评析了我国学者对股权分置改革过程中涉及的问题和研究结果,主要为：股改本身的问题、股改对价设计问题、股改过程中涉及的公司治理问题、股改过程中的会计处理问题以及股改牵涉的法律问题。虽未包括所有关于股改的文献,但包括了研究热点。     

在线健康社区中的用户参与行为——以“百度戒烟吧”为例

[目的/意义] 通过为用户提供网络互动和社交支持,在线健康社区能够促进健康行为的传播与影响,提升用户的行动能力和认知水平。旨在通过评估在线健康社区中个体的参与行为,为社区的建设和规划提出相应建议。[方法/过程] 利用百度戒烟吧的用户数据,通过统计分析与社会网络分析方法,分析用户的活动状态、好友网络以及参与需求。[结果/结论] 百度戒烟吧正在逐渐丧失对用户的粘性,虽然活跃用户已经形成了稳定的群体,但用户整体处于高度离散和分裂的状态。同时,短期用户的参与动机主要是寻求社会支持和自我满足,长期用户则扮演着欢迎者的角色,是推动用户参与的主要作用力,是利他主义的执行者。     

Convergence of intrapersonal and interpersonal processes across group meetings

Recent research has addressed the extent to which group communication exhibits intrapersonal and interpersonal characteristics. The most defensible and reasonable view appears to be that group interaction exhibits characteristics that fall somewhere in between, with group interaction revealing evidence of both individual- and group-level processes. Latent group and multilevel approaches were utilized to examine the use of functional communication in product design teams, across a series of tasks. The findings provided additional evidence for this middle road, or convergence approach, in that group members’ roles, as well as the function of discussion contributions, significantly varied across time, and at both levels of analysis.

Communicating New Library Roles to Enable Digital Scholarship: A Review Article

ABSTRACT

Academic libraries enable a wide range of digital scholarship activities, increasingly as a partner rather than as a service provider. Communicating that shift in role is challenging, not least as digital scholarship is a new field with many players whose activities on campus can be disjointed. The library's actual and potential contributions need to be broadcast to a diverse range of internal and external constituencies, primarily academic staff, university management, library colleagues and related project teams, often with different perspectives. Libraries have significant contributions to offer and a focused communications strategy is needed to embed libraries in digital scholarship and to create new perceptions of their role as enabling partners.

本文研究学术机构引证网络中的中介关系,识别和分析以中间人作为纽带的中介路径以及中介模式。选取信息计量领域机构数据,依据P(Top 10%)指数将学术机构划分为“强”“中”“弱”三个学术实力等级,结合中间人中介关系分析,得出三条主要知识交流路径,按照显著程度,依次为“中→弱”“弱→弱”和“强→弱”。中介模式方面,“强”等级中间人机构发挥主导中介作用。显著路径末端的机构与对应的始端机构具有潜在的知识交流需求,双方可在重合的研究主题和研究方向上推进交流合作。图6。表8。参考文献26。     

The Future of the Library: What Is a Public Library For?

The author suggests that libraries have been transformed a third time. Originally, libraries were the only place that valuable, handwritten, rare books could be found. As mass production kicked in post-Gutenberg, the library became an efficient way for the community to access knowledge. Today, though, in a post-paper world, the library must adopt a new role, a place where the community finds ideas, inspiration and others on a similar journey. The librarian is no longer a guardian of valuable books, but a curator of curiosity, passion and interest.
