构建财政支出绩效考评机制初探

本文以我市财政支出绩效考评机制建设的实践为基础,研究如何更好的构建财政支出绩效考评机制,以更好的强化财政支出管理和监督,提高财政资金的使用效率和效益。     

细节对高效液相色谱法检测结果准确性的探讨

应用高效液相色谱仪进行检测时必须考虑样品处理过程中的细节问题.本文以注射用青霉素钾为试验样品,依据2010年版《中华人民共和国兽药典》一部标准,用两台高效液相色谱仪进行比对试验,发现两台仪器的检测结果相对偏差较大（为1.8％）,通过分析排查最终发现是样品处理中的细节问题影响了结果,改进后两台高效液相色谱仪检测到的含量相对偏差在可控范围内（0.13％）,结果有明显改善.     

公立自然和人文公园约聘雇人力绩效评估指标之建立

公立自然和人文公园约聘雇人员目前缺乏一套完整的人力评鉴及考核机制,本研究透过文献探讨及专家访谈,拟定公立自然和人文公园约聘雇人员绩效评估指标,再透过专家问卷调查全台湾8个公立自然和人文公园99位专家(主管及资深人员)之意见,以层级分析法(AHP)计算出各指标间之权重,藉以建立绩效评估表之各项评分比重,以期建立有效约聘雇人员之绩效评估制度。本研究归纳出工作态度、工作表现、人格特质及专业能力四项评估构面及16个评估指标,层级分析法(AHP)结果显示,四个构面中以工作态度(0.434)之重要性为最高,其次为工作表现(0.204)、人格特质(0.194)及专业能力(0.167)。其他细项指标权重及建议分级采用之评估准则详述于内文。     

Effects of three instructional approaches in adolescents' physical self-concept

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of three instructional approaches in secondary education students' physical self-concept after the implementation of an ultimate learning unit. A total of 274 (males: 151, females: 133) students (12 to 17 years of age) from an urban, coeducational high school (grades 8th to 12th) agreed to participate. They were distributed into three study groups in each grade: one group was taught using a Traditional approach (TRAD), another group was taught using the Sport Education model (SEM), and a third group was also taught using the Sport Education model and self-made materials (SEM-SM). The AF5-Self-Concept Questionnaire was administered to assess physical self-concept. The results showed that only the students in the SEM-SM group significantly increased their physical self-concept from initial to final tests. Self-made materials seem to have a significant positive effect, possibly due to their constructivist basis.     

Static to Dynamic: Professional Identity as Inventory,Invention, and Performance in Classrooms and Workplaces

Although self-assessment is an important genre in both the academy and the workplace, it is often static. The resulting fixed identities are problematic in a creative economy that requires fluidity. Drawing on the work of Carruthers and Goffman, among others, we argue that memory and meditation, encompassing inventory and invention and coupled with rhetorical performance, constitute dynamic self-assessment.     

Disentangling Shape from Level Effects in Person-Centered Analyses: An Illustration Based on University Teachers’ Multidimensional Profiles of Effectiveness

This study compares alternative ways of disentangling the effects of level (the tendency for a person to be high, medium, or low across all factors) and shape (the tendency for a person to have a distinct pattern of factors on which they are high, medium, or low) in profile analyses. This issue is particularly relevant to performance appraisals where it is often useful to identify specific strengths and weaknesses over and above a person global performance, but also to person-centered analyses more generally where the observation of qualitative (shape) differences between profiles is often used as justification for the added value of profiles. Substantively, this study illustrates these issues in the identification of profiles of teachers based on multidimensional students’ ratings of their effectiveness, using an archival data set of 31,951 class-average ratings based on the Students’ Evaluations of Educational Quality (SEEQ) instrument collected over a 13-year period. The results show the superiority of a factor mixture operationalization of teaching effectiveness in which a global effectiveness factor was used to control for unnecessary level effects in the profiles.     

The Teaching Community: Recreating university teaching

Over the past 5 years, in two Australian universities, a model for the professional development of university teaching staff has been evolving. In the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology (FCIT) at Monash University and in First Year Engineering at Swinburne University, the Teaching Community approach has resulted in remarkable changes in university teachers' understanding of their role, their teaching skill and, most importantly, their enthusiasm and motivation for the teaching component of their work. At Swinburne the rapid uptake of the model has exceeded expectations, while at Monash FCIT the model continues to grow and evolve years after the initiating project expired. The Teaching Community model has proved effective in bringing educational development and in coping with imposed change. This paper traces the growth of the Teaching Community model, elaborates some of the successes experienced, makes some suggestions as to why it has been so powerful in bringing about change in an area well known for resistance and proposes conditions required for this on-site, low cost approach to improving tertiary teaching.

高校教师参与体育锻炼现状的研究——以滁州学院为例

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法等,对滁州学院教师参与体育运动的状况及影响因素进行调查研究,调查表明：教师整体健康状况不容乐观;虽然教师参加体育锻炼的动机强烈、目的明确,但受各种主客观条件的限制致使体育人口比列明显偏低;教师参加项目相对集中,以个人锻炼和与家人一起为主;依据调研获知的影响因素,为改善教师体育活动状况提出建议。
