一种基于工作流的业务流程集成框架

提出一种基于工作流的业务流程集成框架,该框架将各应用逻辑视作分布计算环境下的平台组件,采用面向服务的视图,将组件提供的服务封装到适配器中,使用XML消息协调服务间的交互,通过全局工作流引擎控制业务流程.给出了框架的分层架构模型,设计了框架的核心组件:工作流引擎、适配器和消息代理.以企业订单创建流程为例,验证了框架的有效性.     

基于Sketch Engine检索工具的英语同义词辨析——以assure和ensure为例

英语中含有诸多同义词,学习者在习得这类词汇时经常会遇到辨析困难。而利用在线SketchEngine工具辨析英语同义词能有效解决这一问题。以辨析英语同义词assure和ensure为例,运用在线Sketch Engine工具进行检索和对比分析,能得到更加客观、可靠的辨析结果。两词有着共同的正式语体倾向,部分相似的类联接,其宾语搭配词的语义韵也趋向一致,但两词在具体语域中分布差异明显。另外,部分类联接、搭配词等方面也存在明显差异。     

基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器的换热器测控平台

虚拟仪器在工业应用中表现出传统仪器无法比拟的优势,LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件在测控系统分析、设计和研究方面得到了广泛的应用。以研华工业控制计算机为硬件基础,搭建了基于虚拟仪器平台LabVIEW的试验台,完成了对螺旋套管换热器试件流量、流速、阻力、温度等常见参数的测量及压缩机转速、试件进出水温等的控制。

Heat shock protein 90 protects rat mesenchymal stem cells against hypoxia and serum deprivation-induced apoptosis via the PI3K/Akt and ERK1/2 pathways

Mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)transplantation has shown a therapeutic potential to repair the ischemic and infracted myocardium,but the effects are limited by the apoptosis and loss of donor cells in host cardiac microenvironment.The aim of this study is to explore the cytoprotection of heat shock protein 90(Hsp90)against hypoxia and serum deprivation-induced apoptosis and the possible mechanisms in rat MSCs.Cell viability was determined by3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT)assay.Apoptosis was assessed by Hoechst 33258nuclear staining and flow cytometric analysis with annexin V/PI staining.The gene expression of Toll-like receptor-4(TLR-4)and V-erb-b2 erythroblastic leukemia viral oncogene homolog 2(ErbB2)was detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR).The protein levels of cleaved caspase-3,Bcl-2,Bcl-xL,Bax,total-ERK,phospho-ERK,totaI-Akt,phospho-Akt,and Hsp90 were detected by Western blot.The production of nitric oxide was measured by spectrophotometric assay.Hsp90 improves MSC viability and protects MSCs against apoptosis induced by serum deprivation and hypoxia.The protective role of Hsp90 not only elevates Bcl-2/Bax and Bcl-xL/Bax expression and attenuates cleaved caspase-3 expression via down-regulating membrane TLR-4 and ErbB2 receptors and then activating their downstream PI3K/Akt and ERK1/2 pathways,but also enhances the paracrine effect of MSCs.These findings demonstrated a novel and effective treatment strategy against MSC apoptosis in cell transplantation.     

Effect of a semi electro-mechanical engine valve on performance and emissions in a single cylinder spark ignited engine

In this study, an electro-mechanical valve （EMV） system for the intake valve ofa fottr stroke, single cylinder, overhead valve and spark ignition （SI） engine was designed and constructed. An engine with the EMV system and a standard engine were tested to observe the effects of the EMV on engine performance and emissions at different speeds under full load. The EMV engine showed improved engine power, engine torque and break specific fuel consumption （BSFC）. A 66% decrease in CO emissions was also obtained with the EMV system, but hydrocarbons （HC） and NOx emissions increased by 12% and 13% respectively.     

辐射板强化喷管换热与红外抑制效果试验研究

试验研究了在发动机喷管中加装金属辐射板前后,喷管壁面温度、热喷流温度与喷管红外辐射特征的变化。结果表明,加装金属辐射板后,热喷流与喷管壁面之间的热量传递显著增强,热喷流中心温度降低,壁面温度明显升高,在90°方向上,热喷流3～5μm波段的红外辐射强度降低了38.5%。文中从热喷流、喷管壁面以及金属辐射板等相关部件的温度变化情况对红外辐射强度的变化原因进行了解释。      

基于GIS的地下水热泵系统适宜性评价模型研究——以北京平原区为例

为了评估地下水热泵系统区域发展适宜性程度,以北京市平原区为例,根据其平原区水文地质条件,构建评价模型,对水源热泵系统应用的适宜性进行了分区.模型的实现采用GIS组件ArcGIS Engine嵌入到Vb.net中开发的方式,综合考虑了回灌能力指标、取水能力指标、地下水水质指标、地下温度场、特殊地质环境等多项因子,并对不同因子赋予不同的权重进行叠加最终得到适宜性评价.该适宜性分区为水源热泵技术因地制宜、合理有序的应用提供了科学思路.     

Theoretical and experimental research on heat transfer performance of the semi-open heat pipe

This paper focuses on the heat transfer performance of semi-open heat pipe which is a new type of heat pipe. After analyzing its condensation heat transfer mechanisms theoretically, several semi-open heat pipes in different length ratios and upper hole diameters are studied experimentally and compared with the same dimensions closed heat pipes. Experimental results show that the heat transfer performance of semi-open heat pipe becomes better by increasing heat transfer rate. At the first transitional point, the heat transfer performance of semi-open heat pipe approaches the level of the closed heat pipe. It is suitable to choose upper small hole about 1 mm in diameter and length ratio larger than 0.6 for the semi-open heat pipe.
