深化新时代教育评价改革，探析高校教师发展路径

评价具有指挥棒作用,中共中央、国务院颁发的《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》对于根治教育评价“唯分数、唯升学、唯文凭、唯论文、唯帽子”的顽瘴痼疾具有重要导向作用。通过调研和比较“985”“211”高校及其他高校教师发展现状及差异,分析两类高校教师发展的各个环节的差异,从而探究高校教师教学发展现状及其影响因素,为合理制定教师评价提供参考依据。     

Mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University: professional curriculum development and teacher training

This paper offers a multi-perspective view on engineering education at RWTH Aachen University: curriculum design, examples of newly developed teaching methods for engineering curri-cula, and teaching competencies and teacher qualification. It is based on the theories of student-centred learning, project learning, social skills, etc., but the paper covers the practical implications and ways of implementation of these items in a current design process of a new study programme: In the course of the Bologna process the mechanical engineering study programme of RWTH Aachen University has encountered a complete and thorough revision responding to the need of present-day technical students and—accordingly—to the fast-growing requirements of the engineering industry. This change process will be presented. A case study from engineering informatics shows concepts for modern teaching methods, responding to the requirements of students and industry, especially regarding social skills. Teaching competencies have to change and grow accordingly. Thus, a concept for the improvement of educational skills and abilities of engineering teachers—integrated into their work process—is demonstrated.     

Child effortful control,teacher–student relationships,and achievement in academically at-risk children: Additive and interactive effects

The joint contributions of child effortful control (using inhibitory control and task accuracy as behavioral indices) and positive teacher–student relationships at first grade on reading and mathematics achievement at second grade were examined in 761 children who were predominantly from low-income and ethnic minority backgrounds and assessed to be academically at-risk at entry to first grade. Analyses accounted for clustering effects, covariates, baselines of effortful control measures, and prior levels of achievement. Even with such conservative statistical controls, interactive effects were found for task accuracy and positive teacher–student relationships on future achievement. Results suggest that task accuracy served as a protective factor so that children with high task accuracy performed well academically despite not having positive teacher–student relationships. Further, positive teacher–student relationships served as a compensatory factor so that children with low task accuracy performed just as well as those with high task accuracy if they were paired with a positive and supportive teacher. Importantly, results indicate that the influence of positive teacher–student relationships on future achievement was most pronounced for students with low effortful control on tasks that require fine motor skills, accuracy, and attention-related skills. Study results have implications for narrowing achievement disparities for academically at-risk children.     

走出非通用语种图书采编困境的新途径——全国外语院校图书馆联盟成立的意义

非通用语种图书是外语院校图书馆颇具专业特色的馆藏文献,但长期以来非通用语种图书采编困难也是非常突出的问题。成立外语院校图书馆联盟,协调采购,联合编目,是节约有限的资金,减少重复劳动,全面提高服务质量的有效途径,也是实现资源共建共享的前提。     

我国普通高中教师专业生活状态调查

本文基于全国11个省（直辖市、自治区）的高中教师调查,分别从教师的工作时间、成就感和工作满意度三个方面,对我国高中教师的专业生活状态进行了分析。在教师工作时间方面,我国高中教师平均周授课时相对其他国家而言并不长,但教师备课、批改作业时间较长;中、西部地区教师的工作时间长于东部地区的教师。在教师成就感方面,我国东部地区高中教师的成就感明显低于中、西部地区的教师,女教师的成就感普遍低于男教师;随着教龄的增加,教师成就感总的趋势是先上升后下降,但更详细的分析发现成就感随教龄的变化较为复杂。在教师工作满意度方面,中部地区的教师工作满意度显著高于西部和东部地区的教师;工作满意度随教龄和职称的变化大致呈V型分布。     

浅析“教学做一体”教学模式在《韩语写作课程》上的应用

为了打破传统的“一言堂”教学模式,近几年在国内高职院校悄然兴起了“教学做一体”教学模式改革。这是中国学习德国职业教育模式后,对中国高职院校教学方法的深度改革。每个教学方法都有它自己的优点和缺点,本文深度分析了《韩语写作课程》引进“教学做一体”教学模式后的教学效果,探讨这一教学模式的优缺点。     

The importance of teachers' emotions and instructional behavior for their students' emotions – An experience sampling analysis

The present study focuses on the relationship between teachers' emotions, their instructional behavior, and students' emotions in class. 149 students (55% female, M age = 15.63 years) rated their teachers' emotions (joy, anger, anxiety) and instructional behavior, as well as their own emotions in an experience-sampling study across an average of 15 lessons in four different subject domains. Intraindividual, multilevel regression analyses revealed that perceived teachers' emotions and instructional behavior significantly predicted students' emotions. Results suggest that teachers' emotions are as important for students' emotions as teachers' instructional behavior. Theoretical implications for crossover theory and practical recommendations for teachers are discussed.     

法律语言准确性的再认识

法律语言是人们长期在立法、执法、办理非诉讼法律事务等语言实践过程中形成的一种语言变体,在长期的使用中形成了以准确性为基本特征的多种语言风格特点.准确性风格特点的形成是由法律所具有的控制个人和群体行为、规范社会秩序的特殊功能所决定的.为实现准确性这一目标,法律语言应用者应从内容明确和表出方式准确两方面进行不懈努力.     

浅谈中国画语言的艺术意蕴

在中国画发展日趋标新立异,派别林立,百家争鸣,百花齐放的今天,如何把中国古代哲学思想融入到中国绘画当中,使其作品具有简淡玄幽的艺术意味和博大深邃的艺术内涵,是新时期中国文化精神赋于中国画新活力的内在要求和基本筹码。     

Social,emotional and intercultural competencies: a literature review with a particular focus on the school staff

Framed by the EU-project Hand in Hand focusing on Social, Emotional and Intercultural (SEI) competencies among students and school staff the paper discusses implementation and professional competencies based on a literature review. Five themes were identified: 1) Intercultural/transcultural competency is not often referred to in the same research as social-emotional learning, though socio-emotional aspects appear to be `in the core´, 2) it is crucial to be aware of agency among school staff in a SEI-implementation, 3) successful implementation is about more than the activities in the specific program, it is rather about elements in synergy and professional learning over time, 4) the subtle balance between adaptation and fidelity might best be addressed in an adaptive curriculum emphasizing active ingredients, and 5) this is a field with many intervention studies, but it is urgent to consider if the psychometric measures are sufficiently sensitive to catch the subtle changes related to SEI-competencies.
