Mathematical modeling and characteristics analysis for the nutation gear drive based on error parameters

We focused on the mathematical modeling and characteristics analysis for the nutation drive based on error parameters. The crown gear tooth profile equation was introduced according to the national standard double circular arc tooth profile and based on the equal tooth strength principle. The nutation drive meshing coordinate system was set up by introducing the cone vertex error, tilt error, nutation angle error and spiral angle error. The tooth profile equations of the double circular arc external and internal spiral bevel gears were further obtained based on the crown gear tooth profile equation concerning above mentioned error parameters. The influences of the nutation gear reducer tooth contact conditions were analyzed with the gear tilt error and axial misalignment error. Finally, the correctness of the theoretical analysis was verified by the contact spot test.     

研发团队多维社会资本对创新绩效的影响——知识捐赠和收集意愿的中介作用

以研发团队为研究对象，以知识捐赠意愿与知识收集意愿为中介变量，从社会资本的结构、关系和认知三个维度，探讨研发团队内部社会资本对其创新绩效的影响。利用SPSS 19.0软件，对浙江、广东、内蒙古等地高技术企业研发人员的152份问卷进行了实证分析。研究结果表明：研发团队内部社会资本的结构、关系、认知三个维度均对其创新绩效具有正向影响，但知识捐赠、收集意愿在团队社会资本的三个维度正向影响其创新绩效时均只发挥了部分中介作用，这一结果可能与研发团队内部竞争状况激烈、团队成员所分享知识的隐性程度较高以及研发团队内部知识冗余度较高有关，因此企业在相关创新管理活动中，应更加注重研发团队氛围营造、人才梯队建设和人才结构调整。

当代影视创作呈现出蓬勃发展的态势。全球化趋势的推进,后殖民主义思潮的蔓延,都对当代影视主题产生了一定的影响,使其呈现出独特的面貌。当代影视主题这些特点的形成,既源于影视自身的这一内在依据,亦依存于后殖民主义语境这一外在依据。更重要的是,中国当代影视主题的建构,必将对中国影视发展产生深远的影响。

Using Multidimensional Item Response Theory to Evaluate Educational and Psychological Tests

Many educational and psychological tests are inherently multidimensional, meaning these tests measure two or more dimensions or constructs. The purpose of this module is to illustrate how test practitioners and researchers can apply multidimensional item response theory (MIRT) to understand better what their tests are measuring, how accurately the different composites of ability are being assessed, and how this information can be cycled back into the test development process. Procedures for conducting MIRT analyses–from obtaining evidence that the test is multidimensional, to modeling the test as multidimensional, to illustrating the properties of multidimensional items graphically-are described from both a theoretical and a substantive basis. This module also illustrates these procedures using data from a ninth-grade mathematics achievement test. It concludes with a discussion of future directions in MIRT research.

国有林区低碳循环经济耦合发展测度分析

依据国有林区特征和低碳循环经济发展评价的独特性,构建了国有林区低碳循环经济耦合发展评价指标体系,并运用径向基神经网络构建了评价模型,以黑龙江省伊春国有林区展开实证研究,结果表明国有林区在很多方面已经有所改善,但在低碳循环技术、低碳排放能耗方面水平较低。总体发展呈缓慢上升中,但基本处于中等偏下水平。有必要进行针对性的调整改造,加大转型力度。
