政府在高等教育布局调整中的角色与作用——国际比较的视角

本文对发达国家政府在高等教育布局调整中的角色和作用进行国际比较分析。发达国家政府主要在以下几个方面发挥主要作用:运用法律法规与公共政策;发挥公共财政宏观调控职能;明确不同层次高校的分工与协调;引导高校合理专业设置;支持并监管专业机构,间接调控和干预高教布局。本文还对我国政府应在高等教育布局调整中的角色和作用提出了建议。     

韩国高校大学英语教育现状考察

中国与韩国都是非英语国家,两国的大学英语教育具有相通之处。韩国大学英语教育在较大程度上体现了以学生为主体的特点,重视培养学生的听说交流能力,课程设置能充分体现个性化与开放性的特点,网络与多媒体等教学手段的运用有利于学生主动参与,小班授课突出学生主体,聘请外教为学生创造了用英语交流的机会。了解韩国的大学英语教育现状,可为我国的大学英语教育带来启示。

Comparing teacher roles in Denmark and England

This article reports the findings of a comparative study of teaching in Denmark and England. Its broader aim is to help develop an approach for comparing pedagogy. Lesson observations and interviews identified the range of goals towards which teachers in each country worked and the actions these prompted. These were clustered using the lens of Bernstein’s pedagogic discourse to construct teacher roles, which provided a view of pedagogy. Through this approach we have begun to identify variations in pedagogy across two countries. All teachers in this study adopted a variety of roles. Of significance was the ease with which competent English teachers moved between roles. The English teachers observed adopted roles consistent with a wider techno-rationalist discourse. There was a greater subject emphasis by Danish teachers, whose work was set predominantly within a democratic humanist discourse, whilst the English teachers placed a greater emphasis on applied skills.

Institutionalized Gender Roles in Women in Love

In his masterpiece Women in Love,D.H.Lawrence devoted a large amount of space to the depiction of sex,sexuality and male-female relationship,which have always been the concerns of academic circle.Yet,in her study of this novel,the present author has noticed that the male-female relationships in the novel is largely subject to the institutions and seem doomed to failure.This essay will,with the help of theories of gender criticism,concentrate on the analysis of the institutionalized social and family roles undertaken by the main characters in the novel.     

现阶段城市社区治理中的居民角色定位

在现阶段城市社区治理中,居民本来是社区生活的主体,但其参与社区治理的积极性并不高,其原因:一是居民大多根据个人的需求来决定自己所扮演的角色,对社区治理缺乏自觉意识;二是政府包办,社区组织行政化,抑制了居民自觉参与治理社区的积极性。这就需要政府、社区组织和居民从社区长远发展的总体目标出发,各司其职并共同努力,给予社区居民角色一个正确的定位。     

体育游戏中不同类型角色小学生合作行为特征研究

对水平1—3,共计168名小学生,利用同伴提名技术将其划分成五类角色者,即被拒绝者,受欢迎者、被忽略者、矛盾者、以及普通者。随后,通过质的研究方法对各水平角色者在体育游戏中的合作行为进行分析和研究。研究结果表明,不同类型角色者在合作行为上存在着显著差异和可循的特征规律。结果对于体育教师了解小学生合作行为特征,因材施教,更好的进行课堂教学组织与安排、促进小学生的社会化有一定的参考意义。     

Age Role Expectations and Sex Role Expectations for Selected Sport Activities

Abstract

The primary purpose of this study was to determine if role expectations for participation in 12 selected sport activities existed based on the age (20, 40, 60, or 80 years old) and/or gender of the referent person. A secondary purpose was to determine if the sex role orientation of the respondent influenced the assignment of these age related and/or gender related stereotypes to participation in sport. Female undergraduate nursing students (N = 93) were administered an Activity Appropriateness Scale developed by the investigators and Bem's Sex-Role Inventory (1974). The results indicated that age related expectancies accounted for almost 40% of the variance in subject's responses to the appropriateness of participating in these selected sports and was a more potent stereotype than responses based on sex role appropriateness. Furthermore, sex role orientation × age of the referent person interactions indicated that masculine subjects viewed sports participation as most appropriate, particularly as the age of the referent person increased from 60 to 80 years. The evidence suggests that research be directed toward examining and accounting for the phenomenon of ageism in sport.
