产学研金合作共生要素对企业创新绩效的影响

基于共生理论,从共生单元、共生模式和共生环境三个维度分析产学研金合作的共生要素,并提出合作共生要素对企业创新绩效影响的研究假设,以生物制药、化工、电子和机械设备等多个不同领域的376家企业为研究对象进行实证分析,利用结构方程模型对研究假设进行验证。研究结果表明,产学研金合作共生要素中,对企业创新绩效影响最大的要素为共生模式,其次为共生环境,影响程度最弱的为共生单元。针对研究结论提出企业创新绩效提升的建议。     

我国环境责任保险相关问题之探索分析

环境污染及其损害已成为人类无法回避的共同问题,环境责任保险也已被国际社会证明是一种有效的环境风险管理的市场机制,因此我国建立环境责任保险制度势在必行。虽然有过试点实践,但是尚欠成熟。文章从环境责任保险承保机构模式、承保范围和保险赔偿金来源等几个方面,以理论分析和实证分析的方式探讨学界没有达成共识的一些问题,来探索适合我国国情的相关理论方法,并提出相关建设性意见。

研究图书馆的群体结构对于人力资源的科学组织、利用,搞好读者服务工作,充分开发群体动力具有十分重要的意义,提出图书馆群体心理结构分析。     

A video structural similarity quality metric based on a joint spatial-temporal visual attention model

Objective video quality assessment plays a very important role in multimedia signal processing. Several extensions of the structural similarity （SSIM） index could not predict the quality of the video sequence effectively. In this paper we propose a structural similarity quality metric for videos based on a spatial-temporal visual attention model. This model acquires the motion attended region and the distortion attended region by computing the motion features and the distortion contrast. It mimics the visual attention shifting between the two attended regions and takes the burst of error into account by introducing the non-linear weighting fimctions to give a much higher weighting factor to the extremely damaged frames. The proposed metric based on the model renders the final object quality rating of the whole video sequence and is validated using the 50 Hz video sequences of Video Quality Experts Group Phase I test database.     

结构可靠度理论课程教学改革与实践

“结构可靠度理论”是可靠度理论与结构分析紧密结合的研究生专业课程,它具有数学知识多,逻辑性强,教学内容枯燥等特点。文章根据该课程的特点和课程教学要求,分析了课程教学中主要存在的问题及原因。阐述了课程理论教学内容优化、教学方式与考核方式革新以及强化范例教学的新思路。教学改革与实践证明,该教学模式转变激发了学生的学习积极性和主动性,为学生后续专业课程学习、学位论文选题乃至科学研究打下坚实的基础。     

A case study of the diversity culture of an American university athletic department: perceptions of senior level administrators

The topic of diversity has received considerable attention from scholars who study sport within the context of higher education in the USA. But despite this interest in the topic, an in-depth focus on how college and university athletic departments effectively manage diversity is missing from the literature. Therefore, we conducted an intrinsic case study of an American university athletic department in efforts to highlight its unique diversity culture (i.e. how it creates and sustains a culture of diversity and inclusion) and the potential impact this culture could have on its various educational stakeholders, and how they interact in this organizational or workplace setting. Findings from our qualitative case study with senior level administrators uncovered two major interrelated themes. First, this institution of higher education has a history and culture of valuing diversity, and this in turn has positively impacted the athletic department's commitment to diversity. Second, the integration of the athletic department into the broader university culture, particularly because of its organizational structure, has enabled this department to better embrace diversity and avoid some of the educational challenges many of its peers face. Research and practical implications are discussed in this study.

大学生宿舍人际关系与心理健康的模型研究——以温州职业技术学院为例

采用编制成册的量表和问卷对300名浙江省温州职业技术学院在校生进行调查分析。结果表明大学生宿舍人际关系质量与心理健康水平呈现显著相关。大学生的宿舍人际关系是心理健康水平的有效预测指标．改进宿舍人际关系有助于提升高职学生心理健康水平。     

《了不起的盖茨比》中叙事方式的结构性转换

菲茨杰拉德是美国“爵士时代”的引领者,其代表作《了不起的盖茨比》在美国文学史上可谓独树一帜,他在多部作品中展露的叙事方式得到了诸多学者的追捧和关注。从叙事方式的结构性来看,菲茨杰拉德在其作品中嵌入了多元化叙事结构,运用了外围一结构式,平行一结构式,全元一结构式三种叙事方式。小说中三种叙事方式叠加使用,揭示了人物活动的内心世界,升华了小说主题寓意。
