绿茶中茶多酚的提取工艺研究

本文以绿茶为原料,水作为浸提溶剂,通过正交试验分析,得到绿茶中茶多酚的最佳提取工艺条件:水用量(固液比)1:20、浸提温度80℃、浸提时间40min、乙酸乙酯用量90ml,在此条件下茶多酚粗品提取率为12.9%。

Evaluating R&D investment efficiency in China's high-tech industry

Research and development (R&D) investment activity plays a crucial role in developing high-tech industries. In recent decades, China has made sustained investments in its domestic high-tech industries, with the goal of increasing their productivity. This paper investigates the effect of this investment on relative R&D efficiency across China's high-tech sectors. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) was used to generate quantitative indices for sector comparisons. The analysis of this study indicates that overall R&D investment efficiency did not increase from 1998 to 2009, despite R&D expenditure increasing by 2188%. Over the same period, most sectors suffered from decreasing returns to scale (DRS), presumably also reflecting the inefficient R&D investment. Most of the sectors showed significant fluctuation on R&D investment efficiency. This research result indicates that the problem of China's high-tech industry may be from the inefficiency of its technology commercialization processes, and therefore represents a critical parameter for policy makers and managers.

Cultivation of taste and bounded rationality: Some computer simulations

One can approach the economics of the arts, as any field of applied economics, in either of two ways. First, one can treat economic theory and econometric technique as subjects settled by specialists in those fields, to be used in the ec onomics of the arts as they are given, very much as if one were studying the demand for maize. Alternatively, one can treat the economics of the arts as a field which may need and suggest its own developments in theory and technique, suitable to its spec ial problems and processes, from which general economic theory and econometric theory might in principle learn something. Perhaps this latter view is implausible, given the high state of development of economic theory and econometrics in the modern liter ature. 首都体育科技发展的现状研究

体育既是国民经济与社会发展的重要内容,又是反映现代社会文明和城市发展的重要指标。北京作为中国首都和构建和谐社会的首善之区,在其率先实现现代化的目标中也必然包括体育科技现代化的内容,而2008年的奥运会无疑又为推动首都体育科技现代化提供了宝贵的时代契机。为此,论文通过文献资料、特尔菲法、访谈等研究方法,运用翔实的数据描述了首都体育科技的发展现状,并据此提出了相应的发展策略。     

A developmental perspective on decision making in sports

The aim of this narrative review article is to provide a developmental perspective on decision making in sports. Although there is extensive research investigating the influence of decision making on sports performance, research examining how athletes' decision making develops is almost non-existent. We take a developmental perspective to advance our understanding of the theoretical foundations, empirical findings, and practical applications of research on decision making in sports. We provide a framework for understanding choices in sports over the course of ontogenetic development. This framework can be used to guide future research and applications.     

全国大学生网球丙、丁组男双技战术运用特征及发展对策研究

采用文献资料、数据统计、临场观察等方法对全国大学生网球丙组、丁组男双运动员技战术运用特征进行了研究,认为丙、丁组男双运动员在比赛中发球局战术多以压制对方反手、寻求稳定为主,接发球战术具有明显的单打接发球战术特点,临场阵型选择多以"一网一底"为主.在发球质量、接二发战术运用能力、网前抢网及中场对抗能力、破网能力、抓关键分能力等方面存在较大的欠缺. 建议在训练及比赛中注重提高发球和接发球质量,强化"主动拦击,积极抢网",加大中场和近网拦截训练,提前攻守转换时间,并在加强沟通与信任的基础上,制定发球局与接发球局策略以形成不同的战术套路,从而逐步提高技战术运用水平.
