概率实验

概率 ,在科学实验、生产实践及日常生活中有着广泛、直接的应用。因此 ,在教学过程中 ,并非一味简单地讲述书本知识。而适时、恰当地设计、引导学生主动参与课堂、课下的概率实验 ,以实验结果来论述问题 ,体现以学生为主 ,以应用为本的教学理念。使抽象的数学教学进行得生动活泼 ,取得了让学生终身难忘的教学效果     

Does prior mathematics knowledge really lead to variation in elementary statistics performance? Evidence from a developing country

A model incorporating prerequisite mathematics performance and other variables deemed to be associated with learning elementary statistics (ES) is developed. The relationship between ES performance and the explanatory variables is well represented by the logistics form. Aptitude, effort and motivation are the only significant explanatory variables of ES performance. Since prerequisite mathematics is not significant, statistical thinking at the tertiary level may be mostly intuitive and non-mathematical. Students with low aptitude experience increasing returns to effort over the first half of the feasible effort interval, while high-aptitude students experience diminishing returns at all levels of effort. The levels of effort required to achieve a minimum pass are interpreted.     

论新时期教育统计信息管理的创新

随着社会的不断发展和教育改革的不断深入,教育统计信息在科学管理、宏观决策、监督制约中的作用越来越大,因此,加强教育统计信息管理意义重大。针对新时期社会的发展对教育统计信息的新要求,本文从教育统计信息管理的机构设置、数据标准化等几个方面探索了教育信息管理的创新。     

基于局部投影统计法的螺纹缺陷检测

为解决传统接触式螺纹测量方法费时且程序冗长的缺陷,提出一种基于机器视觉技术的螺纹缺陷检测算法。对捕获的螺纹图像进行中值滤波、迭代法二值化与Canny边缘提取处理|通过分析螺栓图像中螺纹缺陷断口位置灰度值的变化,提出一种基于DOG模型的螺纹自动检测方法。为验证该算法性能,用基于形状的模板匹配算法作为对照进行实验。结果表明,局部投影统计算法能有效提取螺纹缺陷图像的缺陷信息,螺纹缺陷图像识别率在95%以上。该方法可快速有效地降低噪声,准确迅速地定位缺陷点,提高生产线螺栓可替换性。

对5种图书馆专业核心期刊2003—2005年服务类论文的发文情况进行统计，从中发现图书馆服务技术、服务模式和服务方法及图书馆服务现状、趋势和实践问题是图书馆服务领域的研究热点。     

新技术环境下电子文件管理纵深发展关键问题分析

新技术革新和法律环境的逐步成熟为电子文件管理的纵深发展提供了必要条件,电子文件管理当前迫切需要解决自下而上的理论准备和技术落地等关键问题。通过分析档案对象管理"从数字到数据""从可读到可信""从要素到空间"三大演变趋势,研究面临的问题和挑战,进而从三个方向提出了应对举措:即构建相对完备的理论框架、构建面向三态的规范体系和构建面向实现的行业生态。档案信息化在实现档案工作从模拟空间向数字空间迁移的过程中,需要电子文件管理的理论创新突破并提供引导。"三构"设想的提出,对电子文件的未来发展研究和管理实践提供了方向和路径。

论文采用理论思辨法与文献研究法,探讨了图书馆学话语体系建构与理论创新的动因;考察了图书馆学科话语体系建构成绩不足、理论创新能力薄弱的现状;提出为有效应对这一问题,图书馆学界应遵循立足本土、扩展视界与继往开来的原则,结合日新月异的科技发展对图书馆的影响,重新定义或审视图书馆的性质与其服务内容及对象,以图书学、阅读推广活动、数字人文、后现代图书馆学等作为新的理论生长点,思考图书馆数字化的所长与所短。
