关于高校女教师参政问题的思考

高等教育的发展需要女教师在学校的政治和各项事务中参与和行使权利,女教师的发展也迫切要求与其相适应的权力参与.但现实情况是,高校女教师在参政方面与社会各行业相比还有一定的差距.分析和研究影响高校女教师参政的原因,提出相应的解决办法,具有一定的现实意义.

《教师的日常生活》是当代教育人类学和微观史学的代表作,通过丰富的档案材料和访谈资料立体地呈现了苏联时期教师群体的日常生活和教师群体在苏联社会生态中的地位和命运,以此展现苏联意识形态工作和苏联社会的运作逻辑。

科学道德、学术规范是当今学术界讨论的一个热门话题。本文以苏州大学的问卷调查为例,具体分析了目前高校科学道德和学术规范的现状和问题,提出了应对这一问题需要加强高校德育教育的措施。

文化价值是高等教育的主导性价值取向,文化育人是高校的重要功能。高校文化研究、文化素质教育、校园文化建设是高校文化育人系统的有机组成,三者协调结合、三位一体,共同践行着以人为本的教育理念。

本研究通过对多重压力叠加下的"后疫情"时期大学生就业特点进行分析,梳理"后疫情"时期支持大学生就业的政策,在政府、企业、地方高校和个体层面提出河北省地方高校大学生就业成效提升对策,为提特殊时期政策制定提供一个新的研究视角,为有效缓解大学生就业难的问题提供参考。     

Drug overdose and child maltreatment across the United States’ rural-urban continuum

This national study of US counties (n = 2963) investigated whether county-level drug overdose mortality is associated with maltreatment report rates, and whether the relationship between overdose mortality and maltreatment reports is moderated by a county’s rural, non-metro or metro status. Data included county-level 2015 maltreatment reports from the National Child Abuse and Neglect Data System, modeled drug-overdose mortality from the Centers for Disease Control, United States Department of Agriculture Rural-Urban Continuum Codes, US Census demographic data and crime reports from the Federal Bureau of Investigation. All data were linked across counties. Zero-inflated negative binomial (ZINB) regression was used for county-level analysis. As hypothesized, results from the ZINB model showed a significant and positive relationship between drug overdose mortality and child maltreatment report rates (χ = 101.26, p < .0001). This relationship was moderated by position on the rural-urban continuum (χ=8.76, p = .01). For metro counties, there was a 1.9% increase in maltreatment report rate for each additional increment of overdose deaths (IRR=1.019, CI=[1.010, 1.028]). For non-metro counties, the rate of increase was 1.8% higher than for metro counties (IRR=1.018, CI=[1.006, 1.030]); for rural counties, the rate of increase was 1.2% higher than for metro counties (IRR=1.012, CI=[0.999, 1.026]). Additional research is needed to determine why the relationship between drug overdose mortality and maltreatment reports is stronger in non-metro and rural communities. One potential driver requiring additional inquiry is that access to mental and physical health care and substance use treatment may be more limited outside of metropolitan counties.     

我国公共图书馆法人治理结构的试点实践研究

公共图书馆法人治理结构作为当前和今后一段时期我国公共文化服务领域的重点工作,在中央层面将试点工作向纵深推进的过程中,形成了参考经验,奠定了政策基础,发挥了试点溢出效应,带动了全国各级各类公共图书馆的试点探索。本文通过对7个国家级公共图书馆法人治理结构试点单位的调研,发现我国公共图书馆法人治理结构在试点过程中仍面临区域发展不平衡、突破创新有限、社会参与力度不够、理事会决策支撑力度不够等问题。建议要明确各利益相关方边界,制定一系列相配套衔接的规章制度,制定各地“图书馆事业发展基金会”制度及畅通的收支渠道,改革创新人事制度并因时因地不断改革完善等,逐步建立起以公益目标为导向、决策专业科学、激励监管制度健全的现代治理结构,全面提升我国公共图书馆的治理水平和服务效能。表6。参考文献11。     

Deconstructing difference and inclusion in educational research: reflections on the international journal of qualitative studies in education special edition on difference

Disabled and disability studies scholars and activists have challenged and are challenging the bio- and necro-politics of disability subjectivity through scholarship, art, activism, and online engagement. As this edition articulates, difference takes many forms, is intersectional, and is often characterized and codified by and through educational research. Acknowledging that difference is socially constructed poses challenges to the ablenationalism that undergirds not only complex systems of schooling, but the educational research on which these systems rest.     

The link between student-perceived teacher talk and student enjoyment,anxiety and discursive engagement in the classroom

This study seeks to understand the emotional connection of teachers' academically productive talk (APT) with student learning from the students' perspective. Using a sample of 2,225 students (N_{7th grade} = 1,146 and N_{8th grade} = 1,079) from 16 middle schools in a city of China, we investigate the relationship between students' perceptions of their teachers’ APT, student emotions (enjoyment and anxiety) and their discursive engagement with others in the mathematics classroom. Results from structural equation modelling and mediation analysis show that after controlling for gender, family resources and mathematics achievement, student-perceived teacher APT was positively associated with their discursive engagement with classmates. Furthermore, student enjoyment and anxiety in class mediated the relationship between student-perceived teacher APT and student discursive engagement with classmates. Multi-group analysis revealed that the model was invariant across genders and grades, indicating that the associations were applicable to male and female students as well as to seventh and eighth graders. These findings shed light on the emotional relationship of teacher APT with the discursive engagement of their students. Although prior research observes a positive relationship between teacher productive classroom talk and student discursive engagement primarily through classroom observations and teacher reflections, this study provides evidence from the students’ perspective and highlights the mediating role of student emotions in the relationship.
