关于高校学风建设的探讨

当前,学风建设是各个高校普遍存在的问题,所以,在长期的教学工作和教学管理工作中笔者关注学校学风状况,收集教师、学生及学生家长反馈的意见,分析存在不良学风现象的原因,探讨应对的办法,希望能对学风建设有所帮助.     

教师信念与英语课堂教学设计

教师信念比教师的知识更能影响教师的备课、做各种判断以及教学实践。利用社会建构主义的教学思想指导教师反思自己的教学信念,并将其与教学设计的理论知识相结合,旨在帮助教师尽快提高他们在教学设计方面的能力。     

理想信念内化的理论与实践创新

理想信念内化既是思想政治教育的一个重要环节,也是思想政治教育要达成的重要目标.它不仅要通过满足个体成功的需要来开启,而且要立足于社会发展的需要,以科学发展观为统领,综合运用多种因素和力量,通过环境创新来推进,更要结合教育的一般规律,通过实践创新来完成.如果缺失任何一个方面,理想信念内化的效果将不同程度地削弱,甚至内化过程被终止.

针对目前很多人忽视大学英语课堂上的人文教育的现状,重申了大学英语课堂上开展人文教育的必要性和重要性,并详细地提出了如何把大学英语课堂和人文教育有机结合的具体思路。     

Mapping teacher status and career-long professional learning: the Place Model

This paper engages with key contemporary debates about teaching and teacher education through proposing an innovative, interdisciplinary model, the Place Model, which uses two senses of ‘place’ to provide comparative lenses for a timely, a-priori examination of the place of the teacher: place in the humanistic geography tradition as a process – a cumulative, career-long professional learning journey – and, also, place in the sociological sense of teacher status. This article considers a range of international literature before speculatively ‘populating’ the model with a range of examples in a way which raises important questions about conceptions of teachers across the globe, and provides an alternative and original vision of the profession.     

贵阳市高职院校教师心理健康状况与干预对策研究

职业教育的现代化主要决定于职业教育的践行者——高职教师。文章通过对贵阳市6所高职院校的教师心理健康状况的调查,提出对高职教师心理进行干预的策略,为贵阳市高职院校教师的心理健康保驾护航,为贵阳市高等职业教育人才培养目标的完成提供心理支持。     

新疆高校大学生党员宗教观现状调查与分析

文章通过问卷调查分析,认为新疆高校大学生党员对马克思主义宗教观的认识基本上是清楚的,但也存在着不容忽视的问题。产生这些问题的主要原因是对大学生党员的思想教育存在着薄弱环节,需要今后在加强党组织的思想建设过程中,通过加强对大学生党员的马克思主义宗教观和科学无神论教育逐步加以解决。     

Teaching in inclusive classrooms: efficacy and beliefs of Canadian preservice teachers

This study provides a Canada-wide snapshot of the self-efficacy and beliefs of 1490 preservice teachers in relation to inclusive teaching using the Teacher Efficacy for Inclusive Practice and the Beliefs about Learning and Teaching Questionnaire. At the time of data collection, these preservice teachers were in the final stages of their teacher education programmes. Based on the results of surveys in 11 Faculties of Education, men have higher self-efficacy than women for managing behaviour in the classroom, elementary preservice teachers have higher self-efficacy in collaboration than those teaching in secondary schools, those enrolled in the 1-year post-degree programme show lower self-efficacy than those enrolled in programmes of other durations, and those who have experience with people with special education needs show higher self-efficacy than those who do not. Differences illustrated that women were more inclusive than men, 1-year post-degree preservice teachers were less inclusive than others, and those who have experience with people with special education needs are more inclusive than those who do not. Recommendations for teacher education and limitations surrounding the practical significance of the findings are discussed.     

日本儿童阅读活动政策研究

日本政府高度重视发展儿童阅读事业,中央由文部科学省主抓,地方上则由教育委员会主管,中央和地方在职责上各有不同。2001年,日本制定了《关于推进儿童读书活动的法律》。根据这部法律制定的基本计划是儿童阅读事业发展的政策纲领。日本中央和地方均要制定基本计划并定期更新。日本政府的重点举措包括建立政官民合作体制,推动家庭、公共图书馆和学校图书馆发展,设立基金会,开展调查研究和绩效评估等,促进了日本儿童阅读事业的发展。     

基于项目化管理模式的公共图书馆志愿服务探究——以天津市少年儿童图书馆志愿服务为例

公共图书馆志愿服务工作,不仅拓展了图书馆的服务层次、有效缓解人员紧缺的压力,而且也为志愿服务者提供了多维度的实践平台。本文以天津市少年儿童图书馆志愿服务为例,尝试引入项目化管理的理念,总结在实践中逐步形成的工作方法和典型例证,以期探索基层志愿行动和公益服务的长效管理模式。
