%,无明显心理问题者占70.6%,有明显心理问题者占15.8%.心理健康的九个因子中,按其得分由高到低强度为:人际关系、抑郁、强迫、敌对、偏执、焦虑、躯体化、精神病性、恐怖.(2)西北地区大学生在不同年级、不同生源以及不同性别上有些因子存在显著差异.提出加强心理健康教育要从开设心理健康教育课、完善学校心理咨询体系、有效促进西北大学生心理素质提高.     

开放教育本科《计算机应用基础》课程教学模式探讨

《计算机应用基础》是中央广播电视大学开放教育本科各专业学生必修的公共基础课。在多数已经熟悉计算机知识的开放教育学员中进行课程教学,需要通过不断更新教学内容、方法和手段,既满足学生的自主学习需要,又达到计算机应用技能的提高。     

Using multiple methods to investigate eleven-year-olds’ experiences of preparing for a high-stakes public examination in Trinidad and Tobago

This study was designed to uncover and evaluate unintended and indirect consequences of using the Secondary Entrance Assessment (SEA) in Trinidad and Tobago for high-stakes selection and placement. A major argument is that the test-taker is central to consequences, both intended and unintended. Data were obtained from eleven-year-olds preparing and taking the examination using multiple qualitative methods, which privilege agency and personal and social consciousness. Methods capturing the test-takers’ experience included diaries, focus groups, drawings, photovoice, and photo-elicitation. The findings were summarised by a theory of action and reported in integrated themes. Test preparation was mostly drill and practice. Both test preparation and test-taking were emotion-eliciting events requiring significant investment in positive social relationships to buffer negative impact. The costs and impact of early high-stakes examinations in Trinidad and Tobago might be higher than anticipated.     

论排球课多元化教学手段的整合与改革

采用文献资料法、教学实验法、数理统计法对排球普修课进行了多元化教学手段的实验研究，认为应用现代的多媒体教学手段，能充分调动学生的多种本体感觉器官，提高接收和传出信息的效率，使排球普修课教学的感知、思维和实践等环节达到有机的结合，有利于调动学生的学习积极性与主动性，提高教学质量，实现教学目标。     

中小企业提升核心竞争力路径思考

本认为，中小企业的发展适合我国国情，并将日益显示其重要的位置，但核心竞争力不强的问题将会影响到我国中小企业的健康发展。为此，除了借鉴西方发达国家经验，在国家层面上加强宏观支持力度外，中小企业自身更要积极探索和建立提升核心竞争力的途径。
