社会科学类中文电子图书数据库馆藏学术性书目对比分析

以《中国哲社学术图书基本书目(1995-2005)》收录的政法类图书书目为标准书目,以上海地区本科以上高校图书馆馆藏中文图书数据库为测评对象,测定超星数字图书馆和方正Apabi数字图书馆(含教参全文数据库)所收录的电子图书的质量。统计分析两库标准书目图书入藏率,结果表明,总体上超星数字图书馆入选标准书目的图书多于方正Apabi数字图书馆,但2004年以后,方正Apabi数字图书馆入选图书超出了超星数字图书馆,并且两库学术性图书馆藏不完全同质,两库叠加学术性图书入藏种类的增加超过重复。     

How do collaborations with universities affect firms’ innovative performance? The role of “Pasteur scientists” in the advanced materials field

This article aimed to identify the effect of university-industry (U-I) collaborations on the innovative performance of firms operating in the advanced materials field, and by doing so, it proposed an original classification of the research organization partners. The main contribution resides in the estimation of the role played by collaborations with differently experienced scientists. In contrast with previous studies, whose empirical setting was the life science industry, in the advanced materials industry the most effective collaborations are not with “Star scientists”, but with “Pasteur scientists”. The latter concept was empirically tested first by the authors of this article, to deepen the present understanding of industrial heterogeneity in innovation processes and to offer new insights for the formulation of corporate innovation strategies. The results of the estimation of a negative binomial regression model applied to a sample of 455 firms active in the photocatalysis in Japan confirm the idea that engaging in research collaborations, measured as co-invention, with “Pasteur scientists” increases firms’ R&D productivity, measured as number of registered patents. In contrast, we found that firms’ collaborations with “Star scientists” exert little impact on their innovative output.     

External load training does not alter balance performance in well-trained women

This study investigated the influence of external load training (ELT) on static and dynamic balance. Nineteen females stratified into two groups (ELT = 9, control = 10) completed three testing sessions over 6 weeks. The ELT group wore weighted vests (WV) of ~8% body mass for 32 h/week during daily living and three training sessions/week for 3 weeks. Following completion of ELT, a 3 week detraining (DET) phase was completed. Bilateral and unilateral static balance were assessed with eyes open and closed. Dynamic balance was assessed using the star excursion balance test (SEBT). Static and dynamic balance variables were analysed using a 2 (group) x 3 (time) between participants repeated measures ANOVA (p < 0.05). Results revealed significant reductions in average centre of pressure (COP) velocity in the control group on the non-dominant limb with eyes closed, and significantly greater reach distances in the ELT group on the SEBT for the posteromedial and medial directions on the dominant limb (p < 0.05). These findings suggest the ELT group did not significantly improve their balance in comparison to the control group. However, future research should further examine this unique, supplemental training method and the impact on balance performance.     

星级饭店员工流失现状及对策研究——以绍兴市星级饭店为例

当前中国星级饭店员工流失率一直居高不下,导致饭店服务质量下降、人力资源成本提高,饭店业务最终受损。造成饭店员工流失的具体原因主要包括员工发展缺少职业规划、员工培养轻素养重技能、薪酬体系不合理、社会传统意识及员工自身原因。针对这一现状,以具有代表性的城市绍兴为案例地,从企业、员工、社会等多角度出发,提出具体解决措施,有利于促进绍兴市乃至中国星级饭店既好又快发展。     

勒克莱奇奥《流浪的星星》儿童视角研究

《流浪的星星》是勒克莱齐奥最杰出的代表作之一。他在作品中创新地运用第一、第三人称交替叙述的手法,并将之与儿童视角相结合,呈现独特的文本特征。通过对其中流浪儿童形象的分析,探寻如何拯救失落的文明。     

我国青少年体育偶像选择特征研究

通过问卷调查法对我国部分城市青少年体育偶像的运动项目、运动项群、竞赛属性、性别等问题进行了调查分析。研究表明：我国青少年的体育偶像覆盖了众多的运动项目,国际重大赛事上为中国争得荣誉的国内明星运动员,是我国青少年崇拜的主要对象;我国青少年体育偶像选择普遍倾向夏季奥运会体育明星,男性体育明星更受青少年的欢迎;NBA及职业足球文化对我国男性青少年体育偶像选择具有重要的影响,奥运文化对女性青少年体育偶像选择具有更大的影响;女性青少年在难关类体育偶像的选择上高于男性青少年,男性青少年则在重竞技项目偶像选择上高于女性青少年。     

湍流应力对AGB星结构与演化的影响

在混合程对流理论的基础上建立起考虑湍流应力作用的恒星结构与演化模型,并计算了8M⊙.研究表明,湍流应力对AGB星的演化有重要的影响,它使AGB星氦壳层热核反应更加不稳定,热脉动的发生大大提前而且更加频繁.这种热脉动的提前发生不仅使氦壳层内的光度、产能率、温度发生变化,同时使氢壳层内的各物理量和恒星表面的光度都同步发生改变.另外,湍流应力还使对流的混合作用加强,从而导致恒星内部及表面的各元素丰度都发生改变.

《西行漫记》是一部首次向世界真实报道三四十年代中国红军，中共名领导人及其生活方式，信念，目的的划时代报告学巨，作家在处理这部作品的主体，客体辩证统一过程中，创造性地运用艺术真实，艺术独创，艺术空间的对立和统一，提出了读关注的社会问题，描绘了人的理性因素和情感因素，以及概括而不笼统，严肃而不枯燥的语言等艺术手段，使这成为风行世界的真实记录历史的经典性献和20世纪报告学的艺术丰碑。     

明星科学家能否提升转制科研院所的双重绩效？—以广东省为例

科研院所改革的重点在于加快科技成果转化,明星科学家成为影响改制目标实现的“第一要素”。以广东省科研院所改革为背景,本文探索了明星科学家在组织创新与经济效益中的作用效果,并分析了项目式与平台式改革模式的调节效果,研究发现：明星科学家对组织双重绩效均有显著的正向影响,并且对创新绩效的促进效果高于经济绩效；政府财政科技项目在明星科学家与创新绩效关系中起正向调节作用,而创新平台在明星科学家与科研院所创新绩效、经济绩效关系中均起到正向调节作用。研究结论将为科研院所的人才体系优化与资助模式改革提供参考依据。
