Instructional Misconceptions in Acid-Base Equilibria: An Analysis from a History and Philosophy of Science Perspective

The implications of history and philosophy of chemistry are explored in the context of chemical models. Models and modeling provide the context through which epistemological aspects of chemistry can be promoted. In this work, the development of ideas and models about acids and bases (with emphasis on the Arrhenius, the Brønsted–Lowry, and the Lewis models) are presented. In addition, misconceptions (alternative and instructional ones) on acid-base (ionic) equilibria are examined from the history and philosophy of science perspective. The relation between the development of the models and students misconceptions are investigated. Finally, the hypothesis that history and philosophy could help educators anticipate students misconceptions is examined.

γ 丁烯酸内酯是一类具有重要潜在活性的化合物。发展了二价钯催化的 2,3 联烯酸和 (ω 1 ) 烯基卤化物的偶联关环反应。反应经过了二价钯催化的氧钯化 碳钯化,重复的去钯氢化 钯氢化及 β 脱卤钯化反应。同时还发展了两种联烯之间的二聚环化反应,两分子 2,3 联烯酸的反应生成二丁烯酸内酯,2,3 联烯酸与 1,2 联烯酮反应则生成呋喃基取代的γ 丁烯酸内酯。     

GOLEM,FROM PRAGUE TO CYBERSPACE: THE USE OF CSCL IN CULTURAL EDUCATION FOR DIASPORAS

In this paper we describe and theorize about a computer‐supported and mediated educational research project which encourages cultural production and sustainability. We first describe the CD‐Golem project which was developed in light of the perceived needs of a Diaspora community's attempts to impart its youth with a sense of belonging and continuity. Next we characterize Cultural Education and discuss the theoretical rationale of our approach in the context of current theories of identity and cultural construction, multicultural education and computer‐supported collaborative learning. We conclude by reviewing briefly and evaluating critically some of the lessons we have learned in our first years of activity.     

臭椿根皮中脂肪酸及其酯的分析

采用乙醇提取法对甘肃天水产的臭椿根皮进行提取，用石油醚、CHCl3、EtOAc、n-BuOH分别将得到的浸膏在40～50℃NaCl水溶液中进行分配萃取。取石油醚萃取物进行低温减压蒸馏，乙醚萃取，蒸去乙醚后甲酯化，进行了GC-MS分析，得到了8种化合物，为脂肪酸与酯，其中亚油酸含量最大(23.76%)。

参考国内外文献，综述了耐力训练对人体脂肪代谢的影响是多方面的，耐力训练可直接影响脂肪组织中脂肪细胞的体积和代谢特点，也可影响骨骼肌对脂肪酸的氧化利用，降低血浆甘油三酯的浓度等。     

添加不同类型脂肪酸对罗非鱼肝脏原代细胞内脂类代谢相关基因表达的影响

初步探索了罗非鱼肝脏原代细胞分离、纯化的方法,并在此基础上研究培养基中外源添加不同饱和度的脂肪酸(16:0,18:1 n-9,18:2n-6,20:4 n-6,20:5 n-3和22:6 n-3)对其与脂类代谢相关基因(LPL、MDH和PPARα)mRNA表达的影响.结果表明:60 g,2 min,1次和30 g,2 min,2次的离心条件获得较高细胞产量及纯度;随脂肪酸不饱和程度的增加LPL和PPARαmRNA表达均呈现明显的上升趋势,而MDH则波动性较大.     

基于核酸的信息安全技术研究现状及发展建议

由于具有巨大并行计算能力、海量信息存储密度及超低能耗等优势,近年来,核酸分子在分子计算、数据存储以及信息安全等研究领域广受关注。特别作为基于数学难题的、传统的密码理论与技术的有益补充,以核酸为信息载体的数据隐藏、认证、加密等信息安全技术极富发展前景。文章在介绍基于核酸的加密、隐藏及认证技术原理的基础上,详细论述了该领域国内外的最新研究成果,并对我国如何发展基于核酸的信息安全技术的研究提出了建议。
