我国民俗文化的现状分析

作为当前社会发生急剧变迁的结果,民俗文化在此背景下出现了程度不同、内容复杂的变迁;作为被开发的对象,民俗文化尽管创造了一定的经济价值,但受到的破坏远远大于保护;作为被保护的对象,民俗文化受到的关注还处在大造声势的阶段,保护口号远远多于实际的措施,但已经表现出充满希望的前景.     

刍议马克思哲学本体论的形上消解与重构

马克思哲学在哲学史上最具深远意义的革命变革，就在于它通过对传统哲学形上本体的批判、消解与重构，开创了哲学发展的新方向，奠定了哲学发展新形态的基础。马克思哲学终结了一切旧形而上学，但是并没有完全放弃关于“解释世界何以可能”问题的物质本体论寻求，而是更着力于“改变世界何以可能”，以寻求现实解放的道路。这一寻求“改变世界何以可能”的本体论诉求构成了马克思哲学的重要理论旨趣。

全面学分制背景下转专业情况分析——以计算机学院为例

使学生学习自己满意的专业,既是高校人才培养的需要,也是对学生专业选择自主权的尊重[1]。本文以高校某工科院系为例,分析了学生转专业的原因,发现学生对专业了解不够、填报志愿动机不同、大学生活不适应等因素会影响学生转专业。学院修订了转专业条例,为学生提供更全面的转专业指导。     

Heraclitean Thinking: Implications for Philosophy of Education

Heraclitus was the first presocratic Ionian thinker to describe the underlying nature of reality as a set of processes in flux and to affirm the constantly changing nature of the cosmos. In this essay, I discuss four major doctrines of his thought which constitute the crux of the Heraclitean worldview. I then expound some thoughts on the relevance and implications of Heraclitean thinking for philosophy of education.     

试论《易传》与古代书法艺术的同构关系

《易传》作为公认的哲学著作 ,其中包含着深刻的美学艺术原理 ,因此它对我国传统的文艺理论产生了深远的影响。具体到书法艺术上也是如此 ,故在此从字体的演变、结构以及书法理论史三个方面初步探讨了书法艺术与《易传》的同构关系 ,并且认为传统的书法艺术理论直接受到了《易传》阴阳互动理论和“通变”思想的影响。     

论美国革命后英国帝国观念的变化

美国革命以后 ,英国政府从美国革命中吸取教训 ,对其帝国政策进行了调整。英国工业革命的发展 ,对外贸易变得越来越重要 ,成了英国经济的生命线。英国政府及国内民众的帝国观念也发生了很大变化 ,英国已经对拓殖新的殖民地不感兴趣 ,英国此时强调的是占据贸易商埠及战略基地     

Introduction to this Special Issue

In 2001, for the first time in the history of the International Association for Counselling, International Conference was held in a developing Asian country–India, with the theme Families in Transition–Counselling in Transition–Meeting the Challenges Ahead. This special issue contains some of the presentations made by Indian participants during this conference which best reflect the challenges and diversities of counseling efforts with families in India. The first article was specially written for this issue in order to give an international relationship of this journal an in depth contextual understanding of Indian families in transition and the challenges they pose to the contemporary Indian counselor. Two articles are reflected to counseling families affected by socio-politial and economic changes. Five authors have written on counseling related to physical and mental disability/addiction and last two articles are reflected to authors experiences as family counselors.     

多民族环境下的语言变迁与基础教育发展——以广西龙胜各族自治县泗水乡为例

以广西龙族各族自治县泗水乡民族语言变迁和基础教育发展及其互动为对象，重点探讨了泗水乡的语言及其变迁，泗水乡语言变迁的动力与基础教育发展，进而研究了地方民族文化传承与教育语言的关系，强调了通过民族语言文字的方式来实现民族文化传承的观点。     

Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery （VATS） for bilateral primary spontaneous pneumothorax

Objective:To review our experience of the treatment of bilateral primary spontaneous pneumothorax (PSP) by video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS). Materials and methods: Retrospective chart review was followed by an on-clinic or telephone interview. Patients were cared for by one thoracic surgeon in four medical centers or community hospitals in Northern and Central Taiwan. Thirteen patients with bilateral PSP underwent bilateral VATS simultaneously or sequentially from July 1994 to December 2005. Results: Twelve males and one female, with age ranging from 15 to 36 years (mean 23.1 years), were treated with VATS for bilateral PSP, under the indications of bilateral pneumothoracis simultaneously (n=4) or sequentially (n=9). The interval between the first and second contra-lateral VATS procedure for non-simultaneous PSP patients ranged from 7 d to 6 years. Eleven of 13 patients (84.6%) had prominent pulmonary bullae/blebs, and underwent bullae resection with mechanical or chemical pleurodesis. The mean operative time was (45.6±18.3) min (range 25-96 min) and (120.6±28.7) min (range 84-166 min) respectively for the non-simultaneous (second VATS for the recurrence of contralateral side after first VATS) and simultaneous (bilateral VATS in one operation) procedures. There was no postoperative mortality. However, prolonged air leakage (>7 d) occurred in one patient (7.7%) who recovered after conservative treatment. The mean duration of chest tube drainage was 3.1 d and the median follow up period was 3.4 years. Conclusions: VATS is a safe and effective procedure in the treatment of bilateral PSP. Bilateral VATS is only recommended for patients with simultaneously bilateral PSP, because the incidence of recurrence, even with visible bullae, was not so high in my group and in some previous literature. Bilateral VATS in a supine position should only be used in selective cases, because of possible pleural adhesion or hidden bullae on the posterior side.
