体育锻炼对儿童性别角色社会化的影响

采用玩具选择任务研究范式,对81名来自小学和业余体校的儿童进行了实验研究。结果表明:(1)儿童性别角色的社会化受到儿童的性别、体育运动项目以及参加该运动时间等因素的影响。(2)参加跆拳道和体操训练都会强化男孩的男性化性别角色,弱化女孩的女性化性别角色。参加跆拳道训练对儿童性别角色的影响较参加体操训练更明显。(3)参加体育运动的时间越长,对儿童性别角色社会化的影响越大。

蒙台梭利教育和瑞吉欧教育是在世界上具有重要影响的教育模式,然而二者在教师观上有很多不同.文章通过阐述二者在儿童本位、课程本位、环境本位等几个方面的异同,及带给我国学前教育的启示,帮助我国的幼儿教师树立正确的儿童观,明确角色定位,重视隐性课程的开发和利用,注重家、园、社区的合作共育.     

ARL Cataloger Librarian Roles and Responsibilities Now and In the Future

This article details the results of a 2011 study of cataloger librarians’ changing roles and responsibilities at academic Association of Research Libraries. The study participants, cataloging department heads, report that cataloger librarian roles are expanding to include cataloging more electronic resources and local hidden collections in addition to print materials. They are also creating non-MARC metadata. The increased usage of vendor products and services is also affecting the roles of cataloger librarians at some institutions. The article explores what skills cataloger librarians will need in the future and how libraries are providing training for that future.

随着高等教育大众化时代的到来,传授真理、培养人才成为大学的基本使命,然而,大学教师在履行职责与使命时出现了一些问题,因而要讨论大学教师的角色要求。这需要明确大学教师存在的最终价值、根本意义,它是教师角色的本质规定,规定着教师从事职业活动的职责要求以及教师完成教育工作的具体要求。

Effect of the geometric shapes of specimens on impact tensile tests

The geometric shapes of specimens are important in impact tensile tests because geometric shapes determine the stress states of the specimens, and precise geometric shapes can obtain proper material properties without non-material factors. The aim of this study was to investigate the 1D form of the stress by changing the length-to-diameter （L/D） ratios of specimens. The experiments were carried out on a split Hopkinson tensile bar （SHTB）-rotating disk indirect bar-bar tensile impact apparatus. The L/D ratios of the LY12CZ specimens used in the test ranged from 1 to 5. Results show that the specimens can be used to obtain exact parameters of materials under the proposed conditions when the L/D ratio is greater than 2. This is because the longer length will reduce or eliminate the effects of the interfaces.

本文综述了过去十年英美等国大学图书馆为适应高等教育改革的需要而进行的教育功能的创新。研究发现，教育功能的创新已经使英美等国的大学图书馆更直接，更主动，更全面地参与到教学过程，除了继续履行其文献保障功能外，图书馆还是大学开展终身教育，传授通用技能，改革教学方法和手段的主要推动者和参与者。
