粗糙集理论是用来解决不确定性的新的数学工具，而知识约简是粗糙集理论中一个重要的研究课题。J．W．Guan等提出了信息系统下的矩阵算法。章则是进一步讨论不完备信息表下的矩阵约简算法，实例表明该算法是有效的，具有一定的应用价值。     

从台湾社会意识看"一国两制"的心理基础

台湾社会意识包括中国意识、台湾意识、疏离意识三个层次,与此相适应,在两岸关系问题上既盼望祖国统一、又希望维持现状是台湾人民的普遍心态。“一国两制、和平统一”的方针,既符合台湾人民统一的愿望,又符合台湾人民维持现状的要求,是易于被台湾人民所接受的最佳统一方案。随着两岸交流的加深,台湾人民必将了解和接受“一国两制”。     

Exit cards: creating a dialogue for continuous evaluation

This study explored the use of Exit Cards, which are formative evaluations of student knowledge and instruction undertaken at every class meeting. Its results are based on Exit Card data from two undergraduate research methods courses. Thematic analysis indicated that students used Exit Cards to communicate (1) what they learned, (2) challenges with course material, (3) experiences with peers, (4) requests for help, (5) challenges with coping, and (6) successes. While the present study is an initial exploration of the use of Exit Cards, it contributes to knowledge on the utilization of informal formative assessments.

Common legacy,different paths: the transformation of educational systems in the Czech Republic,Slovakia, Hungary and Poland

The goal of this work is to better understand the institutional changes in the educational systems of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. We demonstrate that the educational reforms implemented during the transformation introduced very different institutional arrangements in the four countries, despite the fact that their systems shared many common characteristics at the beginning of the 1990s. Differences between the national approaches to educational reforms are particularly reflected in the modes of education decentralisation, the level of school autonomy, accountability and funding mechanisms. We believe that different institutional arrangements may have contributed to the divergent achievements of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland in the PISA programme.     

Enhancing cellular immune response to HBV M DNA vaccine in mice by codelivery of interleukin-18 recombinant

Objective: To investigate the effect of interleukin-18 (IL-18) on immune response induced by plasmid encoding hepatitis B virus middle protein antigen and to explore new strategies for prophylactic and therapeutic HBV DNA vaccines. Methods: BALB/c mice were immunized with pCMV-M alone or co-immunized with pcDNA3-18 and pCMV-M and then their sera were collected for analysing anti-HBsAg antibody by ELISA; splenocytes were isolated for detecting specific CTL response and cytokine assay in vitro. Results: The anti-HBs antibody level of mice co-immunized with pcDNA3-18 and pCMV-M was slightly higher than that of mice immunized with pCMV-M alone, but there was not significantly different (P>0.05). Compared with mice injected with pCMV-M, the specific CTL cytotoxity activity of mice immunized with pcDNA3-18 and pCMV-M was significantly enhanced (P<0.05) and the level of IFN-γ in supernatant of splenocytes cultured with HBsAg in vitro was significantly elevated (P<0.05) while the level of IL-4 had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: The plasmid encoding IL-18 together with HBV M gene DNA vaccines may enhance specific TH1 cells and CTL cellular immune response induced in mice, so that IL-18 is a promising immune adjuvant.     

Super-proximity routing in structured peer-to-peer overlay networks

Peer-to-Peer systems are emerging as one of the most popular Internet applications. Structured Peer-to-Peer overlay networks use identifier based routing algorithms to allow robustness, load balancing, and distributed lookup needed in this environment. However, identifier based routing that is independent of Internet topology tends to be of low efficiency. Aimed at improving the routing efficiency, the super-proximity routing algorithms presented in this paper combine Internet topology and overlay routing table in choosing the next hop. Experimental results showed that the algorithms greatly improve the efficiency of Peer-to-Peer routing.     

辩证地看待当今世界的“两制关系”——读《1844年经济学哲学手稿》

在当今世界,社会主义制度与资本主义制度将会长期共存且合作共赢是主流,但本质上依然对立。《1844年经济学哲学手稿》为辩证地看待当今世界的"两制关系"提供了深刻的理论基础,其关于"私有财产"和"异化劳动"的理论论述表明:需要和私有财产有其积极本质,"两制"在本质上是对立的,社会主义代替资本主义将是一个漫长的过程。因此,社会主义国家要科学地看待私有财产的积极性,不宜过早消灭私有制,要坚持以人为本,坚持走社会主义道路。     

关于校园安全立法的若干思考

2002年教育部的《学生伤害事故处理办法》颁布实施以来，在预防和处理学生伤害事故方面发挥了积极的作用。但由于其自身的种种缺陷，也带来一定的消极影响，实施至今其实际效果离它的预期目的还有一定的差距。从必要性和可行性的角度，呼吁尽快启动校园安全立法工作，从而为正确处理学校事故，保障学生合法权益，促进教育事业的健康发展提供法律保障，在此基础上重点阐发对校园安全立法方面的若干建议。
