欧美出版社开放存取期刊论文处理费研究

论文处理费伴随着开放存取期刊的出现而进入公众视野。20世纪末,开放存取期刊由于没有成熟的商业盈利模式,国际上知名的出版社均对这种新型数字出版方式表示过疑虑。而现今,传统出版集团相继发行各自的开放存取平台,这主要得益于论文处理费的推行。本文介绍欧美各大知名出版社旗下开放存取期刊论文处理费的相关收费情况,分析论文处理费收取的完整体系,以期为国内学术期刊开放存取平台的发展提供策略建议。     

Exploring sport brand development strategies to strengthen consumer involvement with the product – The case of the Australian A-League

The branding of sport leagues represents an emergent area of scholarship. The current research capitalised on an opportunity to explore the strategies sport leagues can implement to develop their brand and consequently better satisfy their consumers. The Psychological Continuum Model (PCM) was used to guide the examination of sport brand development strategies recommended by consumers of a sport league. Mixed method data were collected from football consumers in Australia (N = 230). Seven themes were uncovered through qualitative content analysis representing three brand development strategies – market penetration, market development and product development. The study contributes to sport management literature by (1) identifying strategies that can be used to position sport brands; (2) indicating how these strategies may be used to influence consumers’ brand associations; (3) demonstrating the close brand relationship between leagues and their clubs and (4) enhancing market research sampling knowledge. The study also provides sport managers with strategic brand management directions.     

基于政策租金和动态比较优势理论的战略性新兴产业集群演化路径研究

本文结合理论演绎和经验归纳两种方法,综合运用产业经济学、地理经济学、演化经济学、公共政策学等多学科理论交叉研究方法,在分析公共政策形成战略性新兴产业集群政策租金机制的基础上,建立基于政策租金的战略性新兴产业集群演化理论模型,剖析基于比较动态优势的路径创造、国际竞争力提升的机理,并提出相应的政策构想。文章强调双重政策租金对新兴产业演化重要而复杂的作用,提出动态比较优势、路径创造是战略性新兴产业集群健康发展关键的观点。     

大学生运动员的成就目标定向及赛前情绪的研究

以成就目标定向理论及赛前情绪的五因素结构理论为基础，运用问卷调查法对大学生田径运动员进行调查分析。结果表明：性别和运动水平的差异对其目标定向及赛前情绪均产生较大的影响，成就目标定向与赛前情绪有一定的相关性。     

成就目标理论研究综述

成就目标理论作为解释成就动机行为的社会认知模式之一,一直受到国内外心理研究的极大重视。本文在详尽介绍当代成就动机研究中三个重要的概念:成就目标理论、潜在能力理论和能力自我知觉以及最近提出的2×2成就目标结构的基础上,进一步引入了一个把成就目标与8种完全分离的成就情绪联系起来的理论模型,从而深化了成就目标理论的研究。     

目标设置视域下高职学生精准育人模式探究

高职院校生源趋于多样化,对不同群体高职学生的大学目标设置进行了差异分析,研究结果表明:贫困生更愿意通过自己的努力来提升自己,非贫困生情感获得方面更有信心;对口单招和提前招生的学生更愿意在大学期间培养自己的兴趣爱好,普高的学生希望把自己的精力更多的投入到学习中去;男生更关注在大学学习的过程中获得能力的提升,女生则更希望取得优异的成绩但是忽略了社会交往。高职院校应重点打造情感融入校园文化、建立贫困生学习共同体、注重分类育人方式、实施素质能力提升。     

The effect of inquiry‐based learning on the achievement goal‐orientation of grade 10 physical sciences learners at township schools in South Africa

Due to apartheid policies, Black African learners in South Africa have been severely disadvantaged in school science. Despite policy changes to redress these historical imbalances, Black African learners continue to underperform in science. Previous research has identified motivation as a key factor that impacts performance. Achievement goal orientation is a construct of motivation that explains learning behaviour. In an attempt to address the problem of learner motivation, this study investigated the effect of inquiry‐based learning on the achievement goal‐orientation of grade 10 physical sciences learners at historically disadvantaged township schools in South Africa. In South Africa, the term “township” usually refers to under‐developed urban areas that were historically created for “non‐whites” during the apartheid era. The findings showed that the experiment group of learners who experienced inquiry‐based learning significantly gained in mastery goal orientation, while the control that were taught through a traditional direct didactic approach had an insignificant change in their mastery goal orientation. From these results, it can be concluded that inquiry‐based learning does support a mastery goal orientation in learners. This orientation is regarded as desirable because mastery approach goals could support positive outcomes in conceptual learning, leading to an improvement in science achievement of learners.     

浅谈“企业战略管理”课程中的案例教学

作为一门实践导向的管理学科,企业战略管理课程中案例教学是最重要也是最主要的教学方式之一。本文首先明确了案例教学在战略管理教学中的主要作用,其次阐述了战略管理课程中案例教学的教学目标设置的特点,然后论述了在战略管理课程中案例教学的几种基本模式,最后指出了案例教学中需要注意的要点。     

An empirical investigation of knowledge management and innovative performance: The case of alliances

This paper examines firm-level performance implications of strategic alliances by employing knowledge management practices as intermediaries. Unlike previous research which focuses on partner firm factors, this study investigates how alliance characteristics (i.e., alliance scope and governance) affect interfirm knowledge sharing and creation, and how these two practices and their interaction in turn affect innovative performance. These questions are examined in a sample of 127 German partnering firms. Results show that joint ventures as opposed to contractual alliances are more effective and influential in facilitating knowledge sharing and creation. In contrast, the scope of alliance activities, while positively associated with knowledge sharing, has no direct relationship with knowledge creation. In addition to these results, the study also finds that knowledge sharing, knowledge creation and their interaction significantly contribute to partner firms’ innovative performance.     

基于心理意向的目标承诺概念模型扩展

目标承诺是目标设置理论提出的重要概念,但对其构成成分的认识仍存在争议.通过引入计划行为理论中的两种心理意向--目标意向和执行意向.来解释目标承诺的结构维度,将其作为目标承诺在个体心理层面的具体表现形式,阐述二者对个体目标追求过程的作用和效果,并最终构建出目标承诺的双意向模型.根据目标承诺的新模型探讨了目标承诺对个体目标达成的作用机理,并系统整合了影响目标承诺的各个因素及其相互关系,为进一步发展激励的目标理论奠定了新的理论基础.
