Information,knowledge and collaboration management in the internationalisation of SMEs: A systematic literature review

Information and knowledge can be seen as key resources for improving the internationalisation processes of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Collaboration has also been considered as an important facilitator of these processes, particularly by nurturing information and knowledge sharing. However, the current literature is unclear about the way SMEs can access information and assimilate knowledge in a collaborative network context, to support decision-making. This paper systematically reviews the literature, examining the role of information, knowledge and collaboration in internationalisation decisions of SMEs. To this end, 38 relevant journal articles were analysed, with the identification of some important issues, as well as gaps in the existing empirical knowledge. This analysis provided valuable input for the development of research suggestions and directions for future work in this area.     

高职生物技术及应用专业职业能力系统化课程体系的设计

对高职学生进行职业能力系统化培养,全面提升学生综合素养和社会竞争力,对高职教育改革具有重要意义。针对区域经济发展和地方产业需求,明确高职生物技术及应用专业定位,分析归纳学生就业岗位和职业核心能力,研究了基于生物制药工作岗位的"1平台+4模块"课程体系、"三级实训,三段实习"为主线的实践教学体系和依托特色专业文化的综合素质教育体系,从而推进高职生物技术及应用专业的课程体系建设。     

Communication Scholars' Communication and Relationship with their IRBs

Using grounded theory, 57 narratives of communication scholars detailing their experiences and relationships with institutional review boards (IRBs) were examined. From this analysis, 24 concepts emerged constituting five larger categories characterizing the communication relationship between communication scholars and IRBs: antagonistic actions of IRBs, negative perceptions of IRBs, actions of researchers, positive perceptions of IRBs, and protagonistic actions of IRBs. Results indicate that the main difference between positive and negative experiences with IRBs was associated with the nature of the relationship between scholars and IRBs. Scholars who saw their IRBs as adversarial bureaucracies had the most negative experiences, whereas scholars who saw their IRBs as partners in the research process had the most positive experiences. Recommendations for how both IRBs and researchers can improve their relationships conclude this essay.

国内对Google图书搜索项目的研究进展

从文献入手,对我国学者近年来有关Google图书搜索项目的研究进行梳理和总结,首先简要分析了此项目的中文定名,然后归纳出国内学者关注的重点是版权问题、Goosle图书搜索产生的影响和图书馆的应对等几方面,并进行评述.最后建议今后可以研究图书搜索比较分析以及图书馆参与图书搜索项目后如何进一步发展.     

苏区妇女教育研究综述简

在第二次国内革命战争时期,中国共产党建立了“工农民主政府”,其政权控制区称苏区。从1931年至1937年的五年时间里,苏区政府积极倡导妇女解放,积极开展妇女教育,形成了重要的妇女教育经验,其经验对当今的妇女教育仍有借鉴价值。对苏区妇女教育的研究也早已引起了学者的重视,对此方面研究进行回顾和总结,很有必要。先以时间线索对研究进行了回顾,继后总结了研究的特点,最后指出了研究的一些不足。

"SQ3R"学习策略具有定向、指序、选式、反馈和助动等功能.五者结合能帮助学习者提高学习效率,让学习者产生成功感,激发学习兴趣和积极性."SQ3R"学习法,不仅帮助学生积极参与到大学英语的教学活动中去,而且帮助其养成课外阅读的习惯,找到获取信息的捷径,使其不再是被动的信息接受者,而是自主的阅读者.     

形成性评价体系在系统解剖学教学中的应用

为了探索形成性评价体系在系统解剖学教学中的应用,选取某高校2018级口腔医学专业59名学生作为教改组,实行形成性评价与终结性评价相结合的评价方式;以2017级口腔医学专业的61学生为对照组,在教学中采用终结性评价的评价方式,最后通过分析教改组与对照组的期末成绩来判定新评价方式的实施效果。结果显示,教改组期末成绩的及格率明显高于对照组,形成性评价与终结性评价相结合的评价体系能有效提高学生系统解剖学的学习效果。
