基于CiteSpace的国内社会科学研究中熵的应用分析

利用CiteSpace对CSSCI数据库中1998—2016年熵相关文献进行分析,有效弥补熵应用概况的分析;结合战略坐标法,探测出熵应用研究的热点。     

新时期粮食安全观与粮食供给侧改革

粮食安全是事关国家发展与稳定、独立与自主的全局性重大战略问题。我国的粮食安全理念和体系脱胎于计划经济时期,在当前的国内外形势中面临一定挑战。面对新的发展阶段,迫切需要对传统的粮食安全观进行改革,树立新时期粮食安全观,用于指导和助推粮食供给侧改革。文章尝试汇总当前阶段我国粮食供给侧和需求侧的主要形势和面临的问题,阐明当前供给侧改革是树立新时期粮食安全观的重要机遇,应该从理顺政府和市场关系、树立全球视野和双底线思维以及倡导健康与绿色生活方式等方面着眼,为我国粮食安全问题的出路提供科学合理的视角和解决方案。     

价值观匹配与员工创新行为——内部人身份感知和批判性思维的作用

探讨了价值观匹配对员工创新行为的作用机制.结果表明:人-价值观匹配不仅正向作用于员工创新行为,而且通过内部人身份感知间接对创新行为产生显著正向影响;批判性思维正向调节内部人身份感知与员工创新行为之间的关系.     

How beneficial are relational capital and technology orientation for innovation? Evidence from Mexican SMEs

Globally, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are engines of economic growth and job creation. After the pandemic, innovation activities have become more critical than ever as a generator of competitiveness. Therefore, we need to better understand the factors that lead to innovation in SMEs. This study aims to analyze the role of relational capital and technology orientation in innovation to appreciate its final impact on firm performance. The main results reveal a strong positive effect of relational capital on innovation, but the effect is not so strong as firm performance. We also found a strong positive effect of relational capital on technology orientation. Finally, we offer some clues in the debate on technology as a source of innovation and how relational capital and technology orientation are related to a firm’s performance. The results reveal significant implications for innovation policies and relational capital strategies for SMEs.

本文围绕提高高校思想政治理论课教育教学质量,用独特的研究视角,阐发了调整教育教学思维的内涵和意义;揭示了重构互动教学内容,实现从单向阐述式教材体系向互动教学体系转化的意义和条件,论述了重塑互动教学主体,从师生＂授——受＂关系向师生互动关系转化的重要性及其路径。     

Selecting an open innovation community as an alliance partner: Looking for healthy communities and ecosystems

Organizations build strategic alliances with other firms with the intent of tapping into partners’ resources and capturing long-term value from these relationships. Such partnerships are typically governed by contractual or equity arrangements with clear mutual obligations. More recently, however, organizations have begun to seek strategic partnerships with open innovation communities, which are novel digitally enabled forms of organizing, and where contractual commitments are not possible. Thus, selecting the right open innovation community as an alliance partner becomes a more complex decision. We follow how the organizational decision makers, in two technology firms that were pioneers of forming strategic alliances with open innovation communities, developed metrics around making such decisions. We build upon Shah and Swaminathan’s (2008) contingency model of alliance partner selection and consider how it applies to the case of partnering with open innovation communities. This framework was useful in to frame our findings, yet our work recognizes and builds upon two key differences: 1) the evaluation metrics used in selecting an open innovation community were more focused on value creation than value capture; and 2) open ecosystem considerations, and not just partner-specific metrics, featured prominently in this type of alliance partner evaluation. We develop the notions of community and ecosystem health to refer to these new metrics.     

Gender diversity in senior management,strategic change,and firm performance: Examining the mediating nature of strategic change in high tech firms

Only recently have enough women joined senior leadership positions in high tech firms for research on senior management gender diversity in high tech industries to be possible. We propose that senior management gender diversity fosters strategic change in high tech firms, especially under conditions where alliance formation intensity and top management team (TMT) educational background diversity are high, because the breadth of opportunity and knowledge associated with these conditions facilitates implementation of new ideas. Results show that both inter-organizational strategic alliance formation intensity and TMT educational background diversity positively moderate the relationship between senior management gender diversity and strategic change. We also find support for a moderated mediation model whereby a gender-diverse senior management positively impacts strategic change, which ultimately improves firm performance when the firm exhibits high alliance formation intensity and has a TMT that is diverse across educational background.
