我院中青年教师队伍的现状分析与发展对策

在对我院的中青年师资队伍现状分析的基础上，提出中青年教师队伍建设的建议：（1）提高中青年教师的思想政治素养和职业道德修养；（2）以学院整体发展目标为出发点，提高中青年教师的综合素质和专业水平；（3）建立和完善激励机制，为中青年教师的成长创造良好条件；（4）建立合理的分配机制，重视和加强中青年学科带头人的培养；（5）加强中青年教师科研能力的培养。     

中国跳水队在东京奥运会的备战策略、比赛表现以及在新奥运会周期的备战对策

在东京奥运会,中国跳水队取得了奥运会参赛以来的最佳成绩。当前,正值2024年巴黎奥运会备战周期,为巩固中国跳水队的竞技实力,同时为备战巴黎奥运会提出竞训建议。运用录像观察法,依据"2019年国际泳联世界跳水系列赛""2019年世界游泳锦标赛""2021年国际泳联跳水世界杯"确定了中国跳水队在东京奥运会的夺冠竞争对手;以科技为支撑,通过提高科学化训练水平增强了中国跳水队在东京奥运会的备战实效。通过分析东京奥运会跳水项目奖牌榜排名前八的国家体育代表队夺冠选手、中国跳水运动员在东京奥运会的比赛表现、中国跳水队在东京奥运会的夺冠竞争对手的比赛表现,提出中国跳水队备战2024年巴黎奥运会的对策:完善夺冠竞争对手信息情报服务机制,加强对夺冠竞争对手的分析;发挥跳水项目科学训练保障团队优势,细化巴黎奥运会周期备战计划;加强中国跳水队思想教育工作,正确认识巴黎奥运会夺冠的参赛形势;进一步提高训练科学化水平,确保中国跳水项目奥运选手的最佳竞技状态。     

Social relations as predictors of achievement in math in Kenyan primary schools

In sub-Saharan Africa, where there is limited financial and human capital, it is important to examine how social relationships may serve to promote or undermine human capital formation. However, little is known about the contributions of social relations to human capital development, especially in terms of academic achievement in Africa. This study examined how variations in key aspects of social relations among teachers; between teachers and students; between principals, teachers, parents and students affect achievement in mathematics among sixth graders in 70 schools in six districts in Kenya. We modeled mathematics achievement as a function of measures of social perception and support while adjusting for school-, classroom- and student level background characteristics. We found that net of teacher subject knowledge and background characteristics, teachers who display commitment to teaching by always correcting homework and keeping students engaged during math lessons had their students performing better. Teacher absenteeism and lack of interest in teaching were negatively associated with performance in math. Lack of parental involvement in the classroom also had negative effects on grades. At the school level, the level of engagement of the principal, measured by supervision of teachers and good interpersonal interactions with parents had positive effects on math achievement. Schools where parents provided material and financial support had better grades, while student delinquency and absenteeism negatively affected grades.     

Preparing the Next Generation of Educational Measurement Specialists: A Call for Programs With an Integrated Scope and Sequence

The field of educational measurement has evolved considerably since the first doctoral programs were established. In response, programs have typically tacked on courses that address newly developed theories, methods, tools, and techniques. As our review of current programs evidences, this approach produces artificial distinctions among topics and techniques that are in fact a tightly coupled whole. This position paper advocates a redesign of the scope and sequence for doctoral programs focused on the preparation of the next generations of educational measurement specialists; a redesign that reflects the full life‐cycle of instrument development and use.     

A comparison of student teachers’ perceptions of school placement experience in Malta and China Compare

ABSTRACT

This study explores the insights about teaching that student teachers elicit from schools when they go on their first school placements. It thereby offers an appraisal of how student teachers experience teaching when still at the relatively early stages of training and how they are socialised into a role where they become protagonists who can create a positive teaching climate in the classroom. The authors approach this study from the perspective of construction of meanings and consider the discourse that takes place in candidate teacher-student interactions in two university settings – in Malta and China, respectively. The study shows how student teachers believe that cultures and cultural differences need to be clearly considered across the curriculum if schools are to promote active learning equitably.     

Teachers' perspectives of changes in their practice during a technology in mathematics education research project

Teachers' perception of changes to their teaching practice, with respect to digital technology use in secondary school mathematics, during their participation in a research project are reported. Two case studies are presented of teacher perspectives illustrative of the range of perceived changes teachers made to their practice and positions along the ‘path of change’ during their participation in the project. Participating in a project supportive of teacher change and resulting in perception of substantial change was necessary, but not sufficient, to meet the goal of transformative use of digital technologies to increase the level of cognitive demand experienced by students.     

“为人师表”的合理范畴论析

为人师表是教师职业道德的基本要求。教师为人师表,应该有具体的时空范畴和行为范畴,而不应当把它泛化到教师的所有行为和一切时空环境。这既是对作为教师的人的尊重,也是教师专业化建设中不可忽视的“技术”问题。     

任务型教学背景下的外语师资教育

我国新的英语课程标准倡导任务型语言教学途径,给广大外语教师提出了更高的要求。因此,任务型教学中外语师资教育也变得越来越重要。文章着重探讨了任务型教学对外语教师的要求及在此背景下外语师资的培养策略,包括任务型教学理论知识的学习,开展任务型教学反思,组织或参加任务型教学专题研讨会等。
