高职院校辅导员工作的角色定位与思考

高职院校辅导员的工作在学生管理中处于核心地位,这样的角色定位需要辅导员不停地转换身份,从角色的转换中体现辅导员工作的多重内在需求。优秀的辅导员应该是“家长、严师、心理医生、爱心大使、学生灵魂的工程师”。辅导员的多重角色,使辅导员有感情、有操守、有品行、有师德,恪守党的教育方针,为培养高职人才付出艰辛的努力。     

春秋时期齐国贵妇“乱政”探析

春秋时期,一部分贵妇想要冲破性别角色的藩篱,走进政治这一禁区,她们以"乱政"为手段,来实现自己的愿望与目的,而其中又以齐国贵族妇女居多.齐国贵妇的"乱政"行为,可以归为为爱子争立、为情人争位、为掩盖私通而"乱政"三大类.齐国产生贵妇"乱政"的根本原因是父权制社会下的性别权力结构失衡,春秋时期特殊的时代背景则是其产生契机,而齐文化的特定结构又是其出现的地域因素.     

网络教学中的教师角色实证研究

在网络教学中,教师的职责主要通过发布帖子体现.本研究中,笔者首先利用Berge(1995)的教学性、管理性、社会性、技术性四维角色模型,通过对教师发布的帖子进行内容分析,对三位高校教师、两位中学教师的在线教学角色进行了研究,其中,各有一位高校教师和中学教师是第一次开展网络教学.研究发现,教学性角色和管理性角色是教师最重要的两个角色.同时,笔者还利用社会网络分析(SNA)方法,对包括教师和排除教师两种情况的交互网络进行了分析,独立样本t检验发现,当把教师从交互网络中排除出去后,密度差异和入度网络中心势的差异在统计学上达到显著,这说明教师在交互过程中具有重要的影响.对于出度网络中心势分析,排除中学教师后交互网络的降幅在70%以上.中学师生交互网络和高校新手教师交互网络呈现了更多的以教师为中心的特点,而有经验高校老师参与的师生交互网络体现了更多的以学生为中心的特点.最后,笔者指出了本研究所存在的局限,并对后续研究计划进行了讨论.

股权分置改革是解决我国资本市场制度性问题的重大举措,对于我国资本市场的健康发展意义深远。但股权分置改革的完成并不意味着解决了我国资本市场的所有问题。在后股权分置时代,我国资本市场将面临新的问题和挑战。正确分析和提前应对这些问题,对于保障资本市场的健康有序运行极为关键。     

New method for high performance multiply-accumulator design

This study presents a new method of 4-pipelined high-performance split multiply-accumulator （MAC） architecture, which is capable of supporting multiple precisions developed for media processors. To speed up the design further, a novel partial product compression circuit based on interleaved adders and a modified hybrid partial product reduction tree （PPRT） scheme are proposed. The MAC can perform 1-way 32-bit, 4-way 16-bit signed/unsigned multiply or multiply-accumulate operations and 2-way parallel multiply add （PMADD） operations at a high frequency of 1.25 GHz under worst-case conditions and 1.67 GHz under typical-case conditions, respectively. Compared with the MAC in 32-bit microprocessor without interlocked piped stages （MIPS）, the proposed design shows a great advantage in speed. Moreover, an improvement of up to 32% in throughput is achieved. The MAC design has been fabricated with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company （TSMC） 90-nm CMOS standard cell technology and has passed a functional test.

Role Conflict and the High School Female Athlete

Abstract

The primary purpose of this study was to assess perceived and experienced role conflict of high school female athletes in enacting the roles of female and female athlete. Data were collected on 133 high school varsity athletes by the use of a 33-item questionnaire designed to assess perceived and experienced role conflicts of the subjects, their socioeconomic backgrounds, and specific instances of encouragement or discouragement from significant others experienced during their athletic careers. Thirty-two percent of the subjects responded that they perceived little or no problem with role conflict, and 50% had experienced little or no role conflict. Seventeen percent of the subjects responded that they perceived role conflict to be a great or very great problem with 11% experiencing role conflict to the same degree. A chi square analysis of perceived and experienced role conflict computed for the entire group of subjects indicated that the athletes perceived greater role conflict than they had experienced (p<.01). A one way analysis of variance was performed comparing the means of the athletes in traditionally socially approved sports, those in non-traditionally socially approved sports, and those participating in both categories. Results indicated a tendency for those participating simultaneously in both socially approved and non-socially approved sports to have experienced more role conflict (p≤.07).

A distinction between internal and external role conflict was suggested as a method of understanding the different types of pressures with which the female athlete must deal.     

Changing personas and evolving identities: the contestation and renegotiation of researcher roles in fieldwork

The aim of this paper is to discuss the development and evolution of particular personas adopted by researchers in the quest for rich exchanges within the social field. It analyses my role (the principal author) as a female ethnographer (and the sole female) in the world of elite male rowing. Data are drawn from personal notes, reflections and observations during a five-month-long training camp. My experiences are located within dramaturgical social theory and, in particular, Goffman's work on face and impression management. The significance of the work is twofold. Firstly, it lies in recognising the strategies we use and the identities we construct as researchers in negotiating the social field towards desired ends. Secondly, it raises awareness of the implications performances have for the nature of the data gathered and the conclusions drawn from them.
