大学生思想政治工作科学体系的构建

加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作是一项综合性的系统工程。科学构建大学生思想政治工作体系,包括内容体系、目标体系、方法体系、队伍体系等,以协调各方面的关系,遵循教育的客观规律,构建和完善具有时代特征的大学生思想政治教育体系,达到增强大学生思想政治教育的实效性、针对性。     

工商管理学科实践教学体系设计研究

工商管理是一门应用性很强的学科,这种应用性也决定了工商管理学科实践教学环节在整个教学体系当中的重要性。针对本科教学,文章分析了工商管理学科进行实践教学的必要性,从六个环节上对该学科的实践教学体系进行了整体设计,并对如何加强实践教学的运行管理进行了讨论。     

一类分数阶系统的辨识算法

介绍了分数阶线性定常系统的状态方程描述，并给出了其稳定性定理的一个证明．然后给出了线性定常分数阶系统的一个有效辨识算法．其基本思想是利用分数阶泊松滤波器把分数阶导数和滤波计算合并起来，只需计算1步就可以得到滤波后的分数导数，再利用最小二乘法进行系统辨识．还把辅助变量方法运用到分数阶系统的辨识上，这样即使系统中存在有色噪声，仍可以获得参数的无偏估计．最后给出了一个粘弹性系统的辨识实例．说明了上述方法的有效性．     

机载相控阵雷达调度的专家系统研究

本文研究设计了一种新型的机载相控阵雷达调度(SOMAPAR)的专家系统。该系统构造了一个由多种知识表达方式实现的知识库,并运用模糊数学方法表达知识,建立了一个简单的模糊推理机。仿真结果表明,该SOMAPAR专家系统能使雷达自适应于目标环境的变化,调整自身状态在最佳条件下工作,具有一定的专家水平。     

数控机床几何误差参数辨识

讨论一种改进型的数控机床几何误差参数辨识方法，所有的数学模型在ＸＨ７１４加工中心上得到验证方法适合于三坐标机床如加工中心、坐标测量机等的几何误差参数辨识．     

Submarine Pipeline Routing Risk Quantitative Analysis

A new method for submarine pipeline routing risk quantitative analysis was provided, and the study was developed from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis. The characteristics of the potential risk of the submarine pipeline system were considered, and grey-mode identification theory was used. The study process was composed of three parts: establishing the indexes system of routing risk quantitative analysis, establishing the model of grey-mode identification for routing risk quantitative analysis, and establishing the standard of mode identification result. It is shown that this model can directly and concisely reflect the hazard degree of the routing through computing example, and prepares the routing selection for the future.     

论我国教师形象话语体系的演变与重构

教师形象话语是历时性的存在。我国传统相对稳固的教师形象话语体系在近代发生演变,呈现出表达主体多元化、表达路径多样化、表达内容复杂化等特征。由于传统与现代观念的纠葛、本土与外来观念的碰撞以及现实与虚拟文化的共同发展,导致教师形象标准共识难寻、教师形象话语表达立场不同、教师形象建构语境变宽。借助社会与自我、理论与实践、官方与民间等多层交互关系展开主体间对话,最大限度消除分歧,促进话语整合,从而为教师形象话语体系的重构提供可能。     

德国"双元制"职教考试制度评析与借鉴

“双元制”职业教育的考试组织权威，考试内容灵活，考试结果实用。我国职业院校应借鉴其积极因素，树立以能力为中心的现代考试观，建立科学的考试制度，采用灵活多样的考试方式，大力推进“多证书”制度，教育教学和考试质量采用外部认证模式。     

字词条件下聋生唇读汉字语音识别的实验研究

本研究采用 2× 3两因素被试内实验设计 ,探讨了聋生唇读语音识别中词长效应和音素可见性的影响。结果发现 :聋生单字条件的正确识别率高于词语首字 ,且存在显著差异 :唇读汉字语音进行声母、单韵母、复韵母识别效果存在极其显著差异 ,识别正确率从高到低依次为单韵母、复韵母、声母 ;字词条件与音素水平之间交互作用不显著。     

Generalized Nonlinear Irreducible Auto-Correlation and Its Applications in Nonlinear Prediction Models Identification

There is still an obstacle to prevent neural network from wider and more effective applications, i.e. , the lack of effective theories of models identification. Based on information theory and its generalization, this paper introduces a universal method to achieve nonlinear models identification. Two key quantities, which are called nonlinear irreducible auto-correlation (NIAC) and generalized nonlinear irreducible auto-correlation (GNIAC), are defined and discussed. NIAC and GNIAC correspond with intrinstic irreducible auto-dependency (IAD) and generalized irreducible autodependency (GLAD) of time series respectively. By investigating the evolving trend of NIAL; and GNIAC, the optimal auto-regressive order of nonlinear auto-regressive models could be determined naturally, Subsequently, an efficient algorithm computing NIAC and GNIAC is discussed. Experiments on simulating data sets and typical nonlinear prediction models indicate remarkable correlation between optimal auto-regressive order and the highest order that NIAC-GNIAC have a remarkable non-zero value, therefore demonstrate the validity of the proposal in this paper.
